Came here to celebrate a friends birthday. It's BYOB and you can even bring your own food in. The song selection is HUGE. The karaoke system lagged a few times but a worker would be in right away to fix it. The rooms range in size depending on your party size. Our room had a big table inside which we ended up playing beer pong on (just have to bring your own cups and balls obviously). The location is perfect because there's a reasonably priced liquor store right next door and a super market next to that to get snacks and beer. It's also only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Bell Blvd where all the bars are. The place is clean & the workers do a good job making each room look spotless afterwards because most groups come here with BYOB in mind and get wasted and messy. A guy in our party actually ended up getting sick & the workers were surprisingly nice and helpful about it. They gave our friend water and made sure he was okay. I guess the workers kind of expect that at 12am on a weekend night though. Overall a very fun experience. It ended up being $35 a person for 4 hours (we were originally only supposed to do 3 hours but they let us keep going). Not a horrible price if you can have your fun here and then go to the bars and not spend a lot on drinks there! read more

A group of friends and I came here on a whim, and we weren't sure what to expect. Upon arrival we were greeted by a kind gentleman who bought us to our private room and let us know about prices which wasn't bad at all. The room is very spacious and air conditioned, clean as well. The song books actually have a wide selection from backstreet boys to beyonce. You can even order outside food and bring your own bottles. I will be returning! Attended a birthday party there on 2/28/15. The music choices were amazing, the way the rooms were set-up was really nice BUT there was absolutely NO heat in the entire place. The room we were in was freezing and then you'd walk to to the bathroom and the entry and hallway was even colder. I was terribly uncomfortable even after we complained and they supposedly adjusted the room temperature. I couldn't get out of my seat to sing because it was so cold. Left after an hour. read more

Came here last Saturday with a group of about 9 other friends. We were in Bayside, and looking for somewhere to KTV. They quoted us about $7/person/hour, so we decided to check it out. When we arrived, it seemed a little empty (or maybe, everyone was already in a room). We were given a huge room, and books for the songs. The song selection is very extensive. They have, at the end of the books, lists of songs popular each month. In fact, they even had an August 2013 list made up, in the second day of August! Irresponsible. Rude. Bad Business. They stalked me. Here is why: I had gone for my birthday party with a group of 13 and the karaoke room they gave us was huge. We had a lot of fun and a good experience. I will credit them for okay service although some of the equipment gave us problems regarding audio and mics. If it weren't for the following phone call, I would have left a good review for them: A few days after my birthday party March 22nd 2:56AM, Christmas Karaoke CALLED for a 62 second conversation while I was SLEEPING. Naively enough, I picked it up not expecting THEM to call. Not only was this female on the phone so rude to call me so late, but they started questioning me about the receipt for when I recently was there and my response was, "I don't have a receipt." Still they had the NERVES to ask me to look for it anyway. Obviously annoyed, I told them I was sleeping and asked if I could look for the receipt tomorrow. Yet they responded "No, we need it now." Like, seriously? You're too lazy and unorganized as a business so you can't keep track of your own paperwork and you need to stalk me? Were they expecting me to drive over at 3:00 AM to hand it over without complaining? Of course I hung up on them. Honestly I couldn't even fight nor argue, I was EXHAUSTED. Plus their efforts were pathetic and sad. They certainly wasted my time. Sure, it is a fun place for a few hours, I have been here a few times. BUT do you want some unexpected phone call with them harassing you for your receipt? They are obviously irresponsible and a bad business. SO rude. read more

I can't believe I haven't been here before being that it's so close to home! I'm going to think twice now before heading into the city for some good karaoke. The place is big, clean, nice bar area, plenty of private rooms for small and large groups, reasonable prices, amazing song selection including an impressive selection of Spanish songs and newly released songs. The place is very spacious and clean. It cost everyone 10 dollars an hour but that was including BYOB which is always a bonus ! We realized after that you are able to order food to the place so we definitely will all do that next time . Karaoke songs are completely up to date and give a good variety of everything . The first time I went to this place I was left with a good impression because of their huge selection of songs (English & Spanish). Recently, I went with a friend who was dying to sing some spanish songs, so we ventured out to Bayside. The place is extremely clean & the rooms are very spacious, however, their karaoke machines were not playing Spanish music. We got a huge book to pick songs from & out of the numerous selections we made, only 10% of the songs were playable. Really disappointing. read more

It's like Christmas in here all year long. Beautifully appointed rooms. Spacious and clean. Well worth the escape from the usual karaoke (NRB) players in the Flushing scene. Machines and songs are pretty standard everywhere - so what makes the difference is the service and availability. So refreshing to find genuinely good service. Seriously - we are impressed. The pros this place has going for it: HUGE, lots of rooms (of different sizes), great karaoke selection, fun atmosphere, clean. The cons: service and pricing. Although the staff will help you out, you have to ask - they don't just pop in and see how you are doing. Maybe that's not such a big deal, but if you are going to charge gratuity, it would be nice to have someone refresh our drinks every so often. Pricing can get expensive and is usually not inclusive, so just be wary of that. There is no one to tell you "Oh by the way, you only have a few minutes left, would you like to settle your bill?" even if you are 1 minute over they will charge you for the hour. I didn't even buy drinks and I ended up paying $60 for three hours of karaoke. It was fun though, and of all the dive-y karaoke places you can go in New York, this is by far the nicest one. read more

We came to Christmas karaoke for a friend's 21st birthday. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly making the get together really fun. There was every song that we could possibly want to sing and the room was extremely comfortable to hang out in. My only complaint would be that this place is definitely pricey being that it charges per person per hour. I think charging per room would be a lot more reasonable as it doesn't require people who don't want to sing to have to pay. read more
