Nareen can be a little over the top from time to time but I never heard him verbally abuse anyone. I have been going there the last 2 1/2 months, 2x a week. They recently lost one of their therapists. Erica is amazing but you have to book in advance. I have heard discussions that management wants them to double book whenever possible, so that is not the therapists preference! It seems that they are short handed and putting in long hours which can be stressful but I agree there is no need to be snippy. I agree the office staff has always been very nice! KP

Dr Michael Brand, called and asked if Dr. B was a 'spine specialist'; I was told he was: he is not. When I went to 73, Sandpit Road, I was kept waiting almost an hour...Dr B ' had been called away' and I was told that Dr Grier, a 'physician's assistant would see me. Frankly, I hate this practice which is growing now, but i knew I needed pain killers, an X Ray and MRI so I saw him. Actually, Dr. G was quite acceptable for this early stage visit but I shall fine a spine doctor to review the Xray and MRI. One of the nurses told me that Danbury Orthopedics had a spine specialist. I'll write another review once I have completed my treatment, but take care: ask them to call you if the Doctor is not going to be available. This place is, quite possibly, an ATM for the Doctors - they put Dollars ahead of patients.

Didn't start out that way but that's where it is now. This is a for profit organization and they have cut staff over the last 3 1/2 years so that the poor nurses and aides are worked off their feet. They cut all kinds of nice things they used to do like holiday lunches for the patients - and the food is pretty mediocre. But for the inefficiency of the office and the rudeness of same I would say try somewhere else.

His demeanor was completely disinterested, and he made no real effort to understand the musculoskeletal issues I'm experiencing. He dismissed everything I tried to explain, despite the fact that my cardiologist referred me specifically to an orthopedist for non-cardiac chest pain and related symptoms. I came prepared with a chest CT scan, which he couldn't even open from the disc. After fumbling with the computer, he said he'd "review it in his office"--though I sincerely doubt he ever looked at it. He later reappeared, claimed nothing was wrong, and offered zero explanation, zero treatment options, and zero next steps. This was, without a doubt, the worst medical experience I've ever had. If I were this careless and dismissive with my own work clients, I'd be out of a job. Truly disgraceful. DO BETTER. And for those reading this from abroad: yes, this is what American healthcare often looks like--and we pay absurd amounts for it.
