Excellent dining experience - delicious food, fantastic drinks. Wouldn't say this is the best place for little kids but it can work. The ambience gives more date night but a family dinner can work. Food is served family style and is top quality. We had the scallion pancakes, fried rice (pork), mango chicken, and chicken pad Thai. If tou have a shellfish allergy, beware because many of the dishes have some sort of shellfish related sauce - be sure to ask (we did!).

Some of the best sushi in Massachusetts. Upbeat vibe and kind service. Will be coming back again!

Was so excited for the opening and was not disappointed. The Winchester location was my first visit to Karma and the ambience is modern and inviting. Menu is pretty expensive and while they offer excellent sushi they also offer many other dishes including the peking duck which is a must try. Prices are on the higher end but sushi was also of higher quality. We even received a complimentary sushi plate which was a nice surprise. Great spor for a date night or celebrating a special occassion.

We really enjoyed the food and ambiance at Karma in Winchester. We went with a group and everyone enjoyed their meals.

I'm glad that Karma opened in this area. It was needed. My husband and I went there twice already since we live 10 min away. At first we sat downstairs and we were given a nice table during later weekend evening. The waitress was fantastic. She knew how to explain and sell food and rinks. I was not disappointed. The next time we came for a business dinner and again I was happy with food and drinks. We sat upstairs in a booth and spent 2 hours there. The only downside is that this place is not cheap.

Awesome sushi. The kale-a-licious roll is amazing. Fun place- salmon on fire, lucky Buddha beer are both fun. Great service, great atmosphere. Pricier than the average sushi restaurant, esp for drinks.

So the food was good to start off... however the service felt rushed both times we've been here. Tonight may be the last time we come after giving it two tries and 400$ later. We had the server come by like 3 times in 5 mins trying to clear our table while we're still eating. We order another drink so they stop bugging us and they bring the check right after we got it. Last time we came they kept asking us if we're finished and we spent a total of 34 mins in the restaurant. Ridiculous.

Everything was absolutely fantastic at Karma! I went here during their soft opening but the staff were quite knowledgeable and food came out perfect; you'd think they've been operating for a long time. This proves their commitment to upholding the highest standard in their staff and the food / drinks they serve. I've never had raw food before but their menu items look so good that I finally gave in. I truly enjoyed the otoro and caviar, uni with salmon roe on oyster, and the duck tie. The drinks were fun also! The atmosphere immediately slips you into a euphoric stage. Don't miss out! Try this!

This was the best dining experience I've had in a while! Where do I start, first the team at Karma was amazing, they know what hospitality is they helped my group quickly and efficiently. We were a party of 9 and they were able to accommodate with separate check for the group! We tried multiple of their dishes from peaking duck to crab Rangoon and everything was amazing! The ambiance was the main reason I booked karma it was my 27th birthday and I wanted an upscale dinner! My group of 4 spent about $100 each included gratuity on about 7 dishe

Went for Valentine's Day, arrived late due to traffic but they were still able to seat us upstairs at the bar area. Howie is a great bartender! He definitely has skill in mixology. He was attentive and welcoming. Service was spectacular! Food was out of this world! Mind blowing! everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered the duck baos- saucy and flavorful! Kumamoto oysters- smaller than the pics BUT it was very fresh, probably one of the freshest oyster uni combo I've had! Wagyu on fire was my favorite roll, show stopping since they light the coffee beans infront of you. The wagyu was melting in my mouth!!! Seared hamachi and paradise roll were great as well! Drinks were cute and certainly did the job well. This maybe the best restraunt experience I've had and is now my favorite place!!! I will be coming back for sure!

A…read morenumber of other reviewers have commented that "things have changed", and I, unfortunately, agree. Visited on a Saturday evening - the place should be packed, but it wasn't. I easily secured a same day bar seat reservation for 8PM. After checking in, was seated at a half empty downstairs bar. No physical menus, everything was done via a QR which is fine I guess, but for a spot that positions itself as a premiere bar a bit tacky. The online menu on the public website is the only menu and where the QR takes you. I asked for a spirits list (logical for a cocktail forward bar), I got a quizzical look and a shrug of the shoulders in return. Given the menu was only 8 cocktails, picking from those I started with the Beachcomber Mai Tai for a whopping $18. This, if it's the true spec, should be a rum forward cocktail with 2 1/2 oz of rum. They batch their cocktails (not a problem) so I couldn't see their build, but there is absolutely no way this drink is made to specification - my guess is they are skimping on rum as a cost play, batching lets them get away with it. Drink was, frankly, pretty forgettable - not bad, just unremarkable. Wanting to see how they could do off-menu, I asked the bartender to make me a Hemingway Daiquiri. Now, for a cocktail bar that has a long history of rum centric and tiki leaning cocktails, this should be an off the top of their head cocktail. It's simple - white rum, lime and grapefruit juice, and maraschino liqueur. Bartender had never heard of it before, and then spent a few minutes staring in to his phone presumably looking up the recipe. He built it using Rhum JM white rum which is absolutely the wrong rum for this drink - it needs a white Cuban rum (which we know we can't get in the U.S.), so the usual sub would be Bacardi, Planteray 3 stars, Probitas, or others. Definitely not a Martinique agricole. This may be a too detailed nit for some, but with the framing that this is supposed to be a premium cocktail bar, this is an error that should not happen, and not for $18. Figuring the third time might be a charm, ordered the Trader Vic 1944 Mai Tai. This is the classic, the standard against which all others are measured. It's a distinct recipe, especially if you call yours the 1944 Mai Tai. This was not that. It was again light on rum with probably the wrong rums used in their blend. It was also substantially over dosed with orgeat making the almond sweetness an almost overpowering flavor versus playing a subtle supporting actor role. Again, swing and a miss. Drinkable if you like sweet, and don't mind hefty almond. But if you want to try the real Mai Tai - this is not it. Overall, for the price, fairly indifferent bar service, lack of information available to the customer (e.g., spirits list, etc.), and fairly off the mark cocktails I think you can find far better spots right now for that same money. If you definitely want that tiki inspired cocktail vibe - your better bet will be places like Wusong Road in Cambridge or Shore Leave in Boston, and I'm sure there are others. Sorry Baldwin Bar, you've lost your edge and it shows.

