Pretty full Vietnamese menu and the place is fairly clean, though it's in a casino and so the crowds seem to come in waves. We were there on a Friday night before heading back home to Dallas the next morning. Price is pretty hefty at $23 for a bowl of pho, beef. Though it's a big bowl I just can't imagine the cost of beef and noodles in a soup would be that much. Again, we got a food credit so I didn't have to pay for it and left a $5 tip in their jar to say thanks. You order and pay first and then you can go sit down and wait until they call your name. Definitely had the faint whispers of that soulful soup that some pho places have, but to me a little overdone with scallions and white onions. Portion was pretty good, but the meat was a tad bit rubbery.
