Right side dining area with bar

After visiting my brother, I was in the area and finally made a visit. It is located off Garrisonville Rd (Rt. 610) and Doc Stone Rd. The restaurant is in a strip mall with other businesses including Bulgogi and across from Home Depot. The interior of the restaurant is spacious which is split in two, meaning there's two separate dining areas. One on the left is for larger parties and the one on the right sits in front of a gorgeous bar. I ordered 7 items: 1) Beef salad 2) Num tok salad 3) Hawaiian roll 4) Dancing eel roll 5) Pad see ew 6) Mango with sticky rice 7) Thai custard with sticky rice. When the first dish, beef salad arrived, the flavors were incredibly aromatic filled with heat and sweetness. Once it goes down your throat, it leaves an impression on your tongue. I wasn't able to put my chopsticks down until I clear the plate. The next dish was similar but a little different in texture - num tok salad. This one was with sliced pork but still filled umami. The next dish was unique, the Hawaiian roll which was stuffed with tempura coconut shrimp, cucumber, avocado, pineapple, topped with minced peanuts and drizzle with eel sauce. There's one other ingredient but I requested to be remove, the cream cheese. This item was very delicious and didn't require any dipping in soy sauce because it stood out on its own. The pad see ew, is a wide rice noodle that was exceptionally delicious. You can taste the smokiness from the wok. Another item was the dancing eel roll which was succulent and flavorful. The two desserts that I ordered were both traditional and a trademark. The fresh mango dish served with a coconut sweet sticky rice hit the spot as well as the Thai custard one. The custard was creamy, smooth and once incorporated, it brings a satisfying taste on your palate. I had impeccable service from my server Aim, she was very attentive, genuine, friendly and knowledgeable. When you get the chance, make a visit to this restaurant, under new management, explore the essence of the traditional cuisine of Thailand which showcases in their dishes. If you are not in the mood for Thai then you can also choose Japanese sushi rolls. I will definitely make a return visit to try other items on their menu.

The thai place my friends and I used to go to changed their recipes so we started out journey to find another and stumbled across this gem. The energy from our server was very nice and our food was just as good. The curry puffs and wonton soup were heavenlyy and the pad see ew and drunken noodles were favorful. The sushi tasted so fresh and the dragons roll presentation was too cute.

The service and ambiance was amazing the host was soooo sweet and knowledgeable ! The food the Chicken Kaprow- very disappointed-salty ewww and for the price the portion was very small, as well as the rice looked like someone already ate out of the box. That was almost a 20$ meal and the portion was a small lunch portion. I did ask if this was the correct portion, but chopped it up to well hopefully quality is better than quantity that was not the case. Because Kaprow is one of the easiest things in the menu it's quite hard to mess it up. Does not leave me with wanting anything more from this restaurant unfortunately.

I ordered a chicken dish, which came with slices of cucumber and tomato on the side. I've never been to a pho place before, so that may be customary. The food was pretty good, portion was perfect, I finished my plate and wasn't stuffed, just satisfied. It's always happy and disappointing when that happens. I love that they get the portion right, but I'm sad I won't have leftovers hahaha! We stayed and chatted for a while and we were not rushed out or anything, but just the chairs were not super comfortable, I wish we hadn't. But if you just want to grab a quick bite, definitely give this place a try!

They have a lot of traditional Vietnamese dishes, I look forward to visiting again shortly. This place obviously is known and the reason I say that is it stayed busy while I was there. Get here and try some of their wonderful food
