I've ordered the chicken Pad Thai several times, and it's always amazing. The spice levels are no joke, my wife tried mine that I get on level 4 and got her sinuses cleared pretty quick! I've never dined in, so I can't vouch for service. They've been on the ball about checking me out every time I walk in though. I have been to their spring Green location on many occasions and similar to that location. This is simply a wonderful dining experience. Firstly, the food is absolutely wonderful. In addition to the fact that this location has a sushi bar and the sushi chef is absolutely first class. On this particular day, I had tuna which had apparently just been received and the pieces were generous. Well selected extremely fresh and just very, very tasty. Secondly, the service in this facility is just as wonderful as their spring green branch, the waitress in this particular case was simply exceptional and certainly well deserving of our praise and a tip. Took a tour here with the owner this place is lovely has several different engagement and experiences. They have two tailored private party rooms. A main dining area, sushi section and a corner music stage. You can find everything you're looking for right here a quiet corner to have lunch by yourself or meet with a group of friends. It all seems to work hats off to them lovely menu, very accommodating, luxurious, but always changing and tasteful offerings. What a delight many people give this place their business they have two locations one on Spring Green Boulevard and the other here on Westheimer Parkway. I had a nice dinner with friends here. This shopping center can be a bit tucked away in the neighborhood, so I hope they get the traffic they need to succeed. They have a huge menu that cover a wide array of Asian cuisines from ramen to bento boxes to curry. Everything we had was tasty including the appetizers. PAD THAI have us food poisoning. We did let them know we were sick for 2 days. My niece and I had the same thing i think the shrimp was off. And the sushi bar gave off a rotten fish smell. I have to question their rotation methods, save food handling or just a cook without a nose. I picked out and only ate one shrimp my niece ate more. But we were both really sick. From Thai food to ramen to sushi. Ambiance very nice. There was live music on a Friday night and the service was absolutely amazing. Several waiters/waitresses checked on us throughout the evening! The food: 10/10. For appetizer, we got the steamed gyozas. They were great. For dinner, I got the hot black pepper chicken, and my boyfriend got the miso ramen. You can choose your spice level for the Thai entrees ranging from mild to Thai hot spicy. We also asked for a side of chili oil to alter the spice level more. We absolutely loved our experience here and have no regrets giving it a try. We hope to try the sushi next time, as they have a full sushi bar! read more

The sushi there was actually really good. Loved the different varieties and fish was fresh. Thai food was kinda ok.... Could have been more flavorful/spicy. Not a ton of variety for the Thai food part. Music was maybe classical/elevator?? Lighting was nice, service was so quick to respond and checks in frequently. read more

I picked up my teacher friend and brought her here for lunch on her lunch break. We were told to grab our own seats, our drink order was taken quickly and brought promptly. Then we waited a good 15 minutes with no one coming. I got up and asked if we could get our orders in as my friend was running short on time. The sushi chef came over and was so kind, he offered to make us sushi as a consolation. It was delicious and much appreciated! A server came immediately and did a great job. Yes food takes approx 25-30min but you can't expect homemade food to be that quick without loosing its flavor and authenticity! We weren't in a rush because of the music and ambiance and the welcoming staff and owner!! We were there to enjoy every minute of it and they made all worth it!!! We ordered, spicy adamame, crab and cream appetizers, cheese rolls, a sushi boat (20 different styles), pad Thai chicken, spicy chicken ramen, pork ramen, crab fried rice, orange chicken and white rice, pork wontons, so many different drinks and they were all delicious!! Ramen was ok. Nothing special at all. Sushi.. plain Jane. We got the family shaggy dog and crunchy roll lunch special but then charged $20 instead of $13. Was told it's only priced $13 for week days and weekends we will charge $20?!? Ok. Furthermore, the actual shaggy dog roll is just a shrimp tempura wrapped in seaweed, and rice with a rizzle of spicy mayo on top..?!? They are not even making a shaggy dog correctly. When I asked the server about it, he mentioned the lunch rolls aren't going to have everything done correctly like sushi rolls not on lunch menu would...Well ok. Why wasn't this mentioned before we ordered. Please note, others have posted their shaggy dog rolls. Mine looked nothing like that. No crab topping. I promise, just a tempura, shrimp, wrapped in seaweed and rice with spicy mayo on top... Sushi wise...you are literally better off getting grocery store Sushi. I'm sorry. But entrées we're just straight trash. Service was terrible. Please save $90 for a family of 4 on just getting entrees and try other place is my opinion. To be honest, the restaurant asking for near $20 for basic fried rice should have been a red flag. Don't waste your time and money here. 2 star as the family didn't get any Thai dishes. read more

