She provides a judgement-free environment with zero pressure from others because it's just you and her during the 1:1 sessions. She gives the right amount of push, positive reinforcement, and guidance so you can achieve your own goals. She is firm and demanding, but somehow gentle and understanding at the same time, too. She checks in to see how you're feeling at the start, multiple times during, and at the end of each session. She is attentive, provides clear instructions, models the movements, and is very open to modifying exercises and expectations based on what you personally need. I also love that her gym is smaller than a typical corporate gym. It has a cozier, less intimidating feel to it. Not to worry, though. Her gym is fully stocked and she has everything you need to achieve a full-body workout. In addition to a free consultation (5-10 min talk re: goals + 30 min workout), she offers single sessions or you can buy a package of sessions at a slight discount. In terms of scheduling, she's very accommodating. I've had to change my session to another day several times now and she was really great about squeezing me in on another day of the week.
