Got the best facial of my life by Steven who I can't recommend highly enough. He knows so much about skincare and I enjoyed every minute of our 80 minute facial. I got the upgrades he recommended including the oxygen Intraceuticals add on and everything felt amazing. Went here for couples massage. The spa is open from 10-6pm daily by appointment only. Recommend you come to your spa appointment with your swimsuit because you'd be able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi which was delightful. I didn't like the steam room, the smell in the steam room reminded me of the Amazon jungle exhibit at the Loveland Living Aquarium. Sauna was good. The spa attendants were great throughout the the booking process and the entire appointment. I got a couples massage at the Grand America Salt Lake City a few months ago, so I had to compare that with my experience with the massage at St. Regis. Which place did it better...I would have Grand America over Remede at St. Regis. The massage was good but not good enough to say I'd go back to get a couples massage there again for what we paid. I felt my left side didn't get as much attention as my right side. There was a tub there but not for use at all for couples massage. At Grand America there isn't a tub but you and your guest get to shower under 16 shower heads for a few minutes before doing the massage. The Remede spa has a lot more light snacks (nuts, fruit bars, chocolate bites) water, and other niceties than at Grand America. Spa attendants were wonderful but if you're going to drop some serious cash for luxury spa massage, I'd go to Grand America instead and while still expensive, not as expensive as Remede for the massage experience. Remede offers 50, and 80 minutes. Grand America offers 50, 80 and 2 hours for couples massage. Something to consider if you're considering couples massage. read more

The dry climate in Utah plus the fact that I haven't gotten a facial in months (hello, congestion!) was the perfect reason to checkout the Remède Spa while staying at the St. Regis. I was able to book an appointment online and received a confirmation call the day before. Although I didn't partake in the additional amenities since I had a hiking date with my husband, they offer additional amenities such as a steam sauna, jacuzzi, shower, and vanity area. The relaxation room was stocked with water, tea, chocolates, and nuts. Nicole was my esthetician and she was informative and explained every step of the process. She paid extra attention to my problem areas and provided a relaxing facial experience. I left with a lovely post-facial glow that lasted for days! read more

This spa and their employees were the highlight of our trip. I was in dire need of a spa day.... only to walk in and realize that I stupidly booked our spa appointments in another STATE. Their manager, Ben, quickly started calling the other spa to cancel our appointments and to try to convince them to waive our cancellation fee. All of this was happening while their supervisor, Beatriz, and their front desk girl, Sandra, worked hard to get my husband and I scheduled for spa services last minute. All with big smiles on their faces, they made us laugh and made us feel at ease while they worked to fix my blunder (which, spoiler alert: they did!! Hallelujah!). My esthetician, Amanda, was so knowledgeable and good throughout my facial.. she really knows what she's doing!! She purified my face and took all the gunk out and made my face baby smooth and so hydrated! My husband also told me he had one of the best massages of his life from Betty. As a spa, you definitely get luxury and peace from their spectacular facilities (I really didn't want to leave). Plus, their wellness juice shots are delish!!! Their spa services are top of the line and worth every penny! But what really stood out to me the most, and made such a deep and unforgettable impression, was their staff and how they took care of their guests. While I didn't get to spend as much time at Remede as I would have liked to, I did get a taste of the amenities via the relaxation room en route to my eyebrow wax. The treatment rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and esthetician I had couldn't have been friendlier, and the products they use are fabulous. I went in for a wax and ended up purchasing some moisturizer since I liked it so much. It's not cheap though... note that you will pay top dollar at this spa! (It's one of the priciest I've seen), but if you're rolling in the dough or on vacation and want to splurge (like me), you won't be disappointed! This is probably my favorite spa in country, hands down. If you're in SLC, it's 100% worth the drive. I highly recommend this place! First off, it's in the St. Regis and you get to ride the funicular to get there, automatically a great start! Second, the hot tub, sauna, and steam room are so pristine and have the best smell. The women's locker room lacks nothing! As far as services go, I've gotten The Bear Dance three times, and man, it's hands down such a treat! Every second of it is relaxing and down right amazing. After services, you can order champagne and relax in the tranquility room. This place is the epitome of relaxation and I cannot wait to get back there. I had an excellent massage at the Remede Spa with Sutton who was quite possibly the strongest female masseuse I've ever experienced. She was quiet and intent on wringing every last bit of stress from my muscles. Sutton easily accomplished her goal and all I can say is- wow! Book her if you are able. The spa itself was elegant and had an excellent sauna and steam room. There was also a massive jacuzzi in the Ladies Locker Room which was covered in blue mosaic tiles and felt vaguely Egyptian, well, exotic. The spa was extremely peaceful and I enjoyed sampling the extensive selection of Remede lotions and other products. read more

