The Osaka Beef here is incredibly delicious--it's my absolute favorite bowl of noodles! Their Sukiyaki Don is also amazing. The service is excellent, and I love the atmosphere too. The green plants around the dining area really enhance the whole experience.

I got the miso ramen. Soup is creamy, smooth and not oily. I felt the soup base lacks come flavour. They gave generous portion of the noodles, they were firm and chewy. The noodles did not absorb the flavour of the soup base. The ramen has 3 pieces of meat. I like the part of the meat where it has fatty part as most of the meat was lean and on the drier side. The ramen has a generous amount of corn and bamboo shoots in it. I love the egg yolks! It's not too runny. The egg whites tasted a nit salty though. The edamame was good! I recommend trying it! They added some spice in there unlike the regular salted edamame! The takoyaki is crunchy on the outside and it has a generous amount of bonito flakes on it, but I think it might be too much as you can see from the picture. While I was dining there, I only saw one staff and she was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant looks like a modern industrialized place. They have wired lightbulbs hanging down near the cash register. They have porto blue tile porcelain plate which I think it's pretty unique and reminds me of Portugal. They still have the $1 appetizer promo where we paid $1 for an appetizer for every order of a ramen which I think is a pretty good deal!

I was craving ramen and wanted to try a new place. I visited Hitto on a Friday around 6pm and it was relatively busy. We were able to get a seat. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have a few tables in the restaurant. It does get cold when the door opens in the winter so I recommend asking to not be seated in the front. We got the tonkotsu ramen and the spicy miso ramen. We also got takoyaki and karage for appetizers. The food was okay. The cha shu in the ramen was very tough and thick. The soup was just lukewarm when we were served and the noodles itself was okay. The takoyaki had very little octopus. I personally do not think I would return to the restaurant.

I ordered off UberEats, they had a buy 1, get 1 free deal on certain items. We got the Strawberry Iced Tea, my baby (1 year old) and I loved it! It's literally amazing. And they stapled the drinks to the bag so they didn't fall over inside!!! Everything was well packaged as you can see, the Tonkotsu Ramen was to die for, and my baby had Chicken Gyoza, he tore it up! Overall 10/10. Thanks y'all

Staten Island isn't known as a destination for ramen noodles but Hitto Ramen has definitely help put it on the map. A small storefront on Victory Blvd that packs a big punch. Their spicy miso broth was rich and velvety, enough heat to pack a punch but still allowing you to enjoy the dish. Teamed was done al dente and char sui pork nice and tender. Their calamari karage was light and crispy. Service was friendly and the environment was very relaxing. Definitely a great addition to the Staten Island dining scene.

I love the music played in this ramen spot, its super calming and relaxing and creates a very peaceful atmosphere. The food was incredibly quick and the plating is nice. Not alot of space inside however. The chashu bun was good, the sauce was different but welcoming. Unforunately the size was a bit disappointing. Nothing else was inside the chashu bun. The cold noodles were fine, I wasn't particularly impressed, the flavors were a bit plain and the Wasabi was all I could taste. A bit pricey for the portions but they had some highlights. Overall was a pleasant experience!

Food was better than great visited many Ramen places in Staten Island this one is my favorite so far. Staff is friendly, the food and restaurant are clean. Try the ramen you won't be disappointed. Will definitely be coming back. Sorry couldn't resist eating the food before taking a picture, pictures prove food was delicious and amazing lol.

Overall, a classic cozy ramen shop with a modern twist. My boyfriend and I decided to both get the Tonkatsu ramen after hearing about the 50% off grand opening deal. It wasn't the best ramen I've ever had but still solid. Broth was rich and flavorful, perhaps could have been the slightest bit saltier. The two pieces of pork were very tender. Noodles were likely not homemade but still had nice springy texture. Portion size was satisfactory. Price point even without the discount is decent. Only criticisms would be that we weren't crazy about the egg that was surprisingly and unusually sweet, and a third piece of pork would have been ideal. Would rate the ramen a 7-7.5 out of 10 SIDE NOTE: they offer a discount for military, healthcare workers, and students.

Where do I start? This is not Japanese style ramen. That pretty much sums up my review. First. The package for takeout is nice. Everything has their logo on it. The takeout bag, the takeout noodle bowl, and the utensils bag. Everything has their logo. That's nice. I ordered the basic tonkotsu ramen. The only thing I think is good is the soup. Not too thick and it's not too salty, which I like it. I also added an extra dollar for the appetizer, which I ordered the karaage chicken. It's good. Crispy, well seasoned, and the sauce that comes with it matches the chicken. And I also ordered extra noodles. Here comes the negative part about their ramen, and why I ain't going back. First. The ramen doesn't taste like they made it. It tastes like packaged ramen. Then the pork chashu. Just like the rest of the yelpers here. It's some low quality chashu. Very very thick, tough, and tasteless. The reason why it's tasteless is because there ain't any fat in it. It ain't like other Japanese ramen place with the round-shaped chashu with a good little amount of fat, so it will be more flavorful and more tenderized. The chashu is really really upsetting. Here are my final thoughts. A ramen shop that can't get the ramen and chashu right, please don't call yourself a ramen shop. You can be an appetizer shop and just sell appetizers, because those are alright. Charging 15.95 for a basic tonkotsu ramen is a bit pricy, other places are normally 10-13. If you don't believe me , check out "ramen Donbo". The only reason they can charge this much is because it's on Staten Island and there ain't much option. But after tasting the chashu, I'm sure other ramen on the island could do better. And lastly, I ask for extra ramen on the side... biggest mistake ever. They "custom" charge me an extra $5. Like wth... extra noodles usually cost 2-3 bucks. If the quality is good, then I have got nothing to say. But the fact it's not good at all. If they can "custom" charge me 5 for extra ramen, they could be "custom" charging people that don't have Japanese ramen knowledge $10 for extra noodle. They should really print it in their menu. I do not recommend coming here. But if there are people who like to eat Japanese style ramen, please check out "ramen danbo ". It's in bk parkslope area. They are priced very friendly, and the noodles are amazing. You choose the thickness of the noodle and how firm the noodle to be. Why? And how you can adjust the texture? BECAUSE THEY MAKE THEM FRESH IN THE BACK! And this hitto ramen they didn't and they can't! Should've listen to my wife. Don't be lazy and drive out. I got lazy today and just ordered from them.. biggest mistake ever.

This is the best Ramen in Staten Island. The stew is delicious and the flavor profiles in the ramen are unbelievable. 5-star

The Shrimp Mango salad was good. Delivery from the Wonder app came sooner than expected, too.