I went on a Friday evening. Pretty empty. Sat pretty quickly. Order drinks, then order food. Sweet and spicy chicken tasted like it spiced with just hot sauce. 6/10 Ordered veggie spring rolls 10/10 I would definitely get it again. Ordered potstickers 8/10. We also ordered a chicken Ramen. It's nothing special. 6.5/10 Order the combo, crunchy sushi, and shaggy dog . 0/10 this is where the real problem is. I told the waitress after taking a bite of each role that it was not good and lacked flavor. He went to give it to the chef, the chef then came over with an attitude and was asking what was wrong with the dish. Me being nice simply just told the chef it wasn't good. The chef continue to push and state that no one in three years didn't like his food. I told him that the shrimp tempura lacked flavor. It just taste like bland fried shrimp and soggy. I told him the Crunchyroll taste like nothing and these are my typical go to sushi. The chef was visibly upset asked if we wanted anything else. I ordered mango sticky rice then he walked off. We received the mango sticky rice. 5/10 (I'm not sure what mango sticky rice is supposed to taste like it's just not my preference and I went there to try it) We then were not service the rest of the meal. My friend attempted to call over one of the waitresses which in return, she rolled her eyes and another girl came. The second girl, Huff and puffed, and we simply just wanted to check and to go boxes. We had now felt like this was a hostile environment because the entire staff appear to be talking about us, glaring at us and ignoring us. Our waitress finally came back around dropped off to go boxes and a check and took off. We paid and left. This place is 5/5 stars across the board. First of all, the ambiance is great. It's a casual place but it gives an upscale feel with the live music and cute decor. There's lots of space inside and there's also a full bar. The food is great. Quality and flavor all on point. We only ordered Thai food and didn't get any ramen or sushi dishes but everything we got was amazing. All the dishes were full of flavor and didn't lack in any way. Prices were very reasonable too especially for the great quality and good portion size. The service was the best. From the hosts to the bussers and of course our server were all wonderful. Our server KRIT was part of what made this experience so great. They were so kind, attentive, and friendly. They were so high energy and bubbly and smiley the whole time and they always made sure we were taken care of. They deserve a personal shout out because of how awesome they were. Everything we ordered here was really good. It's rare to find a place that has something that everyone in my family has something they like. Son got their ramen which was great and my daughter ordered pad see ew that was also great. Wife ordered the sushi salad that she was craving for so everyone got exactly what they wanted. The music was great musician has a lovely voice, all types of genres for all, including Latino, country, pop and seasonal tunes. Who would have thought that a Thai, Ramen, sushi place would serve such amazing cocktails, including old-fashioneds, but you guys, this will be the place to be this coming fall and winter! I rarely leave a review this low. Rarely. I know they are relatively new, but our experience was pretty bad. It took over 30 mins to get our food and on a workday, that's too long and we ordered off the lunch menu. Two tables next to us came in after us and got theirs well ahead of us. My wife had red dragon role and it tasted good - no complaints. I had a bento box with a roll. The roll looked like it had been in a fight as it was all over the place. The fried dumplings and cream cheese ragoons were cold. The 2 pcs of fried, let's say a thick yellow vegetable (nether of us could identify it), was cold and 95% raw. So mine was less than appetizing. Maybe try them again in a while, maybe. read more

When I get the bag of food home it is always packed so well that it is still hot and tasty. Their dessert is to die for! Pad Thai is my favorite and I get lots of appetizers. I joined the membership at the register, I'm not sure what the name of it is but I save $5 every time I eat there. The service is always on point and they are very friendly. The atmosphere is great.
