There's something about that spicy mayo that really brings the bun and protein all together. The star is definitely the Burrito de Chorizo. This is easily the best Chorizo burrito I've ever had. If you just gave me the Burrito by itself you would have been fine. I mean the Chorizo itself isn't super greasy and I never get that feeling like after I've eaten 4 items from Taco Bell. The thing that sends your taste buds into the stratosphere is the Salsa itself comes with. It's like a smokier salsa and that alone is music to my heart and soul. You ever go to a restaurant where its so loud that you have to turn your speaker volume up to 11/10? I can't stand that. The bartender was extremely helpful and attentive and kept the line moving fast. I order the kale Caesar salad and it was pleasantly delicious. If you like Caesar dressing I recommend ordering an extra side but I found the light dressing to work really well with the Cale and accoutrement.

I had the biscuit breakfast sandwich no cheese with sausage and I wish I could have fit another in my stomach. The biscuit was huge and flaky and tender and the eggs were fluffy. I shared it with my kid with a side of tots and it was scrumptious. I asked for the aioli on the side but it was lemony with a spicy kick. I was very excited for these as they were advertised online with purchase but when I asked how I can buy one, she stated "only trivia participants can get a tote." Poor advertising since online it stated tote bag gifted with purchase and they did not follow through. I even asked if there could be any exception since we weren't offered a trivia sheet but nothing. Didn't realize that you couldn't participate in a "listening event" if you didn't show up exactly on time. Even more upsetting is that before we left, we saw her bring the almost full box of tote bags to the back so there were definitely extras.. In addition, as we sat down, we could also see another employee checking in with every other table except us. We were not even offered or given the chance to look at their drinks or food. As a person of color in a very white space, it felt a lot like we were being excluded on purpose. It was not a nice feeling. The space felt very unwelcoming and I hope they don't treat other customers this way.
