I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. I lived here for about 5 months. The management is irresponsible, unqualified, and aided in the theft of my property. The owner, Anthony Delcau, is completely negligent. The entire time I was living there, there were consistent issues with sewer leaks, flooding, theft, violent or aggressive tenants, and much much more! These issues were documented and reported many times, to no avail. The laundry, sewer and other maintenance issues remained unresolved until the day I left. I will hopefully be filing a lawsuit regarding these issues and the instances of theft and assault. Along with dealing with aggressive and violent people within the park I also had my property stolen a handful of times by tenants and visitors who are friends of and in close communication with the park manager. She more than once admitted to my property being stolen under her watch and even stated she was in contact with the people who stole it and that she would aid in its return. My stolen property was never returned to me. I was also violently assaulted and had my life threatened by multiple people who remain living at this park. These people, who are friends with the park manager, have been involved in multiple thefts and violent crimes in the area. The park manager and owner are aware of this. They chose to attack me because I had begun bathing and providing food and medical assistance to a stray cat. The owner, Anthony, stated multiple times he would aid in the recovery of my property and help with my safe leaving of the park. He also stated he would return my full deposit. He did nothing of the sort. Upon leaving the park I was only returned half of my deposit. He then attempted to require me to sign a gag order to receive the rest of my deposit. He is at least guilty of the following: Violated California civil code 1710.2 by failing to disclose a murder on the property that happened less than three years ago. Violated Consumer Review Fairness act by attempting to force me to sign a gag order separate from the lease agreement, in order to receive the return of my deposit. Violated MRL by failing to maintain the park and ensure safety of its residents, violations are consistent with those enforced by the state department. Willfully allowed poor management who was associated with theft of property and instances of criminal activity by known individuals within the park. read more

Exceptional Service & Secure, Well-Kept Community! We are currently enjoying a long-term stay at Pacific RV Park and have been thoroughly impressed. We live in a 34-foot mobile home, and this park has been a great fit for us. The park is well-kept overall, and our site offers full hookups (water, sewer, and Wi-Fi), which are all reliable. We do pay electricity, since each space has it's own meter. The one vehicle parking space inside the premises makes long-term living much easier. The convenience of having a laundromat right inside the premises is another major plus. For security, the gated entry provides excellent peace of mind, which is a huge factor for us in an urban environment. A big shout out to the manager, Robert. He is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to assist residents, even after scheduled hours. I was initially hesitant about maneuvering my 34-foot rig into the spot, but Robert was right there to personally help me move my RV into the site. Furthermore, he took the time to give me a comprehensive tour around the park prior to signing the lease. This level of care and personalized attention truly convinced me to choose this RV Park. The combination of a well-maintained park, reliable amenities, and outstanding management makes this an excellent choice for a long-term stay. I recently rented a storage space at Pacific RV Rentals and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Robert, the maintenance guy, does an excellent job keeping the property clean and well maintained. He's always attentive, responds quickly to any concerns, and you can really tell he takes pride in keeping the place looking fresh and updated. Xacil in the office made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. She was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and had my unit ready for move-in right away. I am pleased with the way the RV Park is improving since last visited here under the old owner and management... The staff is on top of things and the owner is making great changes to the RV Park.. I recommend it to anyone that wants to live here... It's quite and very friendly.. There's no bad activity happening here.. It's all positive vibes here, everyone gets along really well... This place is absolutely amazing--so clean and incredibly well run! While it's on the smaller side, everything is gated, perfectly orderly, and exceptionally well maintained. We felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. Even though the sites are close together, the atmosphere stays wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The management and everyone here are beyond friendly and welcoming, which truly makes a difference. It honestly feels like a home away from home, and we would 100% stay here again! read more

Wow, I must say I am so impressed with the facility. I went to visit my cousin, I was greeted by this guy and a lady who are staff there. The place looked great. No trash, well lit, & was for the 1sr time, feeling comfortable in the atmosphere. It appears to me, that they are getting rid of the obnoxious tenants, who are not considerate of owners rules, being a nuisance to neighbors & inconsiderate with staff just doing their job. Great camp site. Nice & friendly staff members that really go above and beyond to help you & make you feel welcomed. Hook-ups included, plus wi-fi, which is a big help when having to be on-line often. I really do appreciate the proper campsite etiquette that my neighbors & I have established on a daily basis. I lived at this park for 2 years. They have the nicest, most helpful staff ever. It is a parking lot of RVs however it is clean, safe and friendly. Everyone there is sweet especially the Manager and her assistant any time i had an issue they would be available and knowledgeable on all RV aspects to help. No matter what time it was day or nite. I would highly recommend the RV park to all looking for a quant, clean, safe friendly RV Park. read more

This is the worst RV park to stay in. The owner is racist and fraud. They will break into your RV when you are not home. The whole park smell like sewer. There's a huge train track behind that make noises every hour. The neighborhood is not safe. Save your money and don't go there. Don't believe all the fake good reviews. I have lived at the RV Park for the past several years. I finally got approved for a loan for a house. Pacific Park is a super cool spot to be at, it's friendly, it's clean, it's got 24-hour surveillance. Everybody gets along real well. The staff is fantastic they will.do anything to help. This place is owned and operated by a Nazi owner who hates black and Hispanic people. The park smells like sewer. It's not a safe neighborhood. You can hear gun shots everyday. People have been murdered in that park. Stay away from that dump place. read more