5 stars is a very rare rating from me. It simply doesn't get better than this in Utah. If you've ever been to the Pebble Beach Lodge or The Fairmont Spa in Sonoma, you'll feel right at home here. Amazing Spa experience, incredibly well mapped out spa facility and amenities. Great attention to detail, the ultimate 'refined' spa experience. Spa attendees were very accommodating and fit me in same day, just a few hours later after dropping in. Jeff was my massage therapist and he was incredible. Absolutely amazing! I had the most wonderful and relaxing 80 minute massage here during a quick ski vacation. Yes it was pricey, but what do you expect? It's the St. Regis! They're women's dressing rooms were immaculate and offered many beauty products and clean beautiful showers. There was also a very relaxing hot tub and relaxing room with wonderful decor, great variety of tea and snacks and local honey. I'm a dentist so I really value my massages, and while most places are pricey just because of the location or the name, this place actually offered amazing service. My massage therapist, I forget his name but he was a male with darker brown hair in a pony tail, was amazing and understood proper musculature, my back and shoulders felt great right after my service. I understand its not in everyone's price range, but if it is I would definitely recommend getting a service at the Remede Spa. read more

Don't let the exterior fool you as this spa is huge!!! Super luxurious and is simply a great place to relax on a cold Park City day. My boyfriend and I came to Utah on a weekend relaxation trip, and although we intended to do some "sight seeing" in the area, the weekend weather did not cooperate so we decided what better way to relax than a couples massage right at the resort we were staying in? Since we booked last minute, we had to wait 2 hours before our massage but NO WORRIES, I was more than happy to utilize their hot tub on my own (obvoiusly separated between men and women so I enjoyed some me time haha). I believe we were the only 2 people their that day so it was even nicer - we both practically had the places to ourselves. The hot tub was awesome, with waterfalls on both sides. I enjoyed some cold towels and the combintation of cold towel on head + soaking in hot tub = AHHHH. Also since we were the only people that day, we were able to relax in the Male relaxation room together after soaking in their tub, where we read magazines and enjoyed their free treats (chocolate truffles, almonds, dried aprocots, and an assortment of teas) until I practically fell asleep. Then finally came the couples massage in the couples spa suite to top it all off. My female masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure and did a great job. I also learned to be a little more vocal about where I wanted to be massaged, so I think that helped as well since she was very responsive to my requests. A really nice bonus was the paraffin wax they soaked our feet in during the massage (applied in a plastic bag and wrapped around our feet). We still had time to kill after the massage so we returned to our repsective tubs for yet another soak. By the time I finished my shower and exited the spa, we had spent a full 4 hours there haha. So that hopefully made the $300+ price tag was worth it? Obviously an occasional treat but man it was worth it. read more

Don't get me wrong, Remede is beautiful and the relaxation room is probably the best of the spas in Park City. That being said, the service is just okay. I had a hot stone massage here with a female therapist who just couldn't do deep tissue. To her credit, she tried, but it wasn't a great massage. Other services (waxing, manicure) were fine, but let's face it... if you're at the St. Regis, chances are you expect more than 'acceptable'. What made me ditch Remede, however, was ultimately the lack of call backs for an appointment. Let me break this down: I called early on a Friday afternoon (hours were until 9:00p) to request a next day appointment. No one answered the phone so I left a message. By 6 I hadn't received a call so I called them. Again, it went to voicemail. Called the hotel itself to see if someone could help. They took a message and said they would pass it on. Saturday rolls around. No call. Multiple calls to Remede go directly to voicemail. I called the hotel to confirm that the spa was open and accepting appointments. Again, they said someone would call me back shortly. Again, nothing. By Sunday at noon, I was fed up to the point that I called Spa Montage to see if they could accommodate. When they also said they'd need to contact their on-call providers to see if someone could come in, I was worried... My phone rang 15 minutes later and by 1:00, I was in the relaxation area. The best part of this whole mess? I finally got a call from someone at Remede late Tuesday afternoon. When I questioned being unable to reach anyone, I was told that it was the off season so they didn't have as many people on staff. Uh, seriously? I understand the off season very well, but I find it hard to believe that not one person had a minute to return a phone call, even if only to say they couldn't accommodate until Date xx. Simply put, while the space is nice, this is unacceptable for a luxury property as far as I'm concerned. In the end, Remede/St. Regis has lost my business to Montage, where after nearly 8 months, they continue to go above and beyond and regularly exceed my expectations. read more

While they may have a nice facility, they completely fail when it comes to organization and booking services for guests. I was here for a corporate event and booked a massage for my scheduled activity for the day. Yay, spa day, right? WRONG. Even though my confirmation for my appointment made a month prior was for a massage, Remede booked me for a facial. There is no way this was my mistake, because I have rosacae and strict orders from my dermatologist to never get a facial. I am literally the last person attending my event who would book a facial. When I show up for my massage appointment I was told I could either get the facial or schedule a new appointment for a massage much later in the day when I had other plans scheduled with clients. Instead of spending a relaxing day at the spa, I got to go back to my room, fire up the laptop and answer emails. Major disappointment and total carelessness by their receptionist/front desk staff. I do not recommend for corporate events as I have doubts they'd have the staff to properly handle the scheduling. I should add that the staff of the St Regis itself was excellent. The spa? The service was great, but that's where it ends. From the scheduling, hanging out pre-service at the spa to check out things were not what one would expect from a high end spa at the St Regis. At scheduling the individual I spoke to called me 2 more times within 5 min of me making my appointment because she didn't get all the information she needed. I came early to enjoy the amenities, but after noticing a bunch of stuff floating at the bottom corners of the hot tub I got dressed and went to lunch, only to return for the treatment itself. I did alert the front desk before going to lunch and showed her what I saw in the hot tub. She apologized and said she would alert maintenance but they couldn't do anything till after hours. At check out not only did the staff checking others in not acknowledge me or say I'll be right with you, leaving for a few minutes to take them back but did not make any mention of my negative first impressions. I have gone to many spas at various locations throughout the country, I will never come back to this one. Again treatment was good, but doesn't outweigh the negative. read more

