This place has the ability to be an absolutely amazing place. Unfortunately, Kalahari seems to forget that no matter how big a place is, if the customer service lacks, everything quickly becomes irrelevant. There was a group of 7. We had a nice room with a full kitchen, 2 baths, and a lot of room. That was all great. The kids loved the Waterpark. Those two things get 5 stars, but I can't get over the service. When a 9 year old tells you she doesn't fell safe with the lifeguards, there is a huge problem. They could not care less if you were having a good time. From check in to check out, I can't remember running into one work that acknowledged us, or seemed remotely happy. Coming from a family that normally goes to Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls, where everyone is the nicest person you have ever met, to this......I don't know if we will return, and I don't think Kalahari really cares. read more

My family and I have traveled to Kalahari the last two years and have had great experiences. The water park has so much to offer. There is an entire indoor and outdoor water park that is clean and offers fun slides. The food selections are great as well. You can get the casual pizza and chicken fingers by the pool or go to the weekend buffet for a nice sit down meal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room wasn't ready upon our check in time and they gave us a food voucher due to the inconvenience. Overall great trip. read more

I went here after scoring a ticket with a derby duck purchase. I'm from Sandusky but it was the middle of winter and my girlfriend and I decided a steamy pool room sounded better than the wind howling around the house. We rode most of the slides, hung out in the adult area, and even went to the outside heated area and let the wind whip our faces a bit before retreated back into the building. But in the end it got boring so we left a little early. Since I got a steal on the ticket, (20 bucks with the duck) I felt it was money well spent but probably would never pay their full ticket price. Of course I don't have kids either. I did notice when we got home that the things we wore swimming were significantly bleached out. They clearly use a lot of chemical. On one hand it's good. There's a lot of kids here and I didn't see long lines at the bathroom.... But I wasn't crazy about all that chemical in my eyes and on my skin. It's a trade off... read more

Ehhhh, lots of cool things to do here. It's huge too! But. SOOOO busy! Most of the clientele is rowdy, loud and obnoxious. I'm not talking about children either. My room neighbors were smoking pot in their room, people running up and down the halls (adults) and rude people everywhere! Maybe they should raise the prices a bit more to keep out the riffraff! The place is really fun and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do for children, teens and adults! The rooms are really nice as well!!! The Hut room was very nice with a balcony, two queens and a very nice bathroom! Have fun here but come on a weekday or an off- season! read more

Big fun but it comes with a steep price. Kalahari attempts to put itself into the same category as Disney or one of the amusement park chains. It only success in price. It was nice that the resort added the zip line, rock wall and safari park, but it's an additional fee for those attractions. Thats like going to Cedar Point and having to pay extra for the roller coasters. read more

I have been here a dozen times over 10 years and wow, service has gone downhill! First, coming to our room the smell of marijuana in the hallway was overpowering. All you have to do is walk down the hall and you can smell what room it's coming from, if the resort is no smoking how are they not including marijuana in that policy?! My 5 year old said, "It smells like a skunk in here!" Our room still has the previous occupants trash left in the trash bin and hair in the sink. At the Waterpark we ordered a pizza (at the restaurant/snack place in the center of the park) came back 15 minutes to pick it up with my receipt and they forgot to make it, but a female worker apologized and said she would bring it to our table, 20 minutes later we walked back to find out where the pizza is and no one was working behind the counter except the person taking orders with a huge line, I saw the pizza sitting on the counter and grabbed it and walked out. We bought the refillable elephant drink cups and every soda fountain was down except 1. I had to walk all the way back into the center of twaterpark from the lobby for the only working machine. The best bang for your buck when you stay the night we went up twice last year for my children's birthdays we went in April and October, we are season pass holders for cedar point so this is a off season place we visit. If you watch for deals you can get a good one! Our last trip up we got a 3 room suite for up to 8 people for $199 a night and a $50 game room credit. The water park was fantastic and I was surprised that you can easily find a seat, however the water park does not have enough tubes, so you have to hunt one down in order to find one which is impossible. The arcade is always packed even at 11:00 PM and the machines are always broken but, the staff gets on it and theirs is no problem after they fix it. The staff here is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied however, the security was not great. After sending in a noise complaint the security does not even attempt to solve the matter. If I was establishing this establishment then this would be the number one thing I fix so my guests can sleep happy and safe. read more

