    Healthy Rolls

My Home Thai was such a pleasant surprise, and I honestly have nothing but good things to say. The first thing that stood out was the space itself. It's beautifully decorated, clean, and full of fun details that make it feel unique. If you're someone who enjoys taking photos for Instagram, there are plenty of spots that make for great pictures. The menu is extensive--possibly one of the largest Thai restaurant menus I've seen. Beyond the food, they offer a variety of specialty drinks, coffees, and other beverages, which gives you plenty of options while deciding what to order. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and happy to explain menu items or answer questions. I ordered the Panang Curry, which was absolutely delicious. It was rich, flavorful, and wonderfully coconut-forward. My husband chose the Pad See Ew, and that was equally impressive. As someone who doesn't enjoy a lot of spice, I appreciated that they asked about spice preferences before sending our order to the kitchen. We also started with the Healthy Rolls, which were fresh and light, packed with vegetables and shrimp wrapped in lettuce and rice paper. Between the friendly service, clean atmosphere, beautiful space, and excellent food, this is definitely a place we'll be returning to. Great addition to Stafford.

So good!! The dumplings were amazing, and the pineapple fried rice was to die for! Will definitely be back!

We were visiting the stafford area and we ran into this Thai spot. THE best Thai restaurant I've ever been too. The ambience is so beautiful inside and the service was wonderful. The food was 10/10 from our appetizers to entrees to desserts. We ordered Beef pad see ew and crab meat fried rice. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Came on Valentine's Day and expected a long wait. Wasn't too bad but the doorway was pretty backed up. The dining area was pretty nice and the atmosphere was pretty good. The food was decent. I enjoyed the fried rice More than the pad Thai which others raved about. It wasn't bad just not as great as I expected based on other reviews. But overall a really good spot.

Service was super fast, food is delicious. It's super cute in there, clean, good ambiance. We had the gyoza, calamari, angry noodles, pad thai, and the spice bar to customize the heat on the dishes. Calamari was enormous and so good. Gyoza was top notch. Angry noodles were extra spicy like my husband wanted, and I love the added crunch on their pad thai. We also got cocktails, I had the Scorpio and loved it. Hubby had the Capricorn and enjoyed it too! Will definitely go again for a little date!

Stafford is known for its duplicate, hit/mostly-miss dining options, so MyHome Thai Bistro is a very welcome addition. (Honestly, good enough that having two wouldn't be so bad.) This place will definitely be added to our recommendations and "go-to" list for Stafford. Food & Drinks: The menu is essentially a photo-filled magazine, which makes choosing easy. We went when during their soft-opening phase and didn't have their liquor license, but their non-alcoholic drinks selections are excellent. I believe they now have their full bar and license. We choose a variety of items. Highlights for us included the 911 (Kapow) Fried Rice, Red Curry, and Goong Prik Gleur (we substituted chicken). All were flavorful and well-made. The duck rolls were recommended and good but only came with two pieces, which felt overpriced for what they were. One minor downside: they provide small white rice portions, leaving you needing more but at a cost. Service: Service was very attentive during our visit, almost too attentive. Our server checked on us every few minutes, and multiple other staff members stopped by as well. Everyone was friendly and eager to help, but the frequency became a bit overwhelming. Atmosphere: The décor is attractive, with tree-style accents that add personality, though the overall layout doesn't create a very intimate feel. Still, it's a pleasant space considering the location. One Caution/Negative: They automatically add gratuity for parties of five (usually six) or more. While not a surprise, as a family of two adults and three kids, this caught us off guard. Especially as a typical family. Just double-check your bill to avoid unintentionally tipping much more than planned. Overall: Despite a few small critiques, MyHome Thai Bistro is absolutely worth trying. In a town full of forgettable dining options, this place stands out, and we'll definitely be back. MyHome Thai Bistro is a welcome addition to Stafford!

Such a cute spot, and I'm honestly so happy Stafford finally has a place like this. We went with a group of six and everything came out super fast. Service was great, and the ladies there are so sweet! The food was genuinely really good, and the drinks are creative and STRONG. It is a bit pricier for Stafford, especially once drinks get involved, but definitely worth it for a nice night out.

Espresso martini, cancer drink, pineapple fried rice

We were excited to try this new restaurant in Stafford, and it did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly when we entered the restaurant and kept us updated on our wait time. Even though it was pretty busy inside, we were seated in about 30 minutes without a reservation. Our waitress was very kind and gave us great menu recommendations. We ordered the spring rolls and wings as appetizers. For our entrées, we had the pineapple fried rice and yellow curry with chicken. For drinks, I ordered the espresso martini, which was made with Thai coffee instead of Baileys, and it was so good! My husband ordered the "Cancer," which was a nice rum-based drink that he really enjoyed. We can't wait to come back and order from this restaurant again. Amazing customer service, delicious food, and great drinks!

My husband and I went here for lunch the other day, and even at 1 p.m., it was pretty busy. The service was quick and easy, and the atmosphere felt friendly and family-oriented, yet also businesslike. I really like the dumplings and drunken noodles; the portions are big enough to take some home. My husband ate all of his Pad Thai. It's definitely worth a visit and a try if you enjoy Thai food.

    Beef Pad See Ew

Our service was wonderful, the waitress was attentive and very pleasant. Our food came out immediately, both the appetizer and our entrees. Everyone loved what they got it seems like you can't go wrong no matter what you order. This is the second time we got the healthy rolls and they were as refreshing as I remember. And something I always notice, the water was excellent (crystal clear and perfect taste). I got the pad see ew, the noodles were perfect and the beef was tender. They nailed my request for "thai spicy." The cherry on top was the decor inside, really beautifully done and we also enjoy the bears.

    Ka-Pow

We walked into My Home Thai Bistro and the decor immediately set a great tone. Warm, elegant, and clearly thought through. Service was fantastic. Attentive without being intrusive and genuinely friendly throughout the meal. Now, the food. The drunken noodles with shrimp (pictured) were good, and the ka-pow (also pictured, chicken with chilies, green beans, and basil over rice) was perfectly balanced by being both spicy and savory. Generous portions, bold authentic flavors, great atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares. This is a cut above your typical generic Thai spot. Will absolutely be back!

    Angry Noodle with chicken

Down by Stafford for a swim meet and decided to eat dinner here before heading back up to 95N. This restaurant also exists around my neighborhood. It was late and they were about to close. We quickly decided on the chicken satay for appetizer. My wife got the Angry Noodle and I always go for duck noodle soup whenever available. Their version is called the Quack Quack Noodle Soup. Service was excellent even though they were about to close.

    Mango Sticky Rice dessert.

The restaurant is conveniently located near Doc Stone Shopping Center at 26 Doc Stone Rd in Stafford, VA. There is ample parking and the entrance to the restaurant and the bathroom are both handicap accessible. The bathroom is a spotless, well‑stocked oasis. I opened the door and declare I heard angels singing. I've been in hospitals that weren't that clean The restaurant itself has two sections, one that looks set up for larger groups although parts of it seems to be undergoing minor renovations . The other side, is elegantly decorated with a full bar and an amazing staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We ordered a mix of dishes, and everything came out quickly. * Thai Iced Tea was delicious. * Crab Rangoon was to die for crispy and flavorful. . * Tom Yum Soup (Level 3) had good heat but a bit too much tamarind, which made it slightly sweeter than expected. * JB Deluxe Roll and Shrimp tempura Roll were both fresh and delicious. * Mango Sticky Rice was superb, though I would've loved a little more of the coconut sauce. Overall, the food was flavorful, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. I'm giving this place five stars and will definitely be back
