Mediterranean fast casual offering pitas, bowls, and drinks. Larger than expected interior with plenty of seating, and a small side patio with additional seating. Fast, friendly service. I opted for a spicy chicken bowl with lentils, super greens, zucchini, and red pepper hummus. Everything was fresh and tasty. I just wish the chicken was actually spicy. It was not at all. Sat on the patio and enjoyed the food with a strawberry basil turmeric drink which was tasty also. I would return and try a different protein.

I love this place! The people are kind and thoughtful, the food is great, the prices are so reasonable, it's clean and we like watching the video of them making stuff in the side room! The staff helped me to the table with all our plates today without me asking. I always get great service here.

Kairos is a pretty solid fast food Greek restaurant with pitas, bowls, feta fries, and more. I always get a falafel bowl and feta fries. I typically like to order online for pick-up because there are a ton of options/toppings on the menu and it can be overwhelming when you're standing in line trying to read everything. I like to add on the kairos hot sauce, tzatziki, and red pepper hummus for sauces. The food is consistently good here and prices are still reasonable.

Great healthy spot where you can customize your food! I stopped in and was immediately impressed with how many menu items they had. You could choose one of the menu items or totally customize your own, which is what I went with. I tried their make your own bowl, which is a base mix of greens and grains, your choice of protein, up to three spreads and up to six toppings. I went with romaine lettuce, brown rice and quinoa, lentils, chicken, vegetables, hummus, red pepper feta, tzatziki and their Greek vinaigrette. It was super delicious and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room was spacious and had plenty of booths and tables. Definitely recommend for a fast casual, healthy option!

The Moroccan bowl was incredible!! We had very low expectations for fast food Mediterranean. The food and service blew us out of the water! It's like a chipotle style Mediterranean place. However, the ingredients are noticeably fresh and flavorful. We will definitely become a regular at Kairos. The dining area had many booths, was very clean, and spacious.

Spent day at MuSC . Had no food all day & was craving a delicious Greek platter .. this food was AMAZING!! Did Uber Eats & arrived in 20 min & hit the spot ! Flavors in point . DELIC !! Would order 10x over .

Fresh, beautiful, flavorful casual Mediterranean fare. You can build your own pita, bowl, or platter. I built my own bowl with chicken and a bunch of other spreads and toppings ($13.50 ish ) - it was phenomenal! I loved the variety. I delivered from here so can't speak for the service but everything was carefully packaged.

My first time trying Kairos Mediterranean did not disappoint! We ordered this for delivery, and they still filled our bowls to the top, which was a pleasant surprise. I had enough in my bowl for this to be two separate meals. We did the build-your-own bowls, and they generously came with six toppings without additional fees. We also got the "Feta Fries" appetizer that came with a delicious vinaigrette to dip them in. It was very fresh and an overall great spot, which I will definitely have again.

I paid $59.32 to be asked by the cashier to let him touch the rice to verify that it was indeed crunchy!!!

If I could give zero stars I defy would. All the tables were dirty but only 2 were occupied. The rice was crunchy and the cashier told me to let him check the rice in my bowl to verify that I was telling the truth, knowing full well food safety standards were NOT being followed. Never go here!

Really solid fast casual mediterranean spot which is hard to find in Charleston, SC. Service was amazing even though there was a little bit of a line, the line moves super quick! Food was fantastic! You can either build your own bowls or you can choose from a wide variety of pre-made bowls

This place was super good! Going to be adding it to our favorite places for lunch! They were definitely busy. We went around 12:30pm on a Sunday. But we didn't have to wait long. They are fast and efficient. I got the freya pita how it comes. It was super good. Super fresh. I really loved it. 9 out 10 My hubs got the love triangle. He loved it. He did say he wish he added some kinda of vegetable like lettuce, tomato or cucumber. 9 out 10

They were very helpful with my questions concerning my gluten allergy. They were able to confirm what was gluten free but it is also clearly marked on the menu. The food was fresh and amazing. The hummus is homemade. I had chicken Lula and it was really well seasoned and some of the best I've ever tasted. The only downside was the price. It was quite pricy for a lunch but with that being said, I would still return for more of their food. I just wish I could have tried more of it.

