I started with the cold marinated chicken gizzards. The gizzards were excellent. I'm not sure what they were marinated in, but they were very savory, and had just a tiny bit of a kick to them. The second order was the tomato beef rice noodle soup. The dish actually came in two separate containers. The noodles on top, and then the soup underneath. The tomato broth was very savory, and the tomatoes were poached in the broth. The beef and the pickled vegetables were excellent. There were several different types of beef, they were all tender and delicious. I've had this type of rice noodle soup before, and this one was absolutely top-of-the-line.
