At 1:05pm, walked to the side and saw someone sitting in the waiting area, so I knocked on the door- no response. Knocked again- was ignored. It's bad enough that there is nowhere to park, and the shop looks like a graveyard of dead vehicles now, but some of us also take a noontime lunch and don't appreciate when businesses ignore them and don't keep to the hours they post (not to mention, apparently don't pay their phone bills).
