I had my birthday lunch there a few weeks ago and everything was excellent! I don't know what happened today. We had to repeatedly ask for the dishes we ordered. I even had to get up to find our server. We were there for an hour before the first item we ordered (from the kitchen) arrived at our table! It took so long we had to get it to go. We waited so long to get our shumai that I didn't have time to order my favorite udon. What we did get (2 sushi bar rolls) in a timely manner was excellent (Crazy roll). When my sister finally got her Philly roll she said it was good. My husband got his 2 pieces of kani sushi about 45 minutes in. The restaurant was not crazy busy so the only thing I can figure happened was that the kitchen lost our order. People that came in after us were served long before us (sushi and kitchen orders). Our server told us she gave us a discount ($5) for the issues. (They're having a $5 off special right now for everyone so no real compensation for the bad experience...)
