I'm glad I checked Yelp before going into a closer dentist! I went in today for an overdue, routine…read morecheck up. I did all of my intake paperwork, the front desk lady was super nice and helpful, the hand sanitizer they had was a nice brand of hand sanitizer (that gives a LOT when you pump too!), there was only one other person in the sizeable waiting room, the front desk lady also watched my bike for me, and the dental assistant and dentist were both so kind and walked me through everything they were doing/were going to do. Sadly I only remember the name of the dental assistant (Crystal), wish I could name everyone who helped me! I didn't have to wait long (I did arrive early to do first time patient paperwork), x-rays were over fast, Crystal also sanitized the lead vest after I used it, and the dentist was in shortly after and explained my x-rays to me. I was supposed to be in just for an x-ray first, but because they had time they asked if I just wanted to knock out my cleaning then and there! The cleaning was fast and thorough - I felt/heard Crystal polish EVERY individual tooth, and then after she rinsed my teeth she went back over teeth that still had stains! I had HEAVY stains, being a smoker and a "drink coffee all day" person. After Crystal, the dentist also took two other tools over my problem spots! Waiting for the dentist to come back in was maybe the longest wait, wasn't even that long - maybe ten minutes? And keep in mind this is already extra so I have no complaints! They also spent extra care on my "hard to reach" area, Aka where my bottom permanent retainer sits. After they were done, they asked if I had any questions and they answered all of them honestly and backed them up with facts so I understood. I also got a goodie bag of a toothbrush, small dental floss container, and travel sized toothpaste. Then I was walked to the front, made my 6-month follow up appointment (they also gave me a card with the date and time of it plus their address and phone number), and was out. All in all, took maybe an hour and a half. Location is also easy to find! My insurance (Tricare prime) covered everything, too.

After spending thousands of dollars at this office, I was never treated like a valued customer. -Crown Delivery (Nightmare) I went in the office for the delivery of my crown on #31. I was in pain the moment the assistant started to take off my temporary crown. Dr. Taylor then gave me a series of injections to numb me. Those injections were ineffective and I still felt severe pain while the assistant prepped my tooth. This led to clear frustration and mistreatment by Dr. Taylor. I spent 2 hrs at this appointment for the crown delivery and I was in pain the entire time. The lack of empathy, poor explanation and flat out rude response to my questions by Dr. Taylor destroyed my confidence in this dentist office. -Failure to Receive Treatment Plan The dentist failed to give me my treatment plan after my initial visit. I had to ask several times for my plan before I received it. Once I received my treatment plan I was shocked because it contained several treatments that were not discussed in the initial appointment. I was initially told I needed 2 root canals and to replace an old dental bridge. Turns out there was several cavities, a deep cleaning and a crown needed on #31, I was never made aware of. No one in the office made any effort to go over my plan or asked if I had questions regarding the treatment plan when it was finally handed to me. -Failure to Disclose Crown Materials I was not given the option to choose my crown material for #30. I was told they would be using porcelain and did not think about the possibility of other options being available. I received my treatment plan after getting the temporary crown on #30, the price was crazy expensive and no one at the office went over it with me so I started researching online all the different treatments. I learned there are several types of crown materials with different cost and durability. I asked the dentist at my following appointment if I could get the rest of my crowns in a different material. He then advised me on the 3 other material types I could choose from. I determined porcelain was not the best option for me and chose a different material for the remaining crowns. Why was I not given the option to choose my crown material in the first place? -Failure to Disclose Cost of Crown I went in one day for a root canal on #12, but I decided I wanted to finish the crown on #30 before starting #12. They placed a temporary crown on #30 and told me to come back in 3 weeks for the final crown. When I went to check out I was hit with a $400 bill for the crown that no one disclosed to me prior to the work being started. -Deep Cleaning Consent Form & -Failure to Go Over My Chart Prior to my deep cleaning I was told to sign a consent form stating "I understand I have periodontal gum disease". I was very confused because I was never told I had a gum disease. When I asked the assistant to clarify, she asked me " did the dentist show you the screen of how all your teeth look and go over it with you". I told her no he did not. The dentist then reviewed my chart with me and determined I do NOT have periodontal gum disease. Why did I have to sign a consent form stating something that is NOT true in order to receive the deep cleaning treatment? Why did the dentist not go over my chart with me in the initial appointment? Based on my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife just went ahead and paid in advance for the appointment, this is where we made a huge mistake. I cancelled the appointment because being told ONE tooth needed work but we have to pay for SEVEN, that's was a big no, so almost six weeks later after canceling my appointment they wouldn't issue a refund, i called 9 times during those 6 weeks, all i got was " will call you back" or " the lady that does the refund is too busy", SIX WEEKS still waiting. When they say they will call back for whatever reason they won't. I will never go back or advise to do so, again dentist is good but most staff is horrible .

This place was nice when I first started coming here but had since gone downhill. Coffee, water,…read moreother drinks (even wine!), snacks, free teeth whitening and a hygienist to clean your teeth. Now, no refreshments (not that it's a big deal but this was on the promo they had to lure people in), I have to argue about getting my whitening because the staff (always new people when I come in) doesn't know anything about it, no hygienist so the actual dentist cleans your teeth but it is very rushed since they are in a hurry, I have to argue about giving me fluoride and they are never even there at the actual location. You call a general number off site for help, not even the physical location of the business. Also, had 3 different dentists the whole time I've been coming here. The constant turnover of staff, loss of amenities and disorganization made me go somewhere else. And don't bother reading the store hours on the door, they aren't correct. It says walkins are welcome Monday - Friday 10-5 but here I am on a Monday at 11:30 and they are closed. I called the generic number and they said they'd only see walkins if they have an appointment.....um.....what?!?!?

They usher you back, so some X-rays and you are out of there in 10 mins with a referral to an oral surgeon. Lucky for me, as the receptionist handed me the referral page she filled out with my date of birth, and other info she assured me they took my insurance. So after waiting a week for my antibiotic prescription to be called in, and still not receiving a call back I called them, they were closed on a random Tuesday, finally got my prescription called in two days later. Then the best part, when calling the oral surgeon to schedule they told me they only accept patients under 20 and that it has been their policy and she wasn't sure why they would have referred me, as I am 30. This was over a month ago, I still have never received a call back for a new referral, and everytime I try and stop in the office is closed randomly throughout the week. They have zero patient care, but I guarantee they already claimed my visit with my insurance to get paid. Smh go anywhere else. Update: never heard back from them after leaving 10+ messages. Awful patient care
