Instead, I was only informed upon arrival, which created avoidable delays. At that point, I immediately provided the complete order from Stanford via the patient portal. However, staff asked for a paper copy (non-existent as this was ordered via virtual visit) and proceeded to seek verbal confirmation from Stanford, which did not seem necessary given the complete documentation available. As a result, the visit took approximately twice as long as expected. Additionally, I was asked for clinical details (cholesterol, family history) prior to the CAC without explanation, which felt outside the scope of the imaging. Suggested improvements: * Proactively review and flag incomplete documentation prior to the appointment * Accept digital physician orders from established systems (e.g., Stanford portal) without requiring redundant paper copies or verbal confirmation * Limit or clearly explain non-essential patient questions These changes would significantly improve efficiency and patient experience.

With her years of experience and expertise, alongside tailored testing, she has helped me address a variety of challenges related to endometriosis, gut health and hormones. I highly recommend people work with her if they want to actually see a difference in their health and feel truly supported and listened to in the process.

She is the only initial doctor that ordered tests to determine what "kind" of yeast I was facing, as it was resistant to the most common medications. However, after 2+ years of working with Dr. Soni, eliminating sugar, gluten, dairy, and going on every single diet you can even imagine...15+ supplements daily, mental exhaustion from the toll this horrific infection was having on my relationship with my partner, pain with any form of intimacy which led to exceptionally limited intimate moments with my partner as everything constantly burned and itched, encouragement from Dr. Soni to move out of my house because she was convinced my issue was stemming from mold (all mold tests came back negative in my home and body), I finally decided to go to another practitioner. Shame on me for not doing so sooner, but we put our trust in doctors to encourage us to seek other help if they simply don't have the answers. The next doctor I saw told me that the meds Dr. Soni had me on would not treat the issue, as they were taken orally and needed to be used as a suppository, given the infection. My new doctor prescribed the correct medication and in one week I was yeast free (and still am, months later!). I WISH I could have these past 2+ years of my life back and the $50k+ I spent on treating a YEAST infection. Lesson learned - always get a second opinion. I hope I can encourage others to do the same if you aren't finding the answers to your medical issues. UPDATE per doctor's response - I have NOT moved homes. That was a recommendation per the doctor that I was not willing to make as I did not believe mold was the issue. I was correct. I am not sure why that was extrapolated from my statement. The $50k was inclusive of doctors appointments, labs, treatments, not moving. Happy to provide receipts (this was inclusive of other doctors since I did not get the help I needed in the first place). Per my new doctor - This was a simple issue that just needed the proper treatment in the first place.

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2023…read more The Pandemic Chronicles The Stanford Medicine Imaging and Express Care is where we headed when I was feeling under the weather and it was on a weekend when my PCP at Stanford was unavailable. Great customer service from the front desk to the nursing assistant and physician assistant. I had to come back to get an ultrasound since I had a small bump on the back of my ear - and the ultrasound tech was nice. My only complaint is the waiting room is small and not a fun place to sit possibly really sick people with colds. Definitely come here if you need to be seen and it's after hours or on the weekend when your PCP is unavailable. Noelle's Notes Good customer service Clean facility Small parking lot

Not only was she condescending about the Winchester location being closed as if I a pt was supposed to know that, it seemed like she hated the fact that she had to pick up a phone and answer some basic questions with basic human decency. This is not CI CARE that Stanford talks so much about. Nobody wants to go to urgent care, it happens for urgent needs of a medical issue. Diana I suggest you care more about your job and how you treat people or go to valley med.