Wow. I had the best experience of my life at this spa during my "babymoon." The facilities were stunning and my masseuse Stephanie was the best I have ever had. Thanks to a really amazing mommy pad, I was able to lay on my tummy even though I am 8 months pregnant - there is a hole that your belly slips into. Stephanie was extremely sweet and experienced. My favorite part of the prenatal massage was when she put a hot towel on my neck, cold towel on my eyes, and rubbed my belly and my baby loved it too - we know because she kicked Stephanie! Not a place that values customer service. I guess they know most guests are visitors and don't care to deliver quality service. We talked to Jessica Schneider about 10 days before our stay at the St. Regis for Christmas week. We wanted to spend an hour or two in the spa while our teenagers skied for the day. She said we could use the facilities since we were staying in the hotel and did not suggest we make an appointment. Fast forward to the day ... we were now told we can't use the facilities because the spa is full. We asked to just use the steam and whirlpool, to which they said no. We are not happy since Jessica could have made appointments for us a couple of weeks ago. That shortsightedness cost us a day of our vacation. (We would have skied with our kids if we had known!) I feel like this is an "empty" amenity offered to guests of the hotel ... and they grant inconsistently. We stay exclusively at Starwood - this year alone over 120 nights!! - and look what that has gotten us for our Christmas holiday. Nada. read more

What a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. I did the oxygen therapy the first day we arrived (helps us sea-level people acclimate to altitude) and while it isn't really a treatment, you do get to lie down on a very comfy lounge while breathing in pure oxygen for 15 minutes. Day two was an awesome massage with Tessa. Loved the fact that my feet were encased in paraffin during the massage, were baby soft one hour later and the addition of the hair treatment was also a nice plus. While I did not use the sauna, hot tub, etc. I did take a tour and the place is Nirvana. My only negative comment is that I called prior and a few times during our stay and they don't always answer their phone! Not sure why a busy high end spa doesn't have a someone glued to the phone - they did call us back but it was a bit annoying. read more

A complete disappointment and poor customer service. While visiting Deer Valley over the holidays, I made it a point to have a "spa day" for my friend and I. Three weeks prior to arriving in Deer Valley, I called the spa to set up services for the two of us. The Spa concierge contacted four separate times get our services scheduled as they could not "figure things out." Once they completed both of our itineraries, they emailed a confirmation with times of our services. Upon arriving, we were the first guests at the spa. We were walked into the nice locker room area and were given a walk through of the amenities. We were quite excited as we were told about "truffles and tea" in the relaxation area. When we entered the relaxation area, we found dirty dishes from the day before and there was nothing available for us to enjoy. After my first service, I came out being optimistic to think things had been cleaned up, but they had not. It was not until late mid-morning did we get warm water and fresh drinking water to enjoy. (No truffles to be found.) At this moment, I realized I had better order lunch seeing that the refreshments were limited. When my lunch arrived, I was asked to go to a separate room and had to get my lunch and mimosa off another guests tray. The guest was alarmed as she thought the mimosa was complimentary to her. (Lunch was not what I asked for as well.) After I ate my lunch I went into the sauna and Jacuzzi area to prep for my 90 minute massage. As I was relaxing in the Jacuzzi the spa host came to me and said I was 15 minutes late for my massage at noon. My massage on my confirmation was at 12:30. I was asked to get out and head to my massage immediately. I was rushed and dripping wet when I entered what was supposed to be a relaxing service. I did have an exceptional massage. I shook off the confusion as I understand things do happen. After my massage I walked into the locker room area and there were no body towels to dry off with. There was NO toilet paper in any of the 6 stalls and the place was a mess. No one was cleaning up and showers were a mess as well. I went to the front desk and broke up four people laughing and talking amongst themselves to let them know what we needed in the ladies locker room area. When the lady came into clean, she stated it was her first day and she was overwhelmed....In my opinion, it's not smart of the spa to throw a new employee into service on the busiest weekend of the year. About the truffles and tea.... Don't get to excited. They bring out 6 at a time and they are gone in 5 minutes. Very cheap and not what I would expect from a 5 Star Resort like the St. Regis. The positives are that the services are wonderful and the service rooms are nice. As most spas do, Remede added a 20% gratuity to my bill. I do NOT think that 20% should have been taken from me rather than discounted from me for all of my challenges. I did make 3 separate phone calls to management at the St. Regis and NEVER received a return call as promised all 3 times. I am done with the St. Regis and SPG for good. read more
