I responded to a Facebook ad that was offering a complimentary session to give Osteostrong a try. I signed up online and received a text saying that before they would give me my complimentary session I needed to do a phone call with them. I scheduled a time. They followed up with a link asking for personal information (contact, date of birth, fitness goals, etc.) which I thought was weird to send so early in the process, but they said they needed it before the call. On the day of our call, they texted me to move the call to an earlier time, and I confirmed. However, that time came and went and no one called. I waited - and nothing. No phone call - no voice message. I texted 2 more times, with the last saying that since they never contacted me at our agreed-upon time I would assume the call was canceled. A while later they texted and claimed they called (which they obviously didn't). No apology. No request to reschedule. Just a waste of time for me. I'm not sure what the deal is with this place, but their unprofessional behavior and misleading marketing practices make this 1-star review well-deserved. read more

This Osteostrong location is the best in the area, a very friendly staff and vibe, even the other patients are great. The introductory offer is pretty good, and after only a few appointments I think it's really helping. But others have proved it further on with bone density testing of course. This is one the best bone health studios that I have ever seen. The team here is super friendly and are always welcoming. Covid protocols are strictly followed and utmost importance is given to safely of everyone. I have personally experienced the benefits of Osteostrong's core methodology- osteogenic loading. Two stars one for doing good job of luring me in and another star for turning it around and taking my money so fast. Thank you for helping me discover other ways to build bone for less than 200 a month and not eluding myself to the practice of measuring my strength to determine my bone generation ratio. It's an awesome concept to sell but another to prove and serve up to customers who will stay longer than a year when the next dexa scan shows the true results. Save your money and do more homework. I have attended weekly sessions for the past six+ months and notice a positive difference in my body structure. Better balance (still working on this) and posture. The true test will be when I take my next bone density test. OsteoStrong is better than a gym membership because you will see results with the non-sweat sessions.
