We had reservations and got in after dark because of vehicle trouble. The office was closed, but the gentleman who worked there came out and showed us where we were. They had the nicest bathrooms on the trip. The dog park was great! read more

We were a large group with many kids who have camped all across the country without complaint or incident for years. This place IS NOT KID FRIENDLY. Owners (husband and wife Dale and Kristy) were aggressive and hostile. Kristy tried to physically attack a customer in our group. She had to be picked up by her husband and locked in the bathroom. Truly one of the most bizarre experiences of my life. (Three witnesses to this event) Unacceptable behavior from a human being, much less someone in the hospitality industry. They used profanity towards children (f***, called teenaged girls b*****s) Then denied doing so. Its very interesting to note that they verbally attacked the children in the group and never addressed any of the adults. As we were leaving the campground it was obvious they had some issue with us, however during our 7 day stay no problems were addressed or brought up to us. While doing our final load of laundry they verbally attacked children quietly doing laundry and threatened to call the police because we were 15 minutes past checkout. If you read the owners replies to customers reviews you will notice that they are quite snarky, blame the customer, and accept no responsibility for their actions. What a disappointing end to our lovely stay in Utah. read more

The owners of this RV Campground are some of the nicest people. We called late in the day and they secured us a spot. Very clean place. Very close to restaurants and gas stations with other amenities very close by. We highly recommend this place to everyone. I can't say enough about their kindness. This park recently did a major renovation to upgrade wifi and power, but it would have been nice if they had taken the time to get rid of a few sites to make some larger ones. These days it seems like a whole lot of rvs have slide outs and they take up more room side-to-side. The sites claim to be large enough for slides, some even for slides on both sides. We stayed in one that was supposed to be wide enough for slides on both sides, but we only have them on one side. We were so close to the fifth wheel next door we could hear all their conversations, smell their cigarette smoke (and the hacking cough that went with it) and generally felt we were far more intimate than we would have liked. Our other neighbor had to move our picnic table in order to get into his site. This is because the layout of the sites is also problematic, requiring lots of jockeying back and forth to back in. The entrance and exit are exactly backwards from what they should be for many of the sites. It's really too bad there isn't access from the road running along the back side of the park because then most of those sites could be pull-thru spots and very easily accessed. The owners are very friendly and the entire place is pristine. It has a large dog run and the bathrooms are very nice. The pool wasn't open when we stayed. read more

Stayed 1 night at the Kanab RV Corral - nice Campground. Had a pull thru site, very easy in & out access. Small Campground, but kept up very well. Site we had was very level - easy parking and hookup. Office staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were very nice. Good choice for RV camping in Kanab. read more

Stayed September 2012 and rate it above average for the area. Very nice and well maintained property, Staff very helpful and accommodating, excellence shows in the cleanliness of the restrooms, showers and laundry area and swimming pool. Has a small grass area for pets. Good base camp for touring the surrounding areas of Kane County. Major shortcoming is the space of the sites, most all sites are too close together and your RV door opens to your neighbors sewer, water and electric connections, Picnic table are situated in the same area of the sewer, water and electrical, but if you are out spending most of the day touring the area and using the park for a base just to freshen up (shower, eat, sleep) it is fine. Still rate it a 4 star for the area as it shows pride of ownership. read more

As someone who stays in RV parks over 4 months of the year and hotels much of the rest of the time, I must say that this is a very run RV park providing all of the basic amenities a traveller should expect. It is clean, small and well laid out, with a good wifi system. The driveways and sites are gravel but this is located in the desert, so think how much water grass would require and how hot a lot of concrete would be. Many of the other comments about the pool, space for children etc. indicate that people are expecting a more resort type of atmosphere, which this park is not. If you are looking for a well run park with good quality resources and basic amenities this is the place for you. I don't think I've ever seen a nicer park so close to town in a tourist area. I'll definitely return. read more

Great, clean and quiet park. $ 35 + tax for 2 -- Good Sam and AAA $ 31 + tax for 2 guests. We met the new owner (experienced RVer) who takes over in November, so many upgrades expected. Accommodates all RV sizes, including big rig pull-thrus. Did I mention quiet? It was great, not having kids in the pool at all hours! Long, level sites, clean facilities, and park is close to town. Great OTA TV and wi-fi signals. Daily rates only, so no long term stays allowed. Easy walk to several eateries and local grocery. Kanab is at crossroads--easy drives to Zion, Grand Canyon (N. Rim) and Bryce Canyon National Parks, plus many other nearby state parks, lakes, etc. read more

Easy parking and hookup and the wireless access was excellent. Small fenced grassy area on-site for pets but there is also sufficient grassy areas just outside the park to walk your dogs. Several local restaurant in close proximity. Good choice for RV camping in Kanab. read more

