Belmont village sole restaurant is pretty cool. They have a nice brunch menu and also offer other items so you're not boxed in - love that. Ordered the pepperoni and honey hot French bread pizza. WOW wow wow- coming back for more

Love to have options and that's what Hundredfold brings to the equation, an eatery "near me". New Yorkers create their own stories, Hundredfold could be romantic or casual is up to you. Hundredfold is located within the USB complex specifically at the Belmont Park Village, convenient to take a break while shopping. Great service, the restaurant was full. The food was delicious; the kitchen gives its unique twist to the dishes and drinks , eg Margarita with salt and herbs on the rim dessert

I wanted to like this place and I do think they things will improve but for now it wasn't it. I went in September to celebrate a bday. We arrived earlier than the reservation and they graciously accomodated us. The place was pretty empty which I was fine with but with so few patrons we expected fast and phenomenal service. There was much to be improved on. We sat outside on an early fall evening so the weather was fine. There was a family they sat us near and the kids were running around and playing with the connect four and other games they had outside. For appetizers, we had the chips and dip and lobster roll bites. We ordered an additional bite which they charged us for. Both dishes were delicious! The lobster rolls were tiny and buttery and the dip was creamy and savory. I ordered the mussles pot for my main which came with a crusty slice of bread for dipping and fries. The broth of the mussels had an odd flavor to me. It was lemony which isnt bad but it didnt have much other flavor. I was disappointed. The fries were good and the bread was a nice slice of toast but not great when dipped in the mussels broth. The drinks we ordered looked good but also needed some work. My mom had the best drink; it had some type of ice cream or sorbet in it. delicious sweet but still balances. I had the apricot spritz which was light and barely had any apricot flavor. The pasta was fine. The salmon was not very exciting. The roasted chicken was also just okay. The food was all alright. Not worth the price but I see what they are trying to do so I know it would cost a pretty penny. That wouldn't be bad if it wasn't for the service. Our server was pleasant, tried his best to answer questions but he took extremely long. He would take forever to come back to us and overall we waited a really long time to even put in our orders and then for the food to start coming out. It was really frustrating especially since they sat us early. We were looking forward to enjoying our meal and taking a nice walk back to the car. I had really high hopes for this spot. Id seen such great videos and about the atmospher food and drinks and looked forward to a nice spot so close to home. I think the bones of it are great but they certainly weren't up to snuff yet. I do think I'll return but maybe just for apps and that cute ice cream drink for now.

My husband took me out for my birthday and the place is located inside Belmont Village. The village was eerily quiet on a Friday afternoon at around 5pm. When we arrived the beautiful ambiance was dead. Staff was just chatting away waiting for business to pick up. Service was perfect. To start we shared an order of the spinach Artichoke dip. The dip is definitely an upgrade from the Applebee's version, which is our go-to. We devoured that started dish. For the kids menu, the food was definitely an elevated version of chicken tenders and French fries. My child definitely enjoyed the fries and ate the chicken tenders of the course 2 maybe 3 days after. My husband ordered the Hundredfold cheeseburger and he enjoyed it. I ordered the salmon, but unfortunately I was unimpressed because the salmon was dry. The highlight of the dining experience was the lemon ricotta "cheesecake". This dessert is worth ordering. I would definitely return to indulge in other dishes such as the steak and cocktails. They know how to make a birthday feel special. What is interesting is that they don't ask how you want your steak cooked. Regardless of the nuances and small portions, I would return to try their other meat entrees.

I had a wonderful evening out with my family, who were visiting from out of town. Hundredfold, located inside Belmont Village, was the best place to dine as we waited for my cousin to finish a concert at the UBS Arena. Not only was it just minutes from the venue, but parking at the south entrance was free. Most restaurants in the village closed promptly at 7 PM, but this one remained open until 9 PM. We arrived closer to 8 PM, and the hostess quickly accommodated our party of five. Inside this beautifully decorated space, we were greeted with smiles and kindness from the hostesses, and our waitress, Sarah, was extremely patient as we decided what to order. She demonstrated grace, class, and professionalism throughout our time there, and my husband and I truly appreciated that. Once the orders were placed, it didn't take long for them to come out. Some of the items for the evening were Lobster Roll Bites: an appetizer that was much smaller than I thought it would be. It was tasty, but didn't have much lobster inside. Herbed Chicken Salad: a large portion with fresh vegetables that was satisfying. The shredded chicken was flavorful, but we wished there were more pieces, as we had to search for it inside the salad. Steak Au Poivre with Frites: the steak was cooked well done and it was nicely seasoned, along with the fries- it was really one of the more perfected dishes of the night. They also had a few intriguing dessert options. The Lemon Sorbet was light, refreshing, and a great palate cleanser, making it a guilt-free dessert. However, the dessert that hands down took over the entire evening, was the Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake. I would order this again and again- it was Absolutely Delicious! The tart lemon curd and the creaminess of the cheesecake, were the perfect way to end the night. We truly enjoyed our time there and can't wait to go back.