We stayed before spring break (Friday/Saturday). The 2 night required stay is on the steep side. The room was clean, staff was friendly in the hotel and the restaurants we chose were very nice. The water park area is almost over packed. Personal space is not really an option in this part. Heavy lines, over packed areas and limited staff to help comtrol. The signs have rules, but the teenage staff do not step up and make people follow the rules. The hot tub area was full of 12-15 year old kids without supervision. It was at least 50% over capacity. ( the adult hot tub was closed by 8) Lastly, the smoking right next to the doors. State law requires a further distance from an entrance. The heavy smell is unavoidable walking in. The propping of the door to smoke right outside is great for allowing the smoke to come inside as well. They want the big bucks for the room and fun, but the value is in the detail. Javan went above and beyond! This man needs a raise. Upon arriving we had a few hiccups. When my husband and I notified the staff they went out of their way to fix everything and make sure our stay was perfect! We have stayed here several times with no issues, yesterday it was just one of those one in a million accidents, and they absolutely shocked us with how quickly they responded and made us truly feel like VIP guests. Thank you Javan and the other staff members who were so kind, the cute elephants all over the room warmed my heart! All the little thoughtful details you put into our room is not often heard of in this day and age. Awesome... This is a GREAT water resort to escape too. The facility is clean and can accommodate all. The water is warm throughout each section (lazyriver, wave pool, kids pools, etc.), floors are clean, and the food prices are reasonable considering your staying at an indoor water park. We had lots of fun. I was most impressed with how there was no mildew smell throughout the entire establishment. I have been to other indoor water parks and they literally stink but not Kalahari. I'm not sure what their method is of keeping their carpet from gaining an odor but whatever they are doing please keep up the Fantastic Job!!! read more

The Kalahari resort is in a great location as there are not many other choices in this area. I visited for business but it was great to have the water park at the hotel that is open late. There isn't too much to do in the area and this made for a nice distraction when I had time. The service at the resort could use A LOT of work. I spent 10 hours one day tracking down packages that had been delivered to the resort on my behalf. It was very frustrating and the resort didn't do enough to figure out how to get them out of their own storage area despite the fact that I had given them all day to do so. I stayed in a double bed room which was comparable to a motel 6. It wasn't horrible but not luxurious in any way either. I did see the upgraded suites and they were nice. We had a lot of problems with the sink clogging. We called the front desk many times but in the week I was there it was never really fixed. Co-workers who stayed at the same hotel had issues with the sink and toilets. I enjoyed having a restaurant or two on-site as well as the water park - that made it all ok. My family and I love Kalahari!!! There is SOOOO much to do that I recommend staying more than one day. We went for the first time 2 years ago during winter and there was such a wealth of things to do that we regretted not staying another night. I noticed another reviewer preferred Great Wolf Lodge. We had decided to try out a Great Wolf Lodge last year and we were greatly disappointed after going to Kalahari first. Our kids actually got bored at Great Wolf because they ran out of things to do and it seemed more geared towards really little kids. The room was very nice with two large beds, fireplace and private balcony. We were incredible comfortable and the staff was very kind. I didn't try the spa or the restaurants because they seemed kinda pricey for a family of 5 but from looking at the menus, they all sounded good. We're going back in a few weeks so maybe we will try more and I can review again. read more

This review is only for the water park because I did not stay the night (turnaround trip). First the price is ridiculous but I will not knock off a star for that because it was worth it. It's just smarter to stay overnight as the admission is included. The park itself I feel was clean and well ran. Never did I have an issue inside the park. The staff was nice and friendly. We went on a weekday so the lines and such were at a minimum. My issue is that the bathrooms were atrocious. Smelled like urine in the males all over and I'm told the same about the women's. Only area that didn't smell horrible was the family locker room. This is one thing I feel should change. All in all its a great place and I will return. I just hope it's cleaner (bathrooms) when I do. read more

This is a cool African type get-away in Sandusky. I visited for a wedding reception. We arrived early so, we had time to explore. Of course, we made our way to the bar. It was decorated like a rain forest and had a huge bar in the middle. The two bartenders were great. They mixed good drinks and added a little flair while mixing by tossing the drinks or mixers into the air. After leaving the bar we headed to the conference center area which was beautiful. There were African sculptures and pictures lining the hallway as we made out way to the reception. The size of Kalahari was surprising large. There were several rooms and the reception took of 4 of them. The staff that worked the reception was attentive, friendly, and on the ball. The rest of the resort had an indoor water park, a restaurant, and several other areas for entertainment. read more

