I went here only once and never returned. What bothered me the most was their pre-pay policy once you booked the service . When my primary esthetician in other place was out of commission for a while, I needed my favorite hydrafacial urgently & this place looked promising thanks to their "heavy " marketing via social media. But they did not offer the particular service so I just picked a service that seemed identical. Once I stepped in to the spa, there was no one but a lone esthetician who led me to " one" of the rooms right next to a huge advertising poster with the Hydrafacial! So I questioned- why the advertisement if they did not offer the service? She said that the advertisement was for another spa who shared the space with Kas! The space appeared to be shared with two or three other different spa owners, understandably, considering the high cost of the rent in Manhattan but I was used to be greeted by a receptionist, water, or tea, in a serene spa space where I could wait & relax, not a space with a few different spas. Kas was occupying one tiny room sharing the space and I was not comfortable with the concept after prepayment of $250.00 for one-hour service. Albeit I did like the esthetician ,who left the spa already , I had never returned. I went back to my primary esthetician who had returned to the spa since. The space, two stars. The service 3.5 stars . The cost, the same as the rest of others in Madison Avenue. read more

I am not one to write reviews on yelp, but my experience at kas aesthetics definitely deserves a review. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you enter an oasis of tranquility. The owner Anna, greets you with her pearly white smile, perfect blonde her and flawless skin (I don't know about you all but I feel like an aestheticians skin is a reflections of what she practices) Anna is incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and all your questions are answered. She is never one to push you to purchase any products but rather focuses on making sure she gives you the best treatment possible. You come out of kas aesthetics feel like the best version of yourself. I have never had a treatment the way that Anna and her team do it at kas, I cannot recommend her more! My first time at Kas Aesthetics was almost two years ago. Since then it became my weekly escape. First of all the ambience of the place is very relaxing. As soon as you walk in to the spa Anna and her team greet you with warm welcome offering drinks and snacks. The place is always clean and neat. You will rarely see other customers waiting or leaving the spa. I truly love it because it makes me feel that the whole place is only for myself. Kas team is always sensitive to my mood, they exactly know what do I need today and what needs have to be met. Whether you have the most expensive treatment or just an express facial you will be treated like a queen or a king. The most important is that Anna never tries to sell you anything. For instance, I have different experiences over the years when you go to the spa in Manhattan and then you leave the place spending thousands of $ on the beauty products that you don't even need. Anna will always tell you what kind of products she uses during her treatment. Of course if you love the treatment (and you will loooove it trust me) you will buy the cream or serum or any other product. I am so happy that I found this place two years ago. Anna, at KAS aesthetics gave me the best facial that I ever had. Not only that but the whole experience was amazing. From the start, Anna was a true professional, explained every part of the facial and what she planned to do. I told her about how tired and stressed I was working as a nurse, and she told me that I came to right place. I don't know what is about Anna, but from the minute you meet her, you trust her. I don't know maybe it's her flawless skin and beautiful smile, that was hiding behind the mask. Anna was right, I had the most relaxing experience at her beautiful location. From the minute you walk in you feel relaxed, you hear the calming music, and Anna offers you coffee, champagne or water. And then the most relaxing facial began. Anna explained everything to me about icoone laser, and answered any questions I had. She listened to my concerns and offered great advice. Instead of pushing me to buy products like most places do, Anna gave me so many free samples, and told me, to give her feedback on what worked and what didn't work for me.
