Our cats were super soft from good brushing when we returned. In addition to taking very good care of our cats, he took very good care of our mail, newspapers, trash collection, etc. Our place was very clean when we came back (one of our cats vomits sometimes and Al must have cleaned them well). He always updates us with nice photos of our cats while we are away and he communicates very well with us. He is very trustworthy and dependable. Also, his charge is very reasonable for all the things he does. I could tell our cats were very happy with Al, as they were quite mellow when we returned. Mike is always attentive and genuinely cares about the dogs. He even recommended food options that helped resolve some of Mila's stomach issues, which was great. Shoutout to Michelle and Raina as well. Mila loved them and they took her on tons of walks. They were both awesome with her.