My family and I stayed here for two nights while exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon. The drive in from LA took longer than we expected, but when we arrived the owners greeted us, had our paperwork ready and we were on our way in minutes. The place has a pool, which is very nice and clean, WiFi, and clean restrooms. Everything looked updated/new and we had no problems. The only thing I wish they had was a bbq, but maybe next time! read more

We stopped here on our way from the Grand Canyon heading back to the PNW. The owners are super friendly, got us right in without reservations. The entire park is immaculately clean and well cared for. The bathrooms literally sparkle they are so clean. The only negative that I could find is that the spots are a little tight, but on the plus it gave us an opportunity to chat with our friendly neighbors. read more

This campground is located on a very busy street so traffic noise is an incessant feature here. In addition, the camp sites are poorly marked so we had a hard time finding our spot. The owners' first language is clearly not English so communication was difficult. We'll most definitely NEVER camp here again because it was impossible to sleep at Kanab RV Corral. read more

When we checked in we were not welcomed at all because we had children and they informed us a lot of older residents didn't like them. Apparent the kids the night before climbed some TREES, holy smokes, can you believe it!?! They knew in advance that we had children when we made this reservation. The pool was closed at 6 and the laundry facility was closed as well to keep overnighters from using facilities. read more

This was a nice campground with tree and shade. Gravel thu out the camp provided a little bit of dust. Pool closes early and was disappointed it closes so early when it is still HOT and plenty of daylight. We found the WiFi excellent! Actually the best WiFi we have ever encountered in our opinion. Nice, friendly accommodating front desk staff. Walking distance to several mainline eateries. Thus you can also hear a little bit of traffic at night also. Our site was level. We would absolutely stay again. Only four because we found it had more gravel (dusty) than pavement or concrete. read more

Not sure if the other reviewers on here were paid to write good reviews or maybe they have never stayed anywhere else... This RV park is horrible.... Horrible. Where to begin... This place is rule city... There is a rule for everything! Busy road on one side of the camp, apartment complex and road on the other (camp is small so there there is no avoiding both sides it's either one or the other), cockroaches at night all over campground including bathroom/shower/laundry building, tick infested trees by the pool, no pool access until 1pm or after 8pm (not good in the desert when it's 90 F in the morning, bathrooms close at night, your guests are not allowed in bathrooms/shower/laundry rooms, grounds are all dirt/gravel so if wind kicks up its dusty and dirty all over, no BBQ(!!!), no campfires (!!!) and, once you pay you are stuck. We tried to cancel our last night of three (this was on the fist day we arrived and we were still outside of the 48 hour cancelation policy window) and they would not refund us any of the money. If you see this place, motor-on and find yourself a nicer place to stay. read more

This is the best in RV park Kanab by far. Kanab is centrally located to Grand Canyon north Rim, Zion, and several other parks. The town itself is historic. The hosts were very friendly, wifi strong, park clean. But RV Corral is small. The sites are too small for big rigs. We have a 23' Airstream and felt like an airline passenger in a small seat next to a large neighbor. Our neighbors slides obstructed access to our picnic table. RV Corral's new management should ban big rigs, close a couple of tiny sites, and charge a bit more to make up for lost revenue. Because of their location they would still fill up every night, and would have fewer infrastructure problems and happier campers. read more

Very few receive a five star... This park was perfect... Loved the even level gravel... Wi-Fi was the strongest we have had at any park during our three month travels... The owner was very accommodating to our request, we had to move to another spot... The pool was taken care of with flowers surrounding, giving it a five star hotel feel... We stayed at the end of July 2015 and overall the park was clean. I used the bathroom and laundry facilities. At the end of July it's Pioneer Day's in Utah so we purchased fireworks for my teenaged son and used the backside road of camp to light off a good show. With that said, I took away a star because this park is NOT kid friendly. There is nothing for the kids to do. The pool hours were horribly. The pool did not open until 1pm and closed at 8pm. These were the hours we spent out-and-about exploring Southern Utah. Kids could not ride their bikes and there was no grass to play ball or goof around to burn off extra energy; rules, rules, rules. Another star was taken away because my neighbors sewage and hook-ups were at my door, gross. There were no bushes or fences to hide these hook-ups. Also, we needed to leave one day early and upon check-in I asked to be refunded for our last night, no way. Our stay was longer than the 48 hour cancellation, so why we were denied kinda stinks. Overall for a "campground" and "camping" the park, bathrooms and laundry rooms were clean. read more

i spend alot of time camping but i am mostly self contained so i do need a full hookup sometimes. i was near kanab and the rv corral was recommended. the recommendation was inadequate! i want clean, a fair price and decent wifi. the rv corral far exceeded my basic needs. the entire property was spotless, a great location, reasonably priced and the best wifi! the wifi was the best i have ever encountered away from my office in silicon valley. in addition, the owners were very nice!! if you are in the area and need an rv park - go without hesitation!! read more
