I informed him I was the driver and jokingly asked him to be patient with me trying to back it in. He offered to direct/guide me in backing my trailer in once at our site. My only wish is he could always be my guide. With his help, I backed it in perfectly within 2 minutes! The kids & I enjoyed the amenities: the pool, spa, shuffleboard, playground, clubhouse, exercise equipment, & also the paved roads for riding bikes & scooters. We also enjoyed seeing the fireworks from Disneyland. The location is close to Disneyland, the Honda Center, Angel Stadium, parks, & beaches. Each site was level & had a clean table, 4 chairs, & an umbrella - all much nicer than most campsites. There are numerous citrus trees and a small grass patch between each site. As we were trying to hook our trailer back up to head home, my sister & I were having a little difficulty getting the trailer hitched onto our truck. A kind employee (I did not get his name,) observed us & asked if we needed help. He was so kind to direct us in what we were doing wrong and even went a step further and suggested we use their air compressor before leaving to inflate our trailer tires. He went out of his way to make sure we were safe & we greatly appreciate that, especially since our kids were traveling with us. My teenager thinks these employees need a raise. Village RV Park is NOT, I REPEAT.....NOT KID FRIENDLY!! Our 3 kiddos brought a razor scooter and Razor Rip Sticks to enjoy riding in the driveway/road type set up, however there is a particular couple that lives there and are absolutely MISERABLE people and called the office and security nonstop about our kids and other children being disruptive,and our spot is NO Where near them!!! They are just difficult human beings and seem to have control over the office workers!! They even had the nerve to video Rather then discuss this matter the office staff passed out letters and posted signs for no bikes or skate boards. So now children can't play in the driveway of the park which has a 5MPH speed limit. I guess you are supposed to keep your kids cooped up inside of your RV/camper and not allow them to have any fun! The amenities listed in the website are within the neighboring subdivision, which you must walk to even though they have tons of available guest parking! The bath house and laundry room are not clean either!! What a joke!!

I personally believe Karen could have a better approach by not having a Nasty ATTITUDE at bringing up check out time to customers that being in revenue to city of HB. We're not children and we do understand rules and guideline. I've been called on a paid reservation- with people over staying and causing us to have a later check in. We don't make a big deal about it. We understand. Mind you park has several vacancy opening, Karen called me back to ask me if I wanted to re- book with her. I believe this is also not part of HB guidelines to book with a personal of HB. ( from what I was told in past )

This is the closest we can get…read moreto waterfront living - it is right on the strand, lots of parking for people who want to visit you, good WiFi, water and electricity and an onsite dump station included in price. You can walk along the beach or cross the street for some food and cocktails, and there are public bathrooms available. The lot is gate guarded and the lady that works it is SO friendly and helpful - totally engaging and sweet. Plus the people that camp there seem to always be so nice.

Has coin laundry facilities, has shower facilities. It seems like all the lots have a little nice patch of grass. I would imagine maybe would sprinklers because the grass looks so good. It is a 55 and older, which makes it pretty quiet during the day. I can't wait to move in and meet everybody it's in a nice part of old town Tustin. There's lots of trees. The cool thing is you can stay here forever if you like it month-to-month pretty much move out when you want. Space rent., does not include electricity or cable, but does include water, trash, sewer, you are in the heart of Orange County. You're not at the beach, but you're close. You're kind of centrally located around the 55 freeway, the 5 and the 405 is really close. The 22 is relatively close too and the 91. Can't wait to move in. I'm looking forward to it.

It was getting extremely ridiculous!! I guess our state has had restrictions, idk, I think it has to do with each property owner! What if we have a vintage restored? still nobody will take it because of age. So frustrating!!! I'm sure most of you RV'ers and travel trailer/5th wheel owners know this very well and how much it can disturb you. We are not going to pay 50K+ for a new trailer when we have a perfectly good one! They really last a very long time!! So I called the owner and he was friendly, he has had this secret place for over 50 years.(not a secret now) He had 1 spot opened. My boyfriend relocated down in the area for work few months ago,so happy we found a place to take our '83 travel trailer. Didn't want to rent an apartment. The only things are one- its a very very small place- 9 units in total plus a duplex, 2-must have a smaller trailer-under 25 ft. (for several reasons- driveway and the lots itself are small) and 3- only 1 person aloud. Property is older. Not an issue for us. We fit the bill.( I visit 1 or 2 x a month) From what we have been told, he has really cleaned up the place too. Most everyone here has been here a long time, you can tell with most of the trailers. Friendly too. Thank you for this find. It really made things easier for us and finding a place for my guy. Area is great too. Everything is walking distance!!! Huge mall 1 block away and Sprouts across the street. perfect! A little loud,b/c of main street but nothing white noise can't fix. ;-)

They are informative and make sure you are happy. Always meet nice families. Only thing is HB PD needs to step up and watch people driving like idiots on PCH but that's not waterfront fault. Kids as young as 5 or 6, zooming around with no helmets, riding through empty spaces, going the wrong way, in and out off the sidewalk. Even after dark, no lights. If you stay here BE VERY CAREFUL because you could get hit while walking or your vehicle could get hit when a bike comes at you out of nowhere.
