That is actually not the case, and we were able to get our services here and enjoy the amenities here. Our pedicures were absolutely amazing and Z and D did a fantastic job! April was also incredible attentive and helpful with our experience. We really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and cold dip, but the massive hot tub takes the cake! It was so relaxing to have such a large hot tub where you can submerge up to your shoulders while standing! We also were able to unexpectedly enjoy a fantastic lunch at the spa. At check in we asked if we could order lunch and we were told we there was no spa restaurant and they recommended walking down to the food court. However, luckily we found information indicating that there was in fact a way to order lunch to the spa and we had a nice lunch. Overall a fantastic experience and a great hidden gym. The advertising and website of this place truly does it a disservice and doesn't show how fantastic it is.

I've consistently had great experiences here, which is why I've continued supporting this business for so long. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers, especially members, was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.

We used the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and locker room facilities, and everything was consistently clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. My wife had a deep tissue massage and said it was excellent. I even got a pedicure, which was great as well. Even though I don't remember everyone's names, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. They really helped make our weekend feel relaxing and stress-free. If we stay again at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara, we will definitely return to Lapis Spa inside Planet Hollywood. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind while in Las Vegas.

I've been here a total of three times since 2024. My first two times I had massages with Heidi and…read morethey were fantastic! However, my most recent visit (a few days ago) Heidi was not available and I had Gisele instead. She was kind at pickup, however, as we were talking through the consultation she visibly started becoming detached and I caught her slightly roll her eyes a few times after I asked some questions about add ons. While she stepped out and I was about to get on the table, I stuck my head out into the hall to ask to add an oil add on and she was leaning against the wall on her phone. She immediately put it away and said she could add the oil (I forgot the name of it). I thought this was a bit unprofessional since there are guests walking up and down the hall. During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.

None of the pools/rooms were overly hot/cold except for the cold plunge, which I thought was nice. Snacks included small apples, dried apples, granola bites, and chocolate biscotti. They also have coffee machine, herbal tea, and flavored water machine. There is a red light mask and a pair of compression boots you can use. It's gender-specific and clothing optional. The facility was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and everything was in service. With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.
