This store is very cool, but I can agree with Mariana M. The Latina that works there does not like…read moreLatinos. She is super rude with how she grabs your things and looks like she almost wants to break them as she rings them up. I haven't gone back since nor will I. If you're not white you will not get good service, (be aware). All I said to her was hello as I got to the counter, no greeting back. This was last October '24 and I don't miss going into that store. I don't mind I'm from San Francisco and if I need cake supplies I'll travel down to my home town.

I've been shopping at Edward Cake Supply for a while now due to my cake business. While the store…read morecarries many items I need, I've had several disappointing experiences that I can no longer ignore. There's a Latina employee who has consistently treated me with rudeness during multiple visits. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt assuming it was just a bad day. But after it happening every single time I come in, it no longer feels like a coincidence. What's been especially hurtful is seeing her treat other (white) customers with warmth and friendliness, only to become cold and dismissive when it's my turn. As a fellow brown person, it's incredibly disheartening to feel like I'm being discriminated against for my skin tone by someone from my own community. I didn't want to believe it at first, but after so many visits with the same treatment, I feel compelled to say something. I hope the management becomes aware and addresses this, because customers should be treated with respect regardless of who they are.

This place is five stars all the way! We got to come here as part of a visit to the great Wolf…read moreLodge and our kids got to build their own candy cup! There are a lot of things at this property that are just expensive add-ons and up cells, but the candy shop is definitely not one of them, especially if you're a little bit architecturally inclined. Instead of the typical Candee by weight this store does Candee buy the cup size so you select a cup and then you're able to fill that cup and whatever fits in that cup gets to go home with you! So when I say architecturally inclined if you consider how you build the cup, you can achieve maximum Phil for minimum price and let me tell you a lot fits in the small cup! On top of that, the selection here is sweet! Yeah, that was a pun, but truthfully, there are some really great sugary sweet candies to choose from including a ton of different Gummies, sour straws, lollipops, chocolates, and more. My son had started his cup before I got into the store, but he was doing Dad proud! He had layered quite a few smaller things towards the bottom and then slowly built up bigger things on top of it and by the time I got there we had about a quarter of the cup left to go so we put together a lollipop fence at the top so that we could pile the cup extra high. If that's not sweet enough, the staff here specifically Elia, was the icing on the cake because she encouraged the kids to have a blast made sure they got to eat a few little pieces along the way and left super happy with the whole experience. As I said, in my review of the great Wolf Lodge, the team here really makes the difference and this was one of those people that made our visit extra special. PS don't skip the chili Gummies. They're surprisingly delicious.

The ambiance is captivating. It's pleasing to the eye (for adults and especially of children)!…read moreEverything in it's place and a place for everything. Basically, very nice to look at. I really enjoy the Jelly Belly display. Tall cylinders filled with one type of each available flavor, with several flavors to choose from. When we purchased the wolf pass for our son, he was given a small cup to fill with candy. He chose mostly Jelly Belly jelly beans. It was on our first trip to Great Wolf Lodge, some time ago. This time, I took some photos to add. The candy store staff member was nice, and I explained that she would not be in the photos I was taking.
