She also took a long time for a simple transaction. I'm frustrated that because I use Walgreen's in CA and this is the closest one to me here, I'm stuck with them. My partner comes in, waits less than 5 minutes, gets his shot, leaves. My turn! I walk in, stand in the line that says "COVID-19 Vaccine Check-in." I say greet the pharmacy tech, Sarah, "hello, I'm here for my COVID shot." She looks at me and says, "we usually require you be in the car for this." Oh! Ok. So I go to my car, go through the drive thru, and then she starts telling me "we don't have you scheduled." I say, "I have a confirmation number, my partner JUST came in here and got a shot." Sarah THEN asks for my name, *crickets*. I then say "I have a confirmation number for the appointment," *crickets* ... "I presume you don't give SHOTS through the drive-thru," she then says "correct." I come back in. Sarah says, "I thought you said COVID test." I tell her, "no, I said shot, even stood in the line that says 'shot'." I continue "you could have asked for my name, or appointment confirmation number" which is something they send everyone via email AND text. Sarah still doesn't apologize. I try and emphasize with her "do a lot of people come in, un-masked and want tests without appointments?" She says "more than you would think." Sarah then gets my ID, checks me in, and I wait 20 minutes to get my shot. This is a tale of two lives. And it's hard not to notice it. Sarah could have asked my name when I walked in, she could have asked for my appointment info, and she could have even clarified through communication with me about WHAT I was there for... at the very least she could have apologized. This review is about the pharmacy staff. You can do better. 0/10 would not recommend

There is the initial automated hold then they picked up, didn't say anything and put me hold again. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally the phone started ringing. I stayed listening to it ring and ring for over 5 minutes before I hung up. I was sick with COVID. Felt horrible but had to drive down there twice just to see if they received the transfer. First they told me that their system holds prescription transfers for several hours. Then when I couldn't get them by phone the next next they acknowledged that they had it "that it was in the pile" and they would text me when it was filled. I finally found the drug at another pharmacy so I had my Dr's ofc write a prescription to that pharmacy. I tried to call Walgreens to tell them they didn't need to fill it but again....never got through. I'm sympathetic to being understaffed but this is a HUGE management problem! Your problems should not be the customers problems. My suggestion - go to any pharmacy other than Walgreens!! Especially the one at Juan Tabo/Montgomery