Ok, we all know what to expect from this place. But I want to say something about the Italian restaurant there. Sortino's Italian Kitchen was amazing!! Jordan, our waitress, knew the menu and could recommend food based on preferences perfectly! Her fun and energetic personality made the experience that much better!! This type of person keeps people wanting more and returning for more on a regular basis!! She even complimented us saying we made HER night better. What a great soul. I really don't understand this place. The concept of an indoor water park/ hotel about 3 miles south of Lake Erie seems a bit awkward. Nevertheless, I stayed at this "resort" while traveling on business as there really are few options in the Sandusky area. Although I did not have to pay for the room, I think the rates are somewhat excessive considering this place (the hotel portion) is comparable to a Motel 6. The beds have to be about 20 years old. I was fortunate enough to be visiting Sandusky during the winter and the town was plummeted by at least a foot of snow while I was there. That being said, the indoor water park is a excellent reprieve from the harsh elements. Basically, the Kalahari is a nice indoor water park with a substandard hotel attached. Save yourself some money and stay at any of the other terrible hotels in the area for half the price then use your savings to visit the water park... read more

First time visit to this water park, actually any indoor water park that I can remember. If you've never been here, I recommend typing the address into a search engine (bing or google) and click on satellite view or birds eye. You will get a better understanding of what some people call big, since that is a relative term. That way you may even familiarize yourself with the parking and general layout. To clarify, I do agree this is a large place and I my experience was in the winter, so I didn't even go outside. The parking lot reminds me of a Walmart lot... Tight spaces especially when people park like assholes. The entrance is nice and large, but you may have to look around for a second to find the check in area. I went on a holiday weekend so it was really busy. Pretty much everything you need is in the resort, but if you have kids I would bring extras of unusual items you can't do without. Bring your swimsuits, IDs, and your credit card. That's pretty much all I brought when I walk to the water park area. When I walked in it was like several huge gymnasiums connected to make on big one. The area about the wave pool was a very large greenhouse roof, allowing the daylight to shine through. It wasn't very cold inside, even with the large ceilings. I was pleasantly surprised. The HVAC (heating) system was pretty impressive. The first thing I did was checkout the little kid area, as the water was calm and shallow. It was probably a foot deep and had several small slides with intelligently placed mats at the bottom for padding once the kids lands. The water park has a lifejacket mandatory policy on anyone under 48". You may bring your own or the do supply a readily available rack of varying sized jackets. Most have the through the legs strap to prevent the jacket from riding up. There are lifeguards walking around with sticks with three different heights marked with colored electrical tape. I'm not exactly sure what this meant. Hopefully another yelper review can clarify. The slides were super fun. I'm doing the ride breakdown from memory so cut me some slack if I butcher it. There were two four person slides, when you're on a inflatable yellow raft with your butt in a tiny tube and your legs are all in the center. The one is a quick turn then down a steep fast slope that propels you into a large toilet bowl where you swirl ever closer to the second slide in the center of the bowl. The more weight the better for this ride. Dads don't send your two stick figure daughters down this one alone, go with them! The second one utilizes the same type of raft and plummets you into a wild dark ride with so many twists and turns you can't keep up with the excitement, next thing you know you're back into the light and calm water. This ride was my favorite, it was a mix of the first two rides, only you go by yourself without a raft. You slide down into the darkness with incredible speed and you emerge into the light like a bullet into a small funnel that has you all kinds of excited! As you slow down, you get closer to the big circular waterfall in the center where a calm six or so foot pool awaits your unpredictable ejection from the funnel. There are six or seven other slides I went down but they don't deserve a detailed review. I will say they were fast some hurt my back. I couldn't help but think drying the slide out and dumping a 5 gallon bucket lacquer down the slide, and let it harden to fill and smooth all the tube transitions, out would improve the experience for everyone. Overall I would go back again, possibly in the summer...maybe after finding some coupons or deals of course! read more

