Communication around costs is unclear and can be misleading. On top of that, the office manager is extremely rude, and the staff is not welcoming or friendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Save yourself the stress and consider going elsewhere. When I arrived for a scheduled cleaning, I was told the appointment had been canceled because of their scheduling issue. I had received no call, no voicemail, and no cancellation notice -- only text reminders to confirm the appointment and reminder that it's time to make a new appointment. Instead of offering a sincere apology or acknowledging the inconvenience, the receptionist (Robin) repeatedly insisted they had called me several times ( no history of a single phone call from them on my phone) and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule.
