Dr. Caitlin is a godsend and truly an angel. She helped my now 3 year old heal from torticollis. We sought her help after seeing a physical therapist who told us to follow exercises on YouTube videos. Dr. Caitlin and her staff tracked my child's progress complete with photos and detailed notes which I have the original copies of. I feel blessed to have come across this clinic (well, we were actually referred by a prenatal massage therapist i had been seeing for since my LO was in breech position...) and highly recommend this practice to anyone interested in helping their babies develop into their best selves. read more

Sydney is truly the best. I started seeing her during my fourth pregnancy and would drive all the way from Roseville because she was absolutely worth it. Every visit was tailored to what my body needed that day not the basic, routine adjustments most chiropractors do. This was by far my easiest birth, and I genuinely believe her care played a huge role in that. Now that I've had the baby, he's been going once a week since about three weeks old. He's not exactly thrilled during the adjustment, but afterward he sleeps for the rest of the day, waking only to nurse and then going right back to sleep. If you're looking for a chiropractor during pregnancy or for your baby, she's definitely worth checking out. read more

We took our 3 month old to see Dr. April for about 4 weeks because she was favoring one side of her head more, and we were beginning to worry about plagiocephaly. Dr. April was really nice, patient, and seemed to always put our little gal straight to sleep by the end of our visit. She has started to switch sides when sleeping, so I can only assume that the work Dr. April did help. read more

I have been bringing my son here since he was 2 months old. He is almost five months old now and two weeks after we started coming here my son has consistently slept through the night. We did go through a little bit of the 4 month sleep regression but all it was was a couple of nights where he woke up once and went back to sleep in about 10 mins. I think we only had one night where he woke up at 3 am and decided it was time to party. He's the happiest baby who is so sweet and calm and I honestly think it is all due to coming here and seeing Dr. Kaitlyn. Our son was so colicky the first 2 months of his life and I was so desperate for help and sleep that I called and made an appointment here and it has honestly changed our lives. Ever since I saw the changes with my son I started seeing Dr. Tiffany for some lower back issues that started after pregnancy. Every time I go I always leave feeling so much better and balanced. Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Kaitlyn are both so accommodating and try to see me and my son at the same time so we only have to come once a week instead of making multiple trips for the both of us. I've never really been one to actively go and see a chiropractor until I found this place. I love this place so much and always recommend it to anyone having a baby or has already had a baby. read more

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I took my first daughter here after i discovered she had silent reflux from a tongue tie. My daughter also had a misshapen head shape as well and Dr.Caitlin worked her magic on my daughter. The initial appointment was super detailed and thorough exam and then the adjustment appointments were thorough as well and my daughter loved it! I have a second daughter now who also had a tongue tie that we have been struggling with and I wish we still lived in Sacramento(we moved to sonoma last year). I recommended Dr.Caitlin to many of my coworkers who have also fallen in love with her. Dr.Caitlin has been so magical that all the other chiros I've seen for my daughter pale in comparison and I am so sad we no longer live in Sacramento because she's truly such a gem! read more

THE HANDS DOWN BEST chiropractor in Sacramento area!!! Dr. Caitlin is so kind & caring. She works with all people including pregnant mamas and babies!! She saved this mama when my son was a newborn with colic, and has kept me in great shape through both my pregnancies! I really don't know what i would do without this woman. She's amazing at what she does and a back crackin queen! I love that she also does evaluations to see the difference your body makes in the progress from when you first start with her. You will never turn back after trying dr Caitlin. Wish i could give her 1000 stars, I truly can not say enough good things about her read more

I grew up in a house that was decidedly against chiropractic care, and I am 100% converted. It took an injury and intense chronic pain to bring me to chiropractic care and now I have been going to Dr. Caitlin every week for over a year and feel more supported and in many ways healthier than I have ever felt. She connected me with great resources, including a functional nutritionist and I am well on my way to resolving chronic stomach issues. I am so grateful to Dr. Caitlin. The office is very professionally run. I can't say enough good things about Dr Caitlin and her staff! read more

Realized I need to update to include how my infant loves seeing Dr. Caitlin, too! He thinks she is pretty much the coolest person ever, and is so happy anytime I take him in. For those who don't know what infant chiropractic care is - take a look at my picture. It's very gentle. It really helped my first baby with latch issues. I know mamas who swore infant chiro was the only thing to help their colic babies. Sleeping issues or constipation are easily addressed. So grateful for everything Dr. Caitlin does to keep our family healthy and happy! read more

This chiropractor is amazing! The evaluation was so thorough and detailed, she really took the whole picture of my health into account. The treatment lasted a full 30 minutes and I felt taller and way less tense walking out. Within hours my mobility improved and two days later I'm continuing to improve. She is truly a master practitioner. read more

Sydney is amazing! I recently brought my 3 month old son here because I noticed he was tense and preferred to look to the sides instead of looking straight forward. Sydney did an evaluation and confirmed my thoughts. She also suggested he had a tongue tie, which is what I thought when he was born but was told I was wrong by a nurse. She gave me a referral to a dentist that I will be following up with. She's very calm and soft spoken and was gentle and caring with my son. I wish I came here when I was pregnant, unfortunately I went to a chiropractor that did not specialize in pregnant woman so they were never able to get to my back like I needed. I will continue my care here with my son and eventually my other children as well. I absolutely recommend this place and I have already told some other people about it. If you're looking for a chiropractor and are pregnant or looking for your child, don't hesitate to make an appt here, like I did. I would have been here MONTHS ago if I had gone with my gut the first time instead of going somewhere else. read more