We stayed here for the first time and really enjoyed ourself. We had a family of 6 and had a two bedroom. The room was nice and had fridge and microwave. The balcony was great to look out at everything. The resort had arcade room and lots of stuff to do that were very expensive. Glad the waterpark was free with staying. We did the escape room and the waterpark. Waterpark was fun and the escape room was just ok. Not worth $20. read more

I asked for an early check in at 3:00 and I was turned away with an attitude from a young lady at the desk. Her reply "well check in is at 4." The good news is you can get some great deals. We got to suites for $149. If you go in with a group it could cost as little as $30 a person. The bad news is I saw a lot of people having chlorine burns and rashes and I could only stand it for a few hours before I had to go back to the room. My chest hurt and my lungs feel like they're on fire... Unfortunately we couldn't go back... I'm glad they're keeping the place clean, but certainly at the expense of people's health. I would not go here again unless the outdoor space was open so I can breathe fresh air. This was our second time here. The last time was a year ago. This time was during a busier time. Last time I had rave reviews for waterpark staff. They were out if their way friendly (especially with our autistic son). I'm afraid they may have new management for the waterpark because it seemed more about line management. There were only one raft per slide going in the early morning. :-(. The hotel staff this time was stand-out. The housekeepers were always friendly and saying hi. The supervisor asked us while passing by if everything was good in the room and our requests were filled timely. The Great Karoo was good. We remember our morning waitress from last year. She was super friendly. Just don't go down to breakfast too early. We are early risers and missed breakfast buffet the first morning. We had an excellent experience at the Reserve last year for our anniversary. The quality was noticeably lowered. It was still a good dinner but not the standout from a year ago. Overall, our family had a great vacation. My tip is that you need to manage expectations and kind of go with the flow. read more

Despite having read some not so flattering reviews about this place online, we chose to book with the Sandusky Kalahari Resort for our family Christmas meet because it was within reasonable distance for everyone to travel during this Covid restriction-filled time. With high hopes, we booked a family suite with patio & fireplace for our family of 4, as well as the private whirlpool cabana for our family meet. Our room was averagely clean but it was in pretty bad shape. We ended up on the first floor of the resort wing with a patio door that did not lock. My husband and I ended up sleeping in the unsecured 'double' patio room meant for our kids while our kids slept in the 'king' room meant for us. The beds really are quite uncomfortable and each one of the 3 beds in our suite had OSB board placed between the worn out box spring and mattress, like something you would find in a cheap $40 motel not in a $300 a night suite. Normally, I would've asked for a different room but considering that our hallway didn't reek of burned cannabis as it did for other members of our group, I decided it was probably best to just stay put. One of the bathrooms in our suite was in a great shape of disrepair; the entire faucet would pull away from the wall when attempting to turn the shower on and both bathrooms had strong mildew/musty smelling shower curtains that obviously had not been washed or changed in quite some time. Moving onto the private whirlpool cabana...it is not private by any means. The entry into the cabana is surrounded by waterpark seating and it is also placed right beside one of the highly trafficked slides. There may be two TV's in the cabana, but you can't hear either one over the screaming slide riders or the other park guests sitting right outside the entryway. Even though the resort was only at 40% capacity during our stay, we still had to yell to communicate with each other or our cabana waitress the entire time inside of this 'private' cabana. There is no rope or tie off to the cabana entry so there are constantly kids (and adults) who just walk in, but the biggest issue of the private whirlpool cabana is the whirlpool itself...It is in such dilapidated shape, I cannot believe that they are even renting it out. The interior of the pool is crumbling away to the extent that the entire bottom of it is covered in the grit of dissolving concrete. Every one of us who went into the pool ended up bleeding with some kind of cut or scratch from the jagged edges of the seats and walls. Most of the jets are malfunctioning and by afternoon the whirlpool water temp. was cooler than most of the slides. When I asked the 'head lifeguard' who comes by the cabana every couple hours about the broken jets and water temp. I was told: "yea, the pool is old and we know the boiler has a hard time keeping up...sorry about that" yet he continued to check off on his paperwork that the jets and heater were 'functioning properly'! With cold water in our whirlpool, we decided to head to the heated swim up bar which was really nice until other hot tub guests started smoking in the outside area despite the no smoking signs everywhere and no employees around to enforce them. I wish I would have taken some of the reviews online more seriously. Reading some of them, I thought they had to be somewhat exaggerations from angry guests. Yes, they are probably angry guests, but from my experience they really are not exaggerations. The lack of security, safety, concern, and care from the management at this resort is truly appalling. After this Sandusky experience, I will not be booking at another Kalahari Resort. read more

