They came when promised and sent me a text reminder the night before. They are my go to company for all things pool.

Technician came twice, first time didn't even look inside heater & second time came with parts for a completely different type of heater & told my husband he wasn't even sure what issue was. Left again to supposedly order a part that wasn't even listed in parts manual. I'm no service tech but I know I can't order a part if I'm not sure what the issue is. Company was quick to run my credit card for $350 deposit but never reached out with updates- I had to call multiple times, ultimately requesting my money back, only to charged $168 for nothing & still don't know what the issue is. Company seems more interested in selling a new heater than helping a loyal customer to fix what could be a simple repair. Definitely will not be using them again.

I went in looking for a piece of marble for a shower seat I'm building. The lady, who later told me…read moreshe was the owner's mother, was very helpful in showing me all the types of marble, and going through pricing with me. She estimated $180 plus tax. I told her I would email her son to confirm order. I emailed Lucas Olivera the interaction I had with the lady in his showroom and all the details of my needs. He thanked me for my business and sent me an estimate for a little over $200. I didn't mind it much. The estimate also stated "the color I have is pure white quartz." Colors have strange names so I paid no mind and in later emails I always referred to the piece as marble. He ignored my wording and from there on referred to it as "the piece." I asked for pictures to make sure it was what I wanted, but when I realized he was never going to send them I put the order in anyway. I went to pick up the piece to find he had made it from engineered quartz. I hated it. I couldn't take it. He told me he stated quartz, so I looked back on the emails and saw how he had worded it. Thinking it was a simple misunderstanding, I asked if we could do the piece in marble like I've been asking from the very beginning. He emailed me that marble is more expensive and would be $430. What a waste of time! First he makes my order in whatever he wanted ignoring my request, charges me the same amount his mother estimated for marble, and then tries to charge me over double the price. I went to Rockaway Granite and Marble $160.

The cashier was very helpful in ringing up the purchase, and provided helpful suggestions for planting the tree. While we spoke in the store she radioed a team member to tie up the branches for ease of transport. The gentleman put plastic wrap down to keep the car interior clean and braced the bucket with rocks to keep the tree from rolling while driving. I am pleased with the knowledge and service at Hoffmans. They always have quality plants.

The good folks who work here fix the hardest working tool in our house - our vacuum cleaners. We have 2 dogs and two hairy cats with wall to wall carpeting so you know we need a good, reliable vacuum to keep things under control. We actually have several vacuums because our house has two floors, a full basement, 3 car garage and lots of cars to keep clean. Plus we have a beach house that we rent and it has to be cleaned every Saturday in the narrow window between the time renters leave and new ones come in. Even the best vacuums have to be maintained, whether it's new vacuum cleaner bags or rubber belts for the rug cleaning brushes - heavy use requires regular maintenance. We have counted on the folks here to keep our vacuums running perfectly ever since we moved to Denville, many years ago. My favorite story is that once we brought in a bag less vacuum that we needed attention. The owner of the shop called and said that the vacuum was un repairable - parts not available from the manufacturer! However, they looked up the serial number and found that it was still under warranty and that they had gotten us a new replacement - all for free! Wow, Good service. Friendly people.