Was in the area for an event at UBS Arena. The village is very conveniently located a short walk from the arena entrance. I got there early enough to where I was able to be seated immediately, but as the time went by and the event drew closer, it got busier and busier. I would recommend making a reservation if you're visiting before an event to avoid any disappointment. I wasn't in too much of a rush, and ended up being there for about two hours, but I will say there were a few moments were I felt I wasn't being served as quickly or attentively as other tables. Maybe it's because I was a lone diner in a bit of a hidden corner, but I do wish I had received more attention. I started my meal with the Caesar salad. I'm always a fan and this one wasn't an exception. I will say that I wasn't fond of the croutons. They weren't crunchy enough and when you did bite into them, they immediately turned to dust... My entrée was the steak au poivre (which comes with fries). Delicious. The pepper sauce was to die for and the cut of steak was juicy and tender. I enjoyed the fries as well. All round a very well made dish and definitely worth every penny. Last but not least - a sweet treat! I had the lemon ricotta cheesecake and oh did I adore that. Stunning - both visually and tastefully. I would urge that they could go even tarter (the lemon) with it, but regardless, I think it's an amazing dessert. Overall, I did enjoy my experience at Hundredfold. I think the food was amazing. The staff are friendly, but again, just a little more attention to your single diners please!

Cute restaurant with a French theme. The best thing was the shrimp appetizer but I forgot the name. The tacos were also very good.

Wagu steak medium rare . It was delicious ! With Béarnaise sauce .

This restaurant literally just opened this week . Went to brunch today with Besties for 2 birthday celebrations (including mine !) The decor of this restaurant is beautiful. High ceilings , open display of food preparation gives a great vibe . There is no bathroom since the restaurant is in the outdoor mall at Belmont Park Village but the bathroom is steps away from the restaurant . it is right arcoss the parkway from USB arena . They have a shuttle if you are taking the L.I.R.R. or Q2 bus there . Its exit 26A off the Cross Island . The wait staff was amazing . So friendly and kept checking on us . The drinks were amazing . I had a drink called Heaven Scent which was like having a melted slush (with vodka) The shareable incudes lobster rolls , shrimp Martinique was shrimp in a Cajun cream sauce . We also had wagu steak with frites , mussels and deviled eggs . For dessert I tried something different . The lemon ricotta cheesecake was so good but stay away if you have peanut allergies . It has pistachios . The favorite for everyone else was the chocolate mousse . It was not pricey considering we split appetizers and had 2 drinks a piece along with a main course . I would definitely go back and I think it's currently the main restaurant in the mall . Great spot if you want to go to see a show at USB arena.

The crew is definitely friendly The place is nicely decorated. The menu is small but good enough and covers all cravings . We ordered a good amount of thing but not all tasted flavorful . The affogato was ok but I've had better in Italy ofcourse The big cookie was warm but a bit to over cooked on the edges and towards the bottom . We like it softer and more goowie!! The crouqe monsiour wrong spelling but had zero flavor i ln whatever that cheese sauce was supposed to be and the sandwich was just a crisp cold cut sandwich . The smash burger was probably the best of the many things we ordered . Good flavor with the jam and nice burger . The beef au poivre was cooked perfectly but the sauce was under seasoned for sure . Like good tasted not as good but definitely great rare cook: The shrimp from app menu was super good great flavor / spice and good amount The penne pesto was not bad but also lacked a lil bit of flavor . If all items could just the tasted prior that would be great. The tacos I could eat all day every day for sure they almost seemed like birria tacos. But really good The tallow fries were just good plain fries nothing special at all but good for sure I would definitely come back to this place but mainly if I and my son knew the chef would be there. Which leads me to my next comment. Also the lead manger after hearing that we went to chef restaurant in LA TWICE and I spoke with chef and my son was never able to meet him before. She was nice enough to mention herself without any request that she would text chef and let me k ow prior to leaving or after we left that she would inform me next time he will be in NYC location here!!! But after promising neither thing was done. And she got my kids hopes up but didn't follow up and it's coming up on a week. So that sucks 'n. Don't ever promise and especially a kid and not keep your promise .