The service was top notch and the food was cooked nicely. Our table had the chicken parm, chicken broccoli alfredo and scallops and everyone mostly enjoyed their meals. The reason for 4 stars is the scallops were supposed to be served over mush vellutata drizzled with basil oil and they were served on plain mashed potatoes. They did not tell us about this substitution and we ordered 2 of them. This was disappointing as it was a factor for why I chose to order the dish and I did not finish my meal. Additionally they have a profiterole on their dessert menu I was excited to try and that is no longer available. I'd encourage the restaurant to be more proactive about letting diners know of substitutions during the ordering process and to update their online menu.

Service: Good, fast, pleasant Food: The Asian beef tacos which were fine, came with 3 tacos, heavy on the filling, flavors were so-so. The chocolate cake was a layered cake, the ganache was good, could have used more strawberry slices to cut through the richness. Drinks: The Raspberry lime rickey mocktail was perfectly sweet and sour, tasted like candy. Value: Tacos were $18, for the quality I would say that these were overpriced. There are three key elements to a successful, well-rounded Yelp review--food, service, and…read moreambiance--and Krave earned a gold star in every single one. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Both simple and deeply nuanced, every dish I tried offered a fresh, elevated take on a familiar favorite. Each bite was packed with flavor, making for a truly memorable dining experience. The shrimp tacos, for instance, were a seafood lover's dream--perfectly grilled shrimp paired with crisp, fresh vegetables and a creamy taco sauce, all wrapped in warm tortillas filled to the brim. As for the mozza balls, they were a revelation. Hot and crispy on the outside, generously dusted with fresh Parmesan, and bursting with rich, creamy mozzarella inside. The crust was so perfectly crunchy that even Sonic's legendary mozzarella sticks would have some serious competition. These golden bites of cheesy perfection were nothing short of divine. The fried shrimp were enormous and cooked to absolute perfection, encased in a flavorful, perfectly crispy batter. They were incredible on their own--so much so that the accompanying dipping sauce, while a nice touch, was completely unnecessary. The bruschetta was warm and fluffy, topped with juicy, perfectly ripened tomatoes and a generous handful of fresh, peppery arugula, all drizzled with rich, warm olive oil. There was plenty to share--but it was so good, you wouldn't want to. The food was so insanely good that I was kraving more before I even made it home--seriously, I considered turning the car around halfway just for another bite. The service was top-notch from the moment we sat down. Our server greeted us before we even had our chairs pulled out, welcomed us to Krave, handed us menus, and took our drink orders right away. She was back quickly with full glasses and a friendly smile. When we ordered appetizers, she kept us updated on their progress, making sure we never had to wonder when they'd arrive. Attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming--it doesn't get much better than that. She kept that same level of service throughout our entire visit--never missing a beat. Our glasses stayed full, our table stayed clear, and we never had to ask for a thing. This was the kind of service that makes you want to tip extra extra. The ambiance was perfect--Krave has the chill vibe down to a science. Relaxed atmosphere, great lighting, comfy seating, and just the right level of background noise to keep things lively without being overwhelming. If my kids hadn't been with me, I could've easily made myself at home at the bar for the afternoon. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I usually try to visit a new restaurant every time I go out, just to keep things interesting. But Krave might have just messed up that plan--it's definitely earned a spot on my list of go-to places.

I rarely give five stars but this place deserves it. The atmosphere was as it should be, a restaurant, not a New Year's Eve sports bar. My wife had a filet mignon and fries, I had a rib eye (I never have any other steak) and Brussels sprouts. Everything was absolutely delicious, an absolute riot of flavor. If I could change two things, I wish they had a bone-in ribeye and I would pass on the red wine salt. A little TOO salty. I topped it off with cappuccino. We skipped dessert as they would have had to roll us out of there. Price pre-tip- $245. Worth every penny. This a great steakhouse and loke I said, I almost never give five stars. Great job, folks.
