You're getting high quality fruit, nuts and chocolate. Located on Austin, and a nice size location, the staff let me wander aimlessly around on my most recent visit. Everything was kept neat and the staff asked if they could help, but wasn't pushy at all. Again I could have EASILY left with over $100 worth of treats. I wanted to created my own gift box with their easily do it yourself set up they had. A whole bag of dried pineapple sounded lovely too. This time around, I only bought a bar of regular Dubai chocolate for the fam to try. They've been hounding me about it. There was a special happening, 3 bars for $50. I opt'd just for one at $20. I want to see if the fam would like it first. I'll prob be back before we know it to make my own trail mix.

So good for snacking and I couldn't choose, but I had to go with the pecans that's my number one. They also sell Dubai chocolate and I'm from Portland Oregon, and the Dubai chocolate isn't the best and they do have an imported legit one but every time I want it, they're out of stock... So I came to the next best place in New York.

Their selection of dried fruits / candies have been a better post dinner snack than most of the lackluster dessert places in the hood. Nestled along Roosevelt between Prince and Main, it is a little space that often gets lost in the jungle of noodle shops, vitamin stores, salons, and bakeries. If you're not looking for it, it's way too easy place to miss. Once inside, it's all Chinese from there. I have neither seen any of the ladies who work here speak English nor any English signs to indicate what kinds of dried goods are what. Even though I have no idea how good their English is, it also never hurts to be with a Mando / Canto speaker either. I've purchased my fair share of tea leaves here, in addition to the occasional sack of dried plums. Prices are never an issue and it seems their selection is getting better. But I can't stay in here too long during summertime. Something about the absence of an air conditioner with the smells from all of the "herbs" in here make for a unbearably good time.

CHOCOLATE GALORE!!…read more This chocolate confectionery business somewhat has an old school aesthetic appeal. Quaint. Upon entering the scent is delightfully sweet chocolate permeates all senses and awakens the spirit. Sometimes chocolate can heal broken hearts. However, I believe the most powerful source of healing is genuine love. There are lollypops, hot chocolate, chocolate ice cream, bars, truffles, caramels, cordials, solid milk and dark chocolate shaped hearts and red liquorice. Sports theme and shaped chocolate are also available. I have entered a chocolate party. Aigner must have good mold to make their creations and certainly made on site. Samples are distributed. Customer service is welcoming and attentive. Gift boxes are available and purchases are issued in a nice gift quality paper bag industry standard $0.05 with a post card description of their business and company history. I was browsing their selection and my eyes are surely bigger than my stomach and wallet. Business cards are available for keepsake. Aigner is easily accessible via MTA NYC Transit buses Q53 SBS/ Q52 SBS and then Q54 on Metropolitan Avenue in Queens, NYC. Foiled Red Hearts $14.95 This product is nostalgia brew. It reminded me of Valentine's Day, every year growing up being educated in NYC Board Of Education public elementary school and one year of public junior high school where every student receive two (2) red foiled heart shaped milk chocolate which was a privilege. As a kid, it was a sweet treat and the highlight of the year. Oh, goodie goodie gosh! I found this same exact product at Aigner which reminded me idyllic, wistful times of what was. Rum Cordial $12.95 Small balls center filled rum covered in chocolate was a happy ending for a celebratory day. Nota Bene: There is a 2.05% surcharge fee for credit/debit payment transactions. This time I did absorbed this annoying fee. The sales associate did not inform me of this fee upon payment, ergo four stars. I would return again and again.

Very easy to get via several buses that stop on and around Metropolitan Avenue. Every time I've come here I've always been warmly greeted and offered a free chocolate. They give you a choice between dark, milk and white. They have so many different kinds of items. Not just chocolate. Candy, hot/cold drinks, ice cream, etc. Some of the items are pretty pricey. Like the boxes of chocolate, but believe me, it is worth EVERY cent. They do have a shelf of discounted chocolate items. Its the last shelf in the back on the right-hand side. It'll have previous holiday chocolates for half price. Last week I got a chocolate flag for only $4.25. It was still fresh and delicious. Their stuff is so good that even just a simple milk chocolate Valentines heart on a stick is satisfying delicious. They have chocolate covered Oreo's and Twinkies. Everything is handmade and you can tell! Don't forget to sign up for their rewards. You get 1 point for every dollar you spend. Once you reach 250 points, you get a $25 gift card. If you pay in cash your order will come out to less as well. I look forward to my next visit. The friendly service and dynamite chocolate will always keep me coming back!

It was filled with people working/studying and small groups of people just relaxing and catching up with their friends. I tried their new portobello sandwich. It had arugula and pesto. Not too salty but still flavorful. The bread was toasty but not too hard but still toasted. Definitely would order it again one day.

Always such a great cafe to catch up with friends over drinks and desserts…read more I really like how late cafe abundance is usually opened until because I am the type to always want something sweet after a good meal. Because of this reason and because their desserts are always great, I find myself coming back again and again! This time I got the mango bingsoo and the cookie butter croffle which were both delicious! Their bingsoo is always so fluffy which I really like and the mango flavor is super strong as well so it doesn't feel like I'm having plain bingsoo once I get to the middle. The croffles from here are always sooo good. They're so chewy and warm which was super comforting for the cold weather that has been going on recently. This place is self service so the only interaction you have with the staff is when ordering. They are always super patient and helpful. The cute cafe has quite a bit of seats as well but because it is pretty popular around the area, it does fill up quite quickly.