Staff goes above and beyond, they found out that my girlfriend's 4 yr old goddaughter was celebrating her birthday, and gave her an Elsa doll, frog stuffed animal, and a fist full of candy. She was beaming and gave the employee a huge hug. Water park is extremely big, dozens of options to fit the needs of anyone. Staff was very friendly and the park was clean and had lots of safety staff. Couldn't have been more impressed. Still have 2 days left here, but had to rave about this place. read more

This was our first time at Kalahari and I have to say our stay was amazing! The resort was so kid friendly that there wasn't a moment that we weren't busy doing something fun. Our 8 year old couldn't even walk straight because there were so many amazing things around him. From the baby lion to the birds and the water slides, the wave pool, the arcade, the bowling and the lazy river we fell into our cozy room exhausted at night only to get up and do it all again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I even had the opportunity to talk to the CEO who kindly came up to me at the bar when he noticed I was waiting and offered to serve me. You can't get that kind of down to earth experience just anywhere and that made my day. We sampled a little bit of everything during our stay. The restaurant we ate at was delicious, and the presentation was fun! My son's lunch came on a giant leaf plate which he thought was very cool. The pastry store was BEYOND amazing and candy shop was like a kids dream! As for the adult entertainment, my husband and I enjoyed top shelf drinks while we lounged by the flowriders, watching the kids and adults boogie board and surf. I could have watched that all day it was so entertaining! We spent several hours in the arcade as well which was HUGE. We were there for only 2 days and it wasn't near enough time to see everything. Next time we will definitely book a longer stay. My husband and I rarely get time off so vacation time is precious to us. I can only say that we will be enjoying many more stays at Kalahari in the years to come! read more

Not worth the money. There are BETTER (although smaller) resorts nearby. 1. Check-In: The process takes entirely too long. We waited in line for 20 minutes to "check-in" only to be told that our room wasn't ready and they would text us when it was to get the keys. Granted check-in starts at 4p & we arrived at 3p, but they said we'd have to wait in the long 20+ minute line AGAIN to get our keys when the room was ready. So basically you wait 20 min to PRE check-in then do it again to get keys when the room is ready. I asked if (in this day of technology) they could give us keys & activate them remotely when the room was ready OR if we could skip ahead of the line to grab keys and was told no. 2. Staff: unprofessional, rude. My hey don't smile, barely acknowledge your presence when you go to purchase (over-priced) food, beverage or misc. I was refused a drink because I didn't have ID, then the same bartender served someone who looked my same age without asking for ID. The room was literally 2 miles from the water park so I didn't feel like going back for ID which I didn't need the day before when I purchased alcoholic beverages. The guy who was working at the ice cream store CLOSED & LOCKED the doors 1 1/2 hours before closing time because he said it takes him at least 90 minutes to clean. WAIT, WHAT?! They let employees close at the time they feel they want to in order to clean up & get out in time instead of the actual CLOSING TIME posted? 3. Water park & Arcade: yes, they are huge, but over-crowded on a spring break week. Not enough seating. Rude employees. You could have more fun at a smaller facility that you could actually use because it's not filled to capacity. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND GO TO GREAT WOLF OR CASTAWAY BAY INSTEAD. We have been to Kalahari about 5 times, but were nervous to go this weekend with all the bedbug scared out there. That is why I would write this, to help other people decide. We checked into our nomad room, and left all our stuff in the hallway while we checked the beds and couch. Spotless, no signs of bugs, the mattresses looked new. That made us relax immediately. The kids (6 and 7) had a blast as usual. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about. My only complaints are obnoxious other guests, and the food is crazy expensive. read more