RUDE, Creepy CON-- USED TO BE VOUPRE NOW GOING BY KAMEA In a nutshell: A SCAM & FRAUD FRONT-DO NOT ENTER!! The story: They'll be out on the sidewalk giving away free samples. Don't take the bait! If they get you inside, like they did my 83 year old mother, a cream gets smeared on your face and you have to hold up some type of wand. Well, after waiting over 15 minutes with my father outside, I went back in and they told me it would be another 15 minutes because the other side of her face needed to be done. I went & told my Dad but feeling that something was "off" I returned to the store and sat on a stool across the salon. Still feeling something was "off", I started an internet search on the place... as I am reading that the product that they sell you is not what was used in salon... a male employee starts loudly announcing he "doesn't like my energy!" and "I need to go!" Another female employee steps in and tells me I can wait in a back room. NO WAY!! The male employee starts telling my mother how I am rude and disrespectful to her. I finally get my mother out of there but not before she asks him for his business card which takes him another couple of minutes to print off on a piece of register tape. Fortunately, my mother did not make a purchase. She said she had repeatedly asked the price while they were doing all their fast-talking and passing her between employees and never got an answer. With more simple research, I easily find that these salon fronts are run by criminals. Aside from product swapping, they overcharge customers to the tune of over $10,000+ to $20,000 dollars. Some credit card companies do not side with their credit card customers because the salon gets people to sign some confusing contract which states they agree to all charges (even though they have been told a different amount) and all sales are final. Just search Santa Fe spa scam or insert any city to see the horrible stories. When I was in Santa Fe, the salon was going by the name Kamea @ 208-B W. San Francisco St. No signage out front and a small sign inside. These store fronts change names frequently but the scam is the same. DO NOT step into this store. It is a SCAM. There is a man that stands in the window and points to people walking by. Then a lady comes out to chat you up and lure you into the store. It's really creepy. She says it's a medspa but there are no doctors or nurses working there. These stores have been popping up all over the place in the past couple of years. Another one is called Introstem and this store was in New Orleans, same scam different product. Why did Santa Fe let this scam business into their beautiful town? Here is what I messaged the owner on my experience: When someone is getting a Brazilian done, it shouldn't be even remotely uncomfortable or awkward. She did the job, but was so silent to the point she didn't give me professional cues like when she was going to pull in more delicate regions. I had to ask for that and at the end she was incredibly awkward and unable to maintain a professional demeanor in my honest opinion and I even told her if it was going to be this uncomfortable I wish that the $20 was just refunded. I still tipped her and I just don't tolerate that extreme of pretending when clearly things aren't ok obvious by her body language. Apple Maps still shows your old location and the way I was treated on the phone was really odd when I was trying to get clarity. She kept repeating the policy and a no show policy is not applicable to someone down the street at your old location because their maps took them there. She also tried to say it was 13 min past when I started texting and calling under the 10 min mark. She also didn't take me back into my appointment for 5 min so the congruency of policy was contradicting in of itself. When I got there, I was met with a bunch of deflections to Apple Maps and the girl at the front desk admitting this happens often and that at the same time she canceled my appointment, she had cancelled another person too. I was mind blown at the lack of regard for time and energy and money I lose out on by having to re-book and re-schedule when I showed up to my appointment and was right there. If something is a continuous problem, it needs to be fixed. I would think not only is this costly for customers like myself but for you too if your front desk is cancelling appointments that quickly and that often. I shouldn't have to fight for basic professionalism and fair policies. Original: They had moved locations to an address right down the road and didn't have it listed or any notification to clarify this was the case. On top of that, Their apple maps had their old address to make arriving all the more confusing. I was texting the number and eventually when I called about 10 min later, they said yes they had moved, that they will still charge me a no-show because it was too late to come to my appointment even though I was already there. I let her know I've been trying to text and call and that I have them on my phone and had to argue to the point it pissed me off and she said the best she could do was put it towards another appointment and that her system wouldn't let her cancel or refund a 20.00 charge. She was also giving me attitude and I finally had to say I'm really not asking for anything unreasonable and she kept rudely repeating there was nothing she could do. I truly just want a refund and to not be spoken to in a rude manner when I'm just trying to get clarity and make it to my appointment. When there are small mix ups like that I would expect some benefit of the doubt and not to be told there's nothing they can do when I made every effort to be there. That's nonsense and unprofessional. Don't penalize your customers and give them attitude when you aren't on top of your map updates and consistent information.

I called Kerstyn a few days before our visit to see if she could fit my mom and I in for us both having a massage done at the same time. She was able to quicky get another massage therapist (female which I had requested) and called me to let me know that we could get in for an hour massage each. The day of the massage my mom and I arrived and met Kerstyn and Aubry who was the other massage therapist. My mom wanted deep tissue work and I selected traditional. There were two tables set up in the massage room which was fine with my mom and I as we have shared a room for double massages many times. Kerstyn worked on my mom and Aubry worked on me. The massages were WONDERFUL. My mom has had MANY massages in her life and stated that the deep tissue massage she got from Kerstyn was probably the best she ever had. I thought Aubry was wonderful and I fully enjoyed my massage. As I mentioned before, my mom and I have been to Santa Fe before and we have had massages at both Ten Thousand Waves and Bishop's Lodge and we both thought the massages we got with Kerstyn and Aubry were as good if not better than others. This spa doesn't have the hot tubs and spas and other things like some of the higher end places so if you are looking for that kind of experience you may be better off going to one of the larger spas. However, if you want a really good massage at a very reasonable price then I would highly recommend this place. My mom and I would for sure book here again the next time we come to town!
