They have two side-by-side store fronts. One is dedicated to succulents while the other is entirely for tropicals. While the plants aren't particularly inexpensive, they are gorgeous and healthy. One thing I did want to note was that I did feel like the staff hovered around me. This is completely understandable since I'm sure they've had issues with shoplifting. That being said, it was a little off putting and I did not enjoy being followed around the store. However, they have a super adorable shop cat which makes up for the hovering! I ended up purchasing an orchid, a crested cactus, and a haworthia and they are all thriving!

The second time I purchased a console for $600 (plus an additional $400 for shipping from PA to CA) that was obviously used and damaged, even though it had been listed as BRAND NEW by the seller. There was a big crack running along the top of the drawer and some minor scratches on the surface. I wasn't home at the time of the delivery, so I did not notify AptDeco within 48 hours that the furniture was used/damaged. Therefore, they refused to offer any partial refund, and also refused to reprimand the seller or reach out to the seller on my behalf to let them know that this type of bait and switch was unnacceptable. Therefore, after the second experience of spending $1000 for a damaged console, I don't think I would order from AptDeco again. If you did get a counterfeit, knockoff, or damaged item, unless you notify them WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY, and even then, consider it your loss, as they will not care at all.
