Right from setting up the appointment (which was very seamless and professional), to providing recommendations on shoot locations and weather, it was a very low touch experience on our end (which was great, given we had hectic work schedules). On the day of the shoot, she made us feel extremely comfortable when posing and did not make us feel conscious at all (She knows how to provide positive reinforcement!)...she has some excellent ideas and follows it up with great shots and editing bar none. During the shoot, she was also very friendly and provided me (a budding photographer) some very useful tips on cameras, lenses and photography in general. At no point did we feel rushed or pressed for time, as her goal was to take the best possible photographs (the weather was brilliant on that day) and create a lifetime of sweet memories. She was also open to ideas from us and executed flawlessly on some requests we had. Once we were done with the shoot, Heleyna underpromised and overdelivered, which was a delight, because we received the edited photos in our inbox in 2 days (she had said upto a week). Payment was very easy and she provided great customer service and value when we made our decisions on how many photos we wanted. From observing her passion taking photographs and experimenting with various techniques, it is apparent that she loves her job and takes it very seriously.