This is a long overdue review. I found Dr. Caitlin through yelp when I was desperately searching for chiropractic help for my baby! We started seeing her when my son was only a few months old. He was "colicky" and dealt with painful reflux, food intolerances, and poor sleep. Dr. Caitlin was thorough, knowledgable, and extremely gentle. She is so great with babies! I truly believe her treatments helped us get through the difficult reflux phase that also hindered my son's tummy time and movement. By the end of our treatments my little one had caught up to all his milestones and is thriving. We plan to go as needed now and absolutely will go if our future kids need to as well. Highly highly recommend Dr. Caitlin for any of your baby chiropractic needs! read more

My doula suggested Kaleidoscope Chiropractic after I found out my baby was breech at the beginning of the third trimester. Having scoliosis and a previous spinal fusion, I had been told by one care provider that my baby may be less likely to turn head down or be well positioned due to my scoliosis and petite stature. I knew that there was still time for baby to turn and wanted to be proactive. Dr. Caitlin was knowledgeable, encouraging, and took her time with initial assessments. Her prenatal package included valuable pregnancy resources, a meeting with my partner and I where we learned prenatal stretches and exercises that could be done at-home, and an at-home postpartum visit for baby and I. Dr. Caitlin really went above and beyond and her knowledge and care helped me to feel comfortable throughout the third trimester while making room for baby to position well. I ended up having a positive, empowering, and uncomplicated birth with my son and am so glad I found Dr. Caitlin! read more

Dr. Caitlin is SOOO AMAZING. Our son has seen her for flat head, and tension since he was about 2 months old. He's now 4.5 months old and has grown so much with excellent results. He had a flat head that is getting so much rounder. Also - we tried another chiro and he screamed and hollered at every session. We left that place and came to see Dr. Caitlin and wow. She is SOOO good with babies/kiddos. I feel like our son gets a massage/spa treatment at each session. He sleeps very well after each session. We also love the overall assessment that she does and takes pictures to show proof that the individual is getting better from the first visit to the last visit. I wish her all the best and hope she uses her miracle hands to cure and help many more people. Thank you Dr. Caitlin for being such an amazing, sweet, and kind soul! read more

If you have a family or plan on having one, Caitlin is your new favorite chiropractor. She helped me throughout my pregnancy, and the postpartum journey has given me great health direction for my 2-year-old and helped me navigate breastfeeding my infant. I have also watched her help babies with severe colic, taking them from a super fussy state to completely relaxed and aligned. Caitlin also has some of the best recommendations, if you're looking for ways to rest well while pregnant or good places to get a massage, Caitlin has the best referrals. read more

I've been seeing Dr Caitlin for a month or so and she has been a life saver! I'm a pregnant hair stylist so my body needs some tlc. She has kept me out of pain during work and educated about my body during pregnancy. I've seen many chiropractors for car accidents and she has made more of a difference in a month than I've ever received in a year of treatment. Dr Caitlin truly cares about her patients and I'm very happy to have found her. Highly highly recommend!!! read more

I don't even know where to begin.... Dr. Tiffany is absolutely incredible. Every interaction I've had with Dr. Caitlin is amazing as well! But I have specifically been seen by Dr. Tiffany for my initial and than for my first adjustment. I'm definitely not a yelper haha but I am just so impressed with the service I've been given so I had to jump on here and share. Dr. Tiffany is beyond beyond educated and extremely caring. She listens so carefully to provide such personal and amazing care. Looking forward to all of my future appointments here!! I have definitely found my chiropractor office for as long as they'll see me:). read more

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Caitlin! I came in with pain and stiffness in a number of regions on my right side and left feeling like a weight had been lifted off of me. My low back tends to stiffen up after a run but after my visit I ran virtually pain-free and felt so much more mobile. It has been over a week since my visit and the effects are lasting. Dr. Caitlin is just the right balance of humble and confident. She made me feel safe and heard and she is so skilled at explaining complex ideas in ways that are understandable to anyone! The space is also very relaxing and spotlessly clean. I 100% recommend Kaleidoscope! read more

Dr. Caitlin has been SO sweet and amazing for our son. He was 6 weeks old when he started going to her and was colicy, had silent reflux, wouldnt sleep well, cried for hours and was misersble. Her evaluation was so detailed and knowledgeable unlike when you go to the doctor and they tell you to just "wait it out". I really feel heard by her and she has done wonders for our now 3 month old who has been sleeping 10+ hours at night now because of her and is a happy baby. I'd recommend her to anyone with a baby. She is worth every penny, but not just that she is also affordable. read more

Dr. Caitlin is an amazing Chiropractor! Her passion for what she does is palpable and she is a wealth of knowledge concerning pediatrics and pregnancy. Not to mention, she is a highly skilled and excellent adjuster. Even as a Doctor myself, I have learned a great deal from her and she has been a joy to work with. Furthermore, she has given me a massive relief from my hip pain that I've had for years in just one visit. If you have a family or a family on the way, Dr. Caitlin should be your go to Doctor for pregnancy, pediatrics, and general family wellness in Sacramento. She will have you feeling amazing in no time! read more
