The explanation Mike gave me is that if a job he worked on has been there for over at least a couple years, he discards/boneyards it after making multiple attempts to contact owner. First, this was never disclosed to me when I brought in 4 items for repairs, he "victims blames" me by laying the fault on me for leaving the gun too long. The person who told me not to go to him says he takes his time with the repairs, I was in the impression that this is normal and same reason I haven't heard from them. Airsoft was in a hiatus since Warped OPs burned down 18 months ago, I get his point but I'm not unreasonable, I was expecting to pay storage fee or whatever he wants to charge me for that. There was never an attempt to contact me about my items, I never changed my number and have the same number for years and I work in healthcare working with multiple health care professionals. I simply don't miss phone calls. The job is not over 2 years ago, see tag, he keeps on changing on how long he keeps an item in storage, started from 6 years and worked his way down to 2 years. Lastly, the only item I got back today is my krytac drum mag that he deems "beyond repair". Mike's reasoning is extremely faulty because of all the items, the drum mag would be the perfect candidate for trash/boneyard. He claims that once his shop contacts the owner, they right something behind the back of the tag. Mine is blank. I wouldn't be surprised if Mike sold my items. It just doesn't make sense to throw the "repaired" items and keep the boneyard ones, plus it's a quick sell. Stay away, do yourself a favor. Learn from my mistake, this guy is a scum and this is the confirmation.i
