I am amazed at the number of comments singing their praises. Our full roof replacement was the worst experience with a contractor we have ever had. Looking at dates on the comments, they tend to be almost a year or so old and I'm wondering if their sale in late '23 had an impact on their quality of service. The salesman made a big deal about their level of supervision and protection of our property during the process. They completely failed on both counts. The first day brought a punch list of over a dozen items where extensive damage was caused to our front wall, front gate, statue, and more. This was all caused by the crew throwing the old tiles into the dumpster in the driveway while their supervisor was a couple houses down on his phone in his truck, not all of them hit the target. Once we pointed out what was happening, they changed their method of getting old tiles into the bin. They also had to come back 3 times to fix very sloppy work on two of the seams visible from inside the house. After multiple back and forth emails, we finally reached a settlement that cost us a couple of thousand dollars. We just wanted to get over it. Hope this helps someone avoid a nightmare. read more

Spoke too soon with our last review which was glowing. They made a mistake during install using nails that rusted in the first couple of months. Kairos acknowledged the error and said they would make things right. Since then they promised the world and have not delivered. 3 different people measured and counted, I gave them the tile spec. And they took a sample. Tiles were delivered, wrong color and not enough. No one will answer a call or give an update. They took our money and ran. Save yourself a headache and use someone else! read more

So sorry we had them do our roof a couple of years ago. Tiles were uneven leaving gaps. They also charged $30k over the original estimate and did not even install the proper hurricane straps. Avoid this company at all costs! read more

They charged me an additional $2220 above the quoted price, they damaged my landscaping, they left areas undone and poorly finished, and they became very aggressive when I questioned the final charges (Cheryl and Rich specifically). As we say goodbye to 2020 one of the high points for me and my family was getting a new roof. Naturally after it was completed we had record rains and there was zero issues. Also and most important to me personally after it was completed I thought my home had a shot at winning the coveted "Home Of The Month" award where we live in Hollywood Lakes. So we sent our photos in, part of the criteria was permitted improvements to our Home. The judges reviewed and we won after 17 years! This meant a lot to me and I cried for joy. Our Home was on the Hollywood Historic Home Tour in 2011 but still never won. It was Kairos roofing that made the difference. Superb! Bravo! Wonderful! Amazing! Excellent! These are just a few words to describe my experience with Kairos Roofing. As a Realtor; I was helping one of my previous customers obtain estimates for a new roof on their home. They are snowbirds, and were unable to attend return to Florida immediately after a roof leak was discovered. We obtained 5 bids on the house, 4 of the five provided estimates within $5k of each other. My customer chose Kairos. Zak the owner had come to the home and the only guy to actually get up on the roof to check it out. Both the homeowner and I felt most comfortable with him and his contract, which was also very thorough. Zak also checked the pavers on the driveway because he knew the weight of his roofing truck had the potential to cause damage. They completely covered the rear patio with plastic to ensure any falling debris would not disturb the patio pavers or the salt water pool. His guys got started right away, removed the old roof, installed the tar paper, new wood, new hurricane straps, sent me, the owner, his daughter pictures of every step of the way, sent all of us a copy of the City of Ft Lauderdale's inspection report. We did have to wait a few weeks for tile delivery; once it arrived the roof was finished in a few days and they sent us a copy of the final inspection. The roof looks great! They totally cleaned up after themselves as there isn't any debris on the grass, pavers, driveway or hedges. Leo the Supervisor is fluent in Spanish and he assisted me with a handyman guy to paint the facia and a few other things plus Kairos hooked me up with a Gutter Guy to provide a estimate. We can't say enough good things about this company. We did an entire re-roof and from start to finish they were communicative, extremely clean and fast. We had pretty extensive termite damage and although we needed a lot of extra wood, they did not just tack it on to the end of the project and give us a bill. They talked us through the extra costs upfront which was very appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves every day and we found no nails lying around. If we know anyone who needs a new roof we will be recommending Kairos 100%! read more

We had our roof installed June of 2020 , Zach, Karen and their entire crew from start to finish was amazing! The price was fair, the workmanship was superb. My lawn was clean each day, plywood was placed strategically not to damage my sidewalk. Was most impressed with their safety first attitude. Giving me the phone number for the supervisor on site and asked me to call if I was leaving my home so they could escort me away from my home safely.
