This is very good Ford Dealership. We are RV'ers with a 2011 F250 6.7L diesel and have the truck serviced (lube and tire rotation) every 5K miles and only at Ford dealers. So, there's always trepidation when selecting where to bring it when away from my local dealer. I checked multiple sites for reviews and felt comfortable with Whitefish Ford. I arrived before 7AM and was the first in line at the service entrance. As soon as they open, I was greeted, lined up, told the lube guy would be in at 8AM and I would be first in line. As I waited in the lobby my new Service Adviser, Amy, came over, introduced herself, reviewed my requirements and took off to follow-up on my service progress. When my truck was finished Amy told me the wash crew was really busy and it would take a while longer. Since I didn't want to wait, she told me I had a rain check to come back at my convenience. I went back the next day and Amy got me over to the wash crew. In no time they had the 3500 miles of exterior road grime and bugs knocked off of my truck and I was on my merry way. Had the oil, filter and fuel filter changed today at Kalispell Ford. I also asked to have the tires rotated (a part of their oil service package). Upon asking if they had rotated the tires, Jay, the Service Manager, said no, they didn't need it. Upon further review of the last several oil changes, their report card for tire tread depth and brake pad depth is inconsistent - having gone up and down and then up again. In fact, the brake pads, according to their "report card" have gone from an "8" to a "12" over the past two years. To add an empirical value to the tire depth, I stopped by a nationally know tire dealership and they came up with a value 2/3rd of what Kalispell Ford did and said that the tires should be rotated. I took my 2003 Ford F150 due to my check engine light coming on. It was a lean code on bank 2. They diagnosed the truck for almost two weeks. Jenny was our customer service rep and was outstanding. The made some repairs but lean code would not clear. Ended up replacing some internal parts within the bank area which fixed the problem...was not a vacuum leak. One call convinced me, as the thoughtful staff checked out every detail, offered to pick me up on Amtrak, and even found a loan that was 1/2 % below my own bank's.