Use to be my favorite place but honestly I am so disappointed and disgusted. There's a few things I was not happy with. For starters when I checked in the lady was clueless. We had two reservations and we requested we have a room at least beside each other with a combination. She made it seem like it was the biggest hassle. She didn't even know how to do it at the end the manager had to come out and complete it. One of the room was completed so we all gathered there to get ready to go swimming the room smelled like pee. It was so gross. To a point where I was gagging trying to catch my breath. We figured let's not waste anymore time and go swim. The teens did their own this and the adults did their own. The out door slides were nice and we enjoyed them. Then we decided to go indoors and we went on the large yellow slide with the raft indoors and we waited in line. As we're standing we noticed roaches about 8 crawling and making their way in the cracks. YES! ROACHES!! When I looked up what type of roach it was I suppose they're called "WOOD ROACH."Then we noticed another one on the railing. We were so grossed out we didn't know were to stand especially because we were all barefoot. I mean we are swimming! My sister and cousins honestly were in shock. We have never ever experienced anything like that there and we go to Kalahari maybe 7 times a year. We finally go to the top of the slide and there was a chunk of hair in the corner it just looked dirty. I figured they opened outdoors and forgot about the indoors. We complained and let someone who works there know what's going on. Each person said I'm not in charge of that but I'll let them know. I honestly don't know how to go about that. Then my cousin went on the blue rafting ride where there's three people in a tube and the tube got stuck on the slide for a second in between the cracks causing the raft to flip on the side and she fell out off the raft causing her braces to bust her lip and the bracket broke and chipped her tooth. I do not understand how that even happens. Last I checked it's suppose to be a safe family resort. They should honestly take a step back and work on a few things. I've never had a problem with kalahari and I've been coming since I was a child myself. I'm very disappointed. I'm also very disappointed with how the staff handled everything. With the roach situation every person we explained it to made it seem like "that is not my job" Attitude. With my cousin getting hurt the gave them tokens to the arcade. That was not okay! You can't just give tokens and think it'll go away. We had to leave early the next day so she can make it back on time to see her dentist. Our day was gone. Our trip was pointless and the attitude of the manager was careless. I won't be back for awhile honestly until I know these complains are taken serious. read more

I stayed at the Kalahari Resort for Colossalcon 2015 and had a wonderful time. Overall the resort is fantastic and the waterpark is lots of fun (The Wave Pool and Lazy River are great for those who don't like the slides!). However there were a few negatives that stood out, mostly from the eating places - specifically Ivory Coast and Cafe Manjaro. My friends and I ate at Ivory Coast on Friday night and it took over an hour plus to get our food. Why? Because the "printer wasn't working" in the kitchen. Really? The food itself was great but there is no excuse for something like this happening. The waitress however was a complete sweetie (I believe her name was Heather!) and took a percentage off our bill which was really nice! The second time happened at the Cafe Manjaro. My friend ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and again it took almost an hour. There were even people getting their orders while he was left waiting. How long does it really take to make a grilled cheese sandwich? This was ridiculous and it should never take that long. No compensation was offered either, the staff here unlike the lovely waitress at Ivory Coast were very dismissive only telling us that it was "slow" because of what we assumed was the amount of people from Colossalcon ordering food. There was also zero reinforcement of the "Quiet Hallway" rule posted on signs in the hallways. We could hear loud con-goers at all hours of the night! Loved it. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the tv which consistently lost signal. I wasn't there to watch tv, granted. But when I wanted to watch a show in the evening as I was winding down, and then couldn't because of the lost signal, well, that made me unhappy. Stayed in one of their one bedroom suites and loved it though. The gas fireplace is a nice touch in the sitting/living area. read more

I'm going to give this place three stars, but only because of the magnificent service. Everyone was cheery and bent over backwards for us. The room -- which was an "upgrade" -- left a lot more to be desired. If crowds are not your thing, avoid this place at all costs. The attractions are decent, the arcade is cool (if not overstimulating), the food is mediocre. All things -- as you would expect -- are overpriced. My significant other and I both agreed this place is a "one and done." read more

Great stay. First time there. Door man set the tone - very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Stayed a Thursday & Friday night in a Lodge Suite - us in the bedroom and 6 and 8 year old on the sofa bed. Everyone slept great both nights so I give the bed and sofa bed a big thumbs up. Room easily passed our cleanliness inspection and we are picky. Room had tons of space and full kitchen. Waterpark was pretty empty - that's why we went during the week. The room cleaning crew was awesome. Multiple times walking down the halls I heard the supervisor/auditor giving feedback and making sure the crew was keeping stuff in prime shape. As someone who was long supervised people, I was a in awe about how she helped them so respectfully. It was obvious she was checking things to make sure the rooms were in the best shape possible. Food was just OK - but I don't go to a waterpark for gourmet food. read more