Cute and cozy place the staff very friendly and attentive. Everything we had was delicious and fresh. One thing that wasn't quite right , they only accept cards not cash and by the NY state they have to accept cash . Wasn't a problem we had both cash and card .

To consider Hundredfold a mere layover on the way to the races at Belmont or to a professional hockey game at UBS Arena would be majorly unfair. This new French bistro blends a Parisian ambiance with American accessibility and warmth. All signs about Hundredfold point towards an upscale establishment where the menu is in French and pricey 'haute cuisine' is served but no one would dare mispronounce the term. Let me calm your fears because this bistro is anything but that. Hundredfold inside and out is elegant and well-appointed. It exudes Paris bistro vibes from the bar, dining area, decor to menu, tables and chairs. Yet, as soon as you walk in, it wraps you in a warm casual embrace of a roadside diner. You don't have to correctly pronounce steak au poivre to appreciate its quality and fidelity to the classic French dish. My wife and I ordered deviled eggs and beef tacos for appetizers. I chose aforesaid steak au poivre and Tina opted for steamed mussels. Both dishes came with tasty pomme frites. We complemented our meal with a memorable sparkling rose. Needless to say everything was superb. Bottom line: Hundredfold is more than a layover on the way to some other event. Dining here serves to be an event in and of itself.

Went to Hundredfold for the first time. We had a delicious lunch of oysters, lobster rolls and cheeseburger and fries. Everything was prepared well. The cocktails were delicious. The ambiance is very nice. Best of all were the servers. Sara was friendly, accommodating and attentive. We also had a very nice conversation with server Christianne. I would recommend this restaurant and ask for one of these terrific servers.

Although Poughkeepsie has a decent variety of excellent restaurant options, there aren't a lot of upscale places to select from. We opted to book reservations for Brasserie 292 for a Saturday night. When we arrived, we were nearing the end of the dinner rush. We were sat right away, unfortunately it wasn't all too romantic being sat in the middle of the restaurant but understandably the restaurant is on the smaller side. The waiter was attentive, and addressed any of our questions about the menu, even hunting down the bottle of pinot noir we ordered. We opted to start off our night by splitting a half-dozen oysters which came with their in-house hot sauce, and an order of pouple, which was cooked to perfection. For our entrees we selected the red wine braised lamb shank and the dry aged prime NY steak. Since sides for both entrees were not mentioned on the menu, we also ordered sides - wild mushrooms, brussels sprouts and crispy smoked peewee potatoes. Overall the food was excellent and I'm still dreaming about the mushrooms. If we lived locally, would we go back, maybe but overall we had a great experience. Since this was an upscale restaurant, I opted to not photograph our meals and enjoyed being present in the moment.

But I'm giving 4 stars because what I DID have was really good! I don't see it on the online menu so it may have been a special -- but they did a mushroom/vegetable risotto, which was flavorful and the perfect size to not overwhelm. If I can find out whether this is part of the regular menu, I'll return just for that! Service was great -- we were going to an event at the convention center, and could walk from there. So if you're going to something at the convention center and want a nice meal (especially date night) ahead of time, I'd suggest checking this place out.

We were the only customers dining in but there was a steady line of people picking up food to-go. Service was very friendly and the food was great. I got the French Dip Au Jus and my girlfriend got the Brasserie Burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese (cooked medium). My niece is 20 months old so we just decided we'd let her have some bites of our food. The food took a little bit to come out, but I guess that means it really is made to order. I started off with the French Dip and it had a decent amount of meat on it. The bread was nicely toasted and the Jus was super flavorful. My niece actually liked it a lot and dipped her french fries in it. Even without the Jus the sandwich meat was moist and flavorful while the bread did a good job of soaking up the juices and adding crunch. The burger was also surprisingly good. The patty was actually cooked to medium so it was also juicy and flavorful. Mushroom and swiss is an undefeated combo on burgers provided the meat is good, and in this case the meat was quite good. Both entrees came with some fries and greens which were average. We also had black coffee with our food which was pretty good. It's on the pricier side, but it seems to be reflected in the quality of the food. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this spontaneous meal. I would certainly come back.

