The workers here are always so sweet and helpful. I honestly had to ask if they earn commission because they work like they do! My husband bought me bras here for this Christmas and somehow did an amazing job. It turns out one of the workers helped him by asking a few questions about me. I came here on a whim after seeing it off the freeway and having some time to kill waiting for a friend.I was blown away from the instant I entered the store! First, it was welcoming, clean, organized, and brimmed with color! I loveed it! It was bougie with its chandelier in the fitting space with seating and large spacious fitting rooms! I told the ladies, "i feel cheated, my LB looks dumpy compared to this place". I loved the selections here, and sale prices. I came in wearing one new dress, and leaving wearing another one on clearance. Thank you to the ladies who made my experience a blast, and for laughing together with my excited face. Ms Kiana demonstrated work ethics that were beyond the call of duty when hand steamed the dress I purchased. I am a disabled veteran who suffer PTSD w/ extreme anxiety. Great store, disappointing experience. My gift card was apparently a "Purple Card" that the system has trouble processing. Sales woman called, verified money on card, yet waited for further instructions. I suggested take amount of gift card off purchase and they can learn the logistics of gift card application in the morning with management. Instructed not possible. The saleswoman offered a 15% discount for my inconvenience. After 1 and 20 minutes, my original suggestion was approved by management. No inconvenience good gesture taken off at register. Frustrated that after 1 hr plus, it was not done. Pros Great selections, knowledgeable ladies working. Never disappointed that something wouldn't fit me. Store is in great location, plenty of parking. Cons This experience was discouraging. This store is very unprofessional, and l am discouraged to come back. I came in to look around and possibly purchase some items. I had to use the bathroom and was informed that I couldn't due to the customer's bathroom being overtaken by new merchandise. That makes no sense to me at all, and I don't like spending my money in stores where I am unable to use the bathroom. Why the hell would you store new orders in the bathroom that customers have to use? You should have storage space for that and then to tell me to walk down to another store is ridiculous. My sister and I visited this location and were amazed by their selection and support of the staff. Especially Amanda!!! We ended up getting 6 panties each (Doorbuster today was 4/$25 or 6/$30!! -Amazing deal for such high quality stuff.) I'd spend close to that amount at Target and their stuff doesn't last 5 washes. She got a bra and used 40% off coupon (again, amazing bargain) and I got not one but TWO beautiful dresses for upcoming weddings. Great variety of sizes, colors and styles. But by far the most impressive part of the visit was an interaction I wasn't even apart of: A crazy woman lost her mind at the register refusing to accept the fact #1 she couldn't combine coupons #2 the cashier(Amanda ) hadn't made any mistakes and the misunderstanding was on HER part. All the while this lunatic lady is blowing things out of proportion Amanda kept her composure and remained professional. Not to mention the hustle and customer service she just continued to provide after the nightmare finally left and other customers were stacking up. I sat quietly and watched this girl bust her butt while I was waiting for my sister outside the fitting room. I don't think people in the service industry get enough credit when they do things right and get lambasted when they make the slightest mistake. This location has gone downhill within the past few months. I will not be returning and neither will my friends. Even with the coupons and the discounts, the clothes are expensive, but for those of us who have to wear plus size, we do not have many choices. They rarely carry pants in my size and tend to just say that there are no more in stock in the back room. To top it off the staff are very unfriendly and as of my visit yesterday, they are standoffish to those who are not from their ethnicity. I am not one to bring out the race card but the experience was just too blatant. I watched as two other women and myself got ignored while the other customers who were the same ethnicity got the overtly friendly and helpful treatment. When I attempted to ask a question I was shrugged off and the associate never made any eye contact. This has not been my experience in the past at this location. The Victoria Gardens location has also been unfriendly so I have not returned. I considered complaining to their corporate office but a fellow Yelper informed me that they do not care and will just send a 25% off coupon. I will probably purchase my work pants online from now on and try to look for other brands from now on.
