Went in yesterday for the heated rilvary record day event. Was advertised online that we could purchase something and receive a free tote bag. But to our surprise was only given during trivia that wasnt advertised at all. knowing that we wouldve came in at the time of 5pm instead of indicating online that we were free to go from 5pm-6pm. Definitely miscommunication on the event as a whole. I wasnt even upset about it, what sucks is when I went to ask for clarification I was brushed off and told it was only for trivia even though I tried showing the advertisement. I was fully ready to buy a Vinyl or something to purchase to get the tote, unfortunate I wasnt given the opportunity like it was advertised online.

We were trying to find something to do during the holiday break. I found this one and well, it's a record store-radio station-restaurant and bar! That checked all the boxes. We got there five minutes before opening which kind of startled the staff but we were allowed to browse the records. As soon as the bar/restaurant was open, I indulged in their happy hour menu. I will admit I liked the poblano tacos. It packs heat, but that's why there's cocktails. The carnitas taco was just as good. I would like to try other menu items on our next visit. By the time we left, the place was filling up. If we were staying overnight, I would definitely check it out for fun and games.

Randomly strolled by and the vibes were immaculate that we had to stop back by after dinner for a night cap. Vinyl store with wine/cocktails and light bites. Happy hour 3-6.

Walked by this place while strolling one evening and heard the music. It was so fun to vibe to the live music while browsing vinyls. The atmosphere was fun and we enjoyed their non-alcoholic cider.

Basically.......record shop meets bar or vice versa. To be honest, I think I was more impressed with the bar than the record selection. Most of the records in the bins are new with some used ones sprinkled in. As someone who frequents record stores, I found the prices here to be higher than usual. The selection was just OK, but they did have a few collectibles posted on the wall. On the other hand, the bar itself is well appointed, open, well designed with a wide selection of alcohol to choose from. There is a small stage for a performer, and there's art for sale in the form of record art on the wall. It's definitely a nice place to grab a drink, but I came here looking for some records and left disappointed. It reminds me of someone trying to add their hobby to their business. Still worth a visit though, as the photos/video below attest.

Super cute wine bar with delicious white wines and charcuterie board. The records are so fun to look at and the service was fast and great!

decided to stop by here to check it out. the vibe of the location is nice, has a gothy punk retro yet sophisticated theme. sorry if i didn't describe it well. the bar is beautiful, the record side is nicely in the open. art on the wall is awesome. i know vinyl's are the NEW old thing to have but prices were a bit up there. Don't mean to be rube but just peel off the old price tags..sorry homie. But don't let this comment stop you from checking it out, there is street parking as well as a parking lot in front. I wanted that Carly Simon vinyl... im a homie that likes them old rolas.

Came in a Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. Enjoyed some margaritas and a DJ spinning some jams. We enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the table seating they had available for those who wanted to sit down and chill. If you're ever looking for some vinyl to purchase while sipping on some drinks this is a cool spot in Napa!

    Mammy

My wife, cousins and I went here Sunday night and they had a DJ playing music and a TV playing in the background playing some scenes from Mardi Gras then after we order drinks they decided to put on mammy on YouTube for some reason. Our drink was watered down and we never got our nuts and olives we ordered. Only black people in there maybe we came on the wrong night.

With a wasabi and fennel infused vodka, it was too unique not to be curious about. Upon arriving and looking over the menu, SEVERAL cocktails stood out to me as intriguing to try. I started with the Wabi Sabi which was as interesting as it sounded. While I didn't pick up on fennel, you do pick up on the wasabi, but in the most subtle of ways. Think maybe lime/ginger sparkling water with just a hint of spice. Refreshing and different for sure. I also tried the Mucha Lucha w/ cilantro infused Siete Leguas Blanco, chorizo infused mezcal and cubes made of hot sauce that make the drink have a bit more of a kick as you allow them to melt. I did the HH chips and guac which was also accompanied with a tasty Chipotle sauce. Damn good actually. It'd be excellent served in a variety of ways. The deviled eggs aren't going to blow your mind, but I like that you get 4 different ones- and simply because I love eggs, I'd order them again. (They just wouldn't be a dish that brings me back). The bartender was great- helpful and attentive, even as more people began to filter in for an early afternoon. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Napa to check out some other menu options.

What was great about the Saudade was that it has coffee ice in the drink. It is meant to sip over 30 mins. When you first have a sip it tastes amazing , but it took a lot of willpower to sip over the 30 mins to allow the coffee ice to melt. As it melts it becomes a completely different flavor profile. Conveniently located near several downtown staple stops, it's an easy addition to an afternoon or evening exploring the area. The cocktail menu is extensive, with plenty of creative options and stories behind many of the drinks. For my fellow gin cocktail girlies, I'd recommend starting with the Bronx Cocktail. For round two, the Bee's Sneeze is another solid choice. I paired my drinks with the lobster roll, which was the standout food item of my visit. The bun was light, fluffy, and perfectly toasted. While the lobster salad wasn't the best I've ever had, it was a very solid bite for a dive-lounge-style bar. I'd skip the chips it comes with, but the fries are absolutely worth ordering. One small service hiccup worth mentioning: the fries are listed as coming with a herb aioli, but mine arrived with ketchup. When I asked about the aioli, my server initially tried to play it off before eventually sharing that they were out. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was an odd interaction that could have been handled more directly. The atmosphere is a dark, casual lounge with a cozy hole-in-the-wall feel along the river. The staff was welcoming. If you're looking to trade wine tasting for a cocktail side quest, The Fink is definitely worth a visit.

I've had a traditional Mai Tai a million of times. Do you have Tiki Drinks that are going to make me want to drive 45 minutes to you? On top of that, is your food worth it? I'm happy to say that the answer to both of these questions are yes. I've gone here 3 times within the last two weeks and one item that is a constant order is the Orange Chicken. Nowadays I think people are used to the classic super sweet Panda Express style Orange Chicken that you'll also see occasionally at your local Chinese food restaurant. Wilfred's Orange Chicken definitely is sweet but its not as sweet as what I used to and I'm not mad about it. There's a lot of depth with the sauce. I don't know if they are just putting more soy sauce or dark soy sauce...Maybe it's Oyster/Fish sauce? Theres definitely some kind of extra Umami going on. An added plus is that it pair perfectly with the tanginess of the Pineapple Fried Rice. For drinks my favorites have been the Manta Ray and the Sanfroyosko. The reason being is just because these have been the more unique ones that I've been really enjoying. The Manta Ray is more tropical than one might think. However it's tropical with a bit of funk. The combination of the Gin, Falernum, and Sauv Blanc Syrup really add to the complexity. The other drink I really like is the Sanfroyosko. If you are a Mai Tai lover, this is the one to try. The substitution of the typical tums with the Shochu, Sake and Pisco add even more of a Wine and floral flavor profile to the drink. On top of that the Sesame Orgeat gives and even more nuttier flavor than normal. But despite all these flavors going on, it still kinda tastes like a Mai Tai. The service has always been amazing. Every person who has served us has served us with a smile. But even despite how friendly they are, there still remains this sense of professionalism with their interactions. They check in at the perfect times. They ask how we are enjoying everything and share their favorite things to drink/eat. With the amazing tiki decor and island music, you really do feel like you are on an Island anytime you eat here.