What really separates these falafels is the robust range of spices and complex flavor into the traditional falafel, texture and flavors. The falafel appetizer platter came with four pieces and they were basically gone as soon as they arrived to the table as our entire family ate immediately. Including our pickiest eating family member, who enjoyed theirs too! Exceptional! The halloumi is fantastic and cooked perfectly. It had a nice seasoning on top of it which differentiated it from others I have had before. Everyone at our table enjoyed it. It came with four pieces. The grape leaves were a delight. They had a more robust complex flavor palette than Greek style grape leaves. They were served warm, however they were not dried out like sometimes grape leaves are when they're brought to a table warm. These were beautifully seasoned and had nice moisture to them. The size of each was about that of a ring finger. I can not remember hot many pieces were on the plate but it was more than 4. We ordered the chefs hummus with the pine nuts and pomegranate seeds. It was delicious and a great texture. Pretty much par for the course. My entrée was the Mujadra lentil and rice dish. The flavors were absolutely phenomenal. At first, I was thinking about getting the lentil soup for lunch, but then decided to try under the vegetarian section of the menu the lentil plate. The lentils and rice were placed in a circle mold on the plate. With pretty pieces of salad coming out from four different places. There were pine nuts, chopped, and placed a top of the rice and lentils. Everyone at the table tried my dish and even though we all four have very different favorite flavors and foods everyone agreed it tasted phenomenal and was absolutely delicious. Another family member ordered the lentil soup. They really enjoyed that and they also took some rice off of their spouse's plate and put it in the lentil soup which was a nice pairing. Spouse had the beef kebab cooked, medium rare. The temperature on the kebab for cooking was absolutely perfect! The texture pinkness, and overall cooking was beautifully done to a true medium rare. He had french fries as his side those were just as perfectly cooked as everything else that came out of the kitchen of this restaurant. They were nice and crisp with a good flavor. Three of our four family members tried and agreed they were very nicely done fries crispy all around and not floppy soft. Another family member ordered the Shish Tawook. They were completely in love and smitten with the garlic sauce that came with it. It is divine and tastes beautiful on the chicken. Rice was beautifully cooked as well. The accompaniments of lettuce, pita and oil was delicious. Dessert was baklava. Like every other part of the meal, we had it had a really nice blend of spices and flavor to it. We got it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. All of the desserts on the menu are made in house. One of our family members doesn't tend to like homemade ice cream however she liked this ice cream because she thought the texture was really brilliant for it being made in house at a restaurant. The baklava comes with three pieces. I would love for them to open a restaurant near where we live. If we lived here we would come in 2-3 times a week. Near the end of our meal, we heard some of the restaurant team speaking with another table of regulars. We overheard that they were short staffed that day as someone had called in. We never absolutely would not have guessed that. They seamlessly checked on our table, brought everything out in a timely manner, and none of the plates were hot like they had been sitting at expo waiting to come out to the table for a while. It was wonderful hospitality, with great care and checking in. Our server was a sweet and attentive person. Simply removing plates as we finished and refilling drinks. No one at our table was in want or need of anything as he kept it all well filled. I think the biggest compliment I can give is one family member always has room for dessert. They loved their meal in the appetizer so much they could not have any dessert. Which coming from them a huge dessert person is quite the praise.

While we were out walking on King Street, a local recommended Stella's, and I'm so glad they did. We walked over from our Airbnb and immediately loved the space. The restaurant has two U-shaped bars in the center, which is my husband and my favorite place to sit when dining out. We went in with zero expectations and hadn't even looked at the menu beforehand, but everything ended up being incredible. The drinks were fantastic, and our bartender/server was so sweet. Even though we were one of the last couples seated that evening, we never felt rushed and were able to enjoy the meal at our own pace. We ordered the non-breaded calamari and a shrimp dish, and the calamari was honestly the best I've ever had. It was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and the artichokes that came with it were so delicious. Every bite made me happy. We finished with the tiramisu, which our bartender recommended, and it was absolutely outstanding--easily the best tiramisu I've ever had. I'm still dreaming about this meal and would come back in a heartbeat the next time I'm in Charleston.

We were surprised when we walked in and the bar was actually low, with low, spinny bar seats. But it actually was pretty unique and fun! Our server was excellent and gave us great recommendations. We started with the Stella's Kalamari that had sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and artichoke hearts. It was very flavorful and delicious. Something to keep in mind here is that the portions are pretty large. Perfect for splitting dishes and a lot of food for your buck. The stand out dish for me was the spanakopita. It's a flaky, crispy pastry with spinach and feta inside that you dip in tzatziki. What's not to love about all of that?? We splurged a bit on our entree and split the braised lamb shank. The lamb itself was pretty good, but what I enjoyed most was the pasta it comes with. I would maybe suggest trying a different entree. It wasn't my favorite, but it was good. For drinks I got the Cretan, which had cucumber infused gin, lime, rosemary and thyme. It was so refreshing and just what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending it to others!

It is also a wrap, not a pita. I love pita, but it is neat that they serve wraps too, since most places don't. Others in my friend group ordered rice bowls, which was a really large portion for your money, and one friend's gyro looked solid. One of my friends is gluten free, and if you are, you'll find lots of options here. The same goes if you're vegetarian. Everyone was able to find something here with no arguments, which is always nice with a group. The prices seem a little expensive for what you get; at least I thought so with my wrap. Rice bowls seem like a better portion for the money. I would come back again with friends, but I would try something else next time.
