Flavorful, comforting, but not heavy at all. Exactly what I needed. Hubby got the honey flatbread pizza and honestly... that was the star. It was amazing. Definitely getting that again next time. I had the "Sorry I'm Lait," which I liked. I also tried the skinny margarita -- just wasn't my vibe, but no big deal. Service was great. I wish I remembered our server's name because she was amazing, and overall everyone was really friendly. We came about an hour and a half before closing and never felt rushed, which I appreciated. Nice, chill vibe. I've heard brunch is good too, so I'll be back.

For brunch there was cesar salad, steak, macaroni and cheese, broccolini, rigatoni pasta, Ice tea and dessert mini chocolate mouse and cheesecake squares. Nice presentation but the food was cold. I asked the waitress if they are serving hot coffee or tea she said yes I ordered coffee and also asked to see the drink menu. When the waitress came back to the table with the coffee then she said it's $4.36. I was little thrown back buy the fact hot coffee or tea was not included and since it was rainy outside and they had the air conditioner on it was cold. I only gave 2 stars because the atmosphere was nice and it was comfortable seating.

I finally visited a sister restaurant of Luigi's located across the street from the Floral Park…read moreTrain Station. The ambiance appears to be bigger than Luigi's and it's always busy/packed. Reservations are highly recommended. A lot of my mom friends rave about this place and I got to dine here twice with them, once for brunch and the other for dinner. The first time I came here was with my child for brunch. I got a mocktail and we ordered chicken and waffles along the unadvertised kids menu containing chicken fingers and fries. Portions for both dishes were generous and took home the leftovers. We also shared the Brussels sprouts and the infamois complimentary bread, which were really good. The second and most recent time we went was for dinner with the a huge group of moms. We shared the Caesar salad, Brussels sprouts, and general two's cauliflower, which was amazing. I had the red sangria and a taste of the Huckleberry lemonade, drinks were strong. For the entrees I ordered the salmon and once again portion was huge, took it home and the hubby ate the leftovers. Other moms ordered the frose, spicy paloma, le poulet and spicy Rigatoni. At the end we had key lime pie which tasted great but I was too full to finish it. I'll be coming to this spot more often because of great company and food!

This one is every ounce of what they market online. The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. Inside is amazing. There's even plenty of parking near the local train station. The marketing team did an outstanding job representing this restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

The restaurant's ambiance was wonderful, with several spacious dining rooms that each had their own charm. We chose to dine on the outdoor patio, which felt like a rooftop restaurant in the city, with beautiful trees creating a canopy overhead. Loved the vibe ! Our party of four started with the escargot and clams. While I don't personally eat escargot, the others at the table thoroughly enjoyed it. For my entrée, I ordered the mahi-mahi with mango, which was phenomenal--extremely fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The other guests raved about the halibut in lobster sauce and the potato-crusted grouper. I finished with the carrot cake, and all though I was full proceeded to finish entirely because it was that good! A special mention goes to our waitress, Michelle, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout the evening. She even brought extra crostini so the table could enjoy every last bit of the escargot sauce. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we look forward to returning.

While waiting at the bar for a friend to arrive, I was swarmed by fruit flies, which should have been my first warning sign. The pours at the bar were skimpy, but I tried to shake it off once we got our table. The service there was actually friendly, and our server proudly told us the duck was a top seller, so we ordered it along with a salad and a fish dish. Most of what came out of the kitchen was diner quality at best--nothing special, but not offensive. The duck, however, was a disaster. It tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting in a freezer for months before being rushed through a fryer. The meat was fried to a dry, brittle crisp, and the only flavor came from a cloying sweet duck sauce slapped on top. No richness, no tenderness, no redeeming qualities. We absolutely hated our meal and the entire time we spent there. I can't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about what they eat.

Ok so this review is like 3 months late. Sorry!!! But as…read morepromised let me review this gem! Let me start by saying LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! My server was Alba and it was her first week when I came (back in April ). If this was her first week, I couldn't tell. She was so professional, genuine and honestly just nice. She gave good recommendations and was sweet. Like I said we came at the tail end of happy hour and she kept coming back to make sure we got enough happy hour specials. Definitely a good server. Ask for We ended up catching the tail end of happy hour and were able to get some bites at a good price. The birria empanadas were pretty good and this is coming from someone who isn't a birria fan at all. The mango pineapple wings were very good and flavorful. But the other oxtails stole the show. They were so dang good! They had griot on the menu but it's only served on Wednesday. So I gave the manager Ken a hard time. Lol. He was a good sport. But let's also give credit to a manager who was making sure that alba was comfortable during her first week. Also, it was EXTREMELY busy and packed and he was walking around checking on the tables. My homegirl and I will be back!!!

But the tall sloppy old hag in the front pissed me off more than 3 times while I was here. I always have a bad experience here off service . Bartender did his thing he was great but the lady in the front kept inserting herself where it didn't concern here. She asked if we were sitting with the people we were next to at the bar why does that matter ? Then I had a vape on the table cause I keep going outside for smoke breaks and she said I have to put it away. Girl stop concerning yourself i now don't wanna drink eat or do anything else here . I'm very annoyed and I'm sitting here writing this while I wait for the bill cause I'm so ready to go. Moral of the story Andre a great bartender food is great as well (I had some of the salmon and Mac with oxtail it was amazing )

When you dine in they will bring some sliced watermelon, water and rice crackers to the table to start your experience. I ordered a number of different dishes to get a feel for the place, as well as feed the family. The order: walovi/Wanglaoji (can of tea served cold) Scallion Pancakes, Lychee Shrimp Balls, Beef Soup with hand pulled noodles, special dumplings, Mashed Cucumber salad, sausage, and stir fried beef noodles. Overall the food was amazing 9.5/10 The entire meal was delicious, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the dishes full of flavor. The Leychee shrimp balls were excellent, the mashed cucumber salad was refreshing and full of flavor. All the dishes were seasoned well, the special dumplings were a little over seasoned and thus the 9.5 instead of a perfect 10. The tea was refreshing and not overly sweet it was the perfect accompaniment to the meal.

What they offer include the slow-roasted pernil, rich Ropa Vieja, and the Cuban sandwich. Portions are generous, the cocktails (like mojitos and sangria) are excellent, and the lively atmosphere makes it a great spot for both casual dining and celebrations. They offer rich, comforting, and authentic Cuban flavors. Diners love the slow-roasted pork (pernil) and Ropa Vieja, which melt in your mouth. If you want something lighter, the Cubano sandwich on Long Island is frequently cited as a destination-worthy staple. The space feels warm and family-run, as what I may describe as stepping into an "abuela's house". The staff is highly attentive and offers great menu recommendations. It tends to get packed--especially on weekend evenings--but the lively vibe (including staff-led birthday songs) adds to the charm. I note that the pricing is moderate and reasonable for the high quality and generous portion sizes, frequently allowing diners to take home leftovers.