The lighting is dim, the ambiance is intimate, and it looks romantic. I had made reservations so we were seated immediately. It's funny to note that the place settings were placed next to each other instead of across from each other at a four person table. We usually prefer to face each other, but when it's Valentine's day why not be cute? We ordered a few drinks during our dinner, the Sugar Plum Fairy, Memere 75, Avion en papier. My favorite was definitely the Avion en papier which had a slightly sweet, slightly bitter, citrusy taste. They had a pre fixe menu for Valentine's Day which unfortunately did not have the steak tartare i was interested in trying. But for $88, you get 3 courses: an appetizer, entree, and dessert. For our appetizers, we got the TARTARE DE THON (tuna tartare) and COCKTAIL DE CREVETTES GEANTES (shirmp cocktail). Between the two, i preferred the tuna tartare. The shrimp cocktail was good, but the only thing really special about it was the massive size of the shrimp and the freshly grated horseradish in the cocktail sauce. For our entrees, we got the CASSOULET DE CANARD and FILET MIGNON. The extremely tender duck leg confit was served with pancetta, white beans, toulouse sausage, and foie gras breadcrumb. It was rich, savory, fatty, and filling. All great words to describe food. The duck leg confit reminded me a little bit of a smoked turkey leg with the red coloring and shreddable texture. The filet mignon was served with pomme purée, wild mushrooms, and a bordelaise sauce. The filet was cooked medium rare as requested, but a bit under salted. The pomme purée aka mashed potatoes tasted like it was 50% butter so it was obviously delicious. Dessert was good, but my least favorite part of the meal. We got the TAHITIAN VANILLA CRÈME BRÛLÉE and the VALRHONA CHOCOLAT POT AU CRÈME. Both were very sweet. The brûlée crust did not shatter well, but it otherwise had a nice creamy texture. The chocolate pot was covered in flaky feuilletine which gave a nice contrast to the creamy chocolate, but my wife found the brandied cherries overpowering. The cherries made me think of German chocolate cake. Service was excellent. Staff was quick to refill water and checked on us constantly. Pace of the meal was relaxed and I'd even say they were slow to bring us the check since we had been dining for over 2 hours. My wife wants me to bring her back for their bottomless brunch on a Sunday so I will eventually be back.

The word brasserie comes from the Middle French brasser, meaning "to brew," and Brasserie D honors that tradition with an extensive selection of beers, as well as a curated list of wines and spirits. The service, ambiance, and menu are quintessentially French, featuring classic dishes from across the regions--including specialties from Alsace. We began our feast with a rustic Pâté de Campagne, accompanied by cornichons, mixed greens, and toasted baguette. We also shared Hareng Pomme à l'Huile--smoked herring imported from France, served over warm, tender potatoes. The youngest in our party kept himself occupied with his Nintendo Switch and two generous helpings of Alain's world-class pommes frites. After careful deliberation, he declared them superior to McDonald's--a high honor in the world of six-year-olds. For mains, standouts included the hearty Beef Bourguignon, the tender Jarret d'Agneau (braised lamb shank with root vegetables in an orange-rosemary sauce), and the regional showstopper Choucroute Colmar--a robust dish of smoked meats and sausages served over sauerkraut. For me consistency is key , shouldn't be hit and miss

Straight ahead you can see the chef hard at work. We choose to sit at the bar for dinner. We were very impressed with the cocktails and wine flight. We were very impressed with the complimentary rosemary bread and bean/olive oil spread. For the first course, we opted for the crudo with the white wine, absolutely delicious, refreshing, and light. For the second course, we had the scallops, seared perfectly with a mushroom, hazelnut, and a fantastic sauce For the main course, we had the prime sirloin strip, roasted potatoes, and parsnip. The New York strip was out of this world...cooked medium rare all sliced with a side of truffle butter. After dinner, we were surprised with complimentary cantaloupe sorbet and two salted chocolates. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a special evening in New Haven. I plan on coming back for the chef's pairing, which you have to sign up for ahead of time.

I was searching for something that could match up to Maison Bar Vins back home. First off can we talk about the bones of the place. The Taft building which once was a hotel now sits and houses a very charming French restaurant with a chef who could care less who you are or if your camera is permanently to your hand. I sat at the bar and the chef seated me. I opted out for their three course pre fix bar menu. Chef and owner Vincent who had trained under ICONS in the culinary world met me with this good old fashion old school attitude that today's foodie influencers could never understand. Serious poised stern energy that I love so much about old world cooking boh lore. The food was great. The playlist was upbeat, the kitchen had energy. This place should be the hardest reservation to get in New Haven.
