I was very patient, but I now truly believe this is a scam operation where they send you cheap goods at a marked up price, even if it's not what you want, and you take a loss either way while they profit. And although they tell you they are based in LA, the product ships from China. False and misleading advertising. Horrendous customer service. The hair topper itself is okay for the price - just not useful at all for me as the base is not big enough to cover all the areas where my hair is thinning. A horrible experience. Never again! I urge caution if you think you are getting a bargain because you may not even get what you purchased and will pay again to resolve the issue. BEWARE!!
