This was my first time ever doing cryotherapy, and they did a great job walking me through everything step by step. Before going in, they went over a safety checklist, reminded me to remove anything metal, and recommended taking slow, controlled breaths once inside, which really helped. They also provide a private changing room to get ready for cryo, which made the experience much more comfortable--especially as a first-timer.
