Overall - we would go back. Pros: was able to ride our e-bikes to Disney super easy! Had a nice little site with turf grass. Tight spaces, but fine since we spent most of our time at Disney. Kids were in pool during day, campground clean, bathrooms cleaned. I was able to sit in the little Club house and have a work call with no issues. Cons: our 15 year old pup got us an email as she was walking in our camp. She was apparently "going after someone" as she was barely walking (major limp and she can't even get out of the motor home...we have to carry her). Only one person came by while she was out either turn, and he said hi. But the locals can keep their dogs at the end of the street off leash and they actually did leave their site and approach us on our walk. Oh well - we are use to that. read more

We did not stay here but being from So Cal we know the resort and its location. We were headed to see a college sports game and considered staying at the rv resort. I fully understand and appreciate making guests confirm they are camping in a self contained motorhome and it's less than 10 yrs old. Exclusive but I understand. We have a 2021 Travato (Wininebago) camper van, I called to book because you can't book a day in advance. The gal who took the call was incredibly curt, and short, " before you can book I need a picture of your registration and your vehicle" . If I confirm, sign acknowledgment, that my motorhome is registered as a recreational vehicle and not more than 10 years old I should NOT have to send proof. If I arrive at the rv park, and have blatantly been dishonest in my confirmations then you have the right to reject my reservation. The attitude was so off putting we skipped camping and just headed home...no regrets Trust your gut. read more

The check in process was seamless! The staff was so kind and the facilities were clean and also they have security at the entrance. The walk to Disneyland was barely a mile and not bad at all! Highly recommend for families visiting Disneyland and bringing their own RV or travel trailer. They are also dog friendly and full hook ups all worked great! This is a nice park with a 25 minute walk to Disneyworld. The bathrooms and showers are kept clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. They kept in touch when they had the space and days I needed. One recommendation I have is if you have a pop up/soft-sided camper, reserve a space a deep into the park that is allowable. Otherwise, the traffic noise will keep you up at night. read more

We have been camping for over 25 years living and average 140 nights a year and we have never experienced a campground an unprofessional, clueless and arrogant as this one. Their campsite math is completely unacceptable and when we asked for a breakdown of the bill we were treated like we should be happy they were allowing us to stay there and it felt like they were questioning if we could afford to stay there .PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND UNDERSTAND THE BILL!!! Their site measurements are for your camping unit ONLY. If you have a tow vehicle or are towing a vehicle you must pay per night for a parking spot, whether it fits on the site or not. So, a 40X14ft standard site can accommodate a travel trailer of 20 feet or less BUT a motorhome of 40 ft or less. If your travel trailer is 21ft you MUST pay for a parking spot even if your total length is less than 40 ft. They neglected to tell us this information when we booked our site and were quoted $500 the weekly rate and we paid the deposit. We called to ask a question and during the conversation they mentioned our total $740.61. We asked how we added $240 when the website stated $500. The woman could not explain the breakdown and could only tell us that we must pay for our truck to park and the website are not actual prices!! When we asked how we would have known this and she laughed and said you probably wouldn't, you would have had to pay it when we arrived. WHAT, WHO HAS EVER HEARD OF THAT! With one story after another and no answers we called and told them we would be staying elsewhere because we needed to know the total! They canceled our site but kept our deposit despite their inability to understand and explain how they charge for a site. The new campground filled in some blanks that is very important to know. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW - BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU! They just want to fill their campground! 1. If you are in anything other than a motorhome you will need to pay for your vehicle to park! 2. The 40ft RV length restriction includes the length of the hitch 3. Despite their sites being able to accommodate a 40ft rig their campground is extremely tight and sites may be very difficult to back in if longer than 35ft. 4. If you have a larger RV or slide-outs it is recommended you book Deluxe space or Deluxe space + parking. 5. Standard sites may be too narrow to extend awning 6. There is no guarantee your vehicle will be parked next to or near your RV you are only paying for a spot. 7. Despite Disneyland being a family destination, their campsites are for 2 people only. You must pay for each additional person over 10 years old. 8. You must pay for your family pet. 9. You will need to pay for the pool key but should get it back. 10. Any standard site is a parking lot no grass. 11. Any time it says grass it is synthetic grass - AstroTurf 12. The very small strip of grass on a site has a fee attached. 13. Must be manufactured by a recognized maker or you must provide photos and copy of valid DMV Registration 14. You must have a 25ft sewage hose. read more

This is our 4th stay here and it was wonderful like always! First the office ladies are always so nice and quick to offer any suggestions and information if you need it. The park is clean, quiet (I mean it's next to I-5 in a busy city but not excessively noisy) and safe. The BEST part is it's within walking distance to Disneyland!! On a side note we had a rainy day and went to the Main Mall and it's super close with a great restaurant (Boudin Bakery) and kid activities (American Ninja Warrior Adventure Park). My boys and I traveled south from the SF bay area for Halloween to our resort at Silent Valley in Banning.. that was an amazing time but saddened by the sudden loss of our pup the day before Halloween and was so thankful to have this reservation arriving on Halloween and a couple days at Disney. I'd called only 2 weeks prior thinking if you could squeeze our tiny trailer in we would be so thankful for a homeschool visit on our way home I called, it wasn't available online. YES! What? Yes! I was shocked and happy and so thrilled with the warm phone call to reserve. I was forewarned it was a very tight space and a difficult park so I do have to say about 15 min before arrival I was starting to stress. We arrived and stopped at registration and was told "that's you space".. we were literally parked in front of it at the stop sign. Yes, it was tight I suppose, but we are a small 16' trailer and if we had slideouts, yes, it would be more tight.. but wow, nothing in front of us and after we set up it got dark and were in prime location for the Disney fireworks. We had also reserved additional parking in the tent area just in case.. The staff is fantastic and so willing to accomodate.. I mentioned having to put our pup down just a day earlier and how my boys just wanted to go home but felt like Disney was needed still.. and they tried to get me every discount available.. I'm just shy of 55, a teacher, Good Sam.. they said I was close enough to 55 an after just cancelling AARP and AAA for various reasons, said I qualified for the 10%.. thank you so much.. I mean it basically covers tax, but my family was "spent" and still in such grief.. your kindness and help parking too as it took 3 times to get our truck and trailer into the space.. so willing to accomodate and care about your customer goes a LONG way traveling.. my boys already want to come back and stay again! Now if only Disney was cheaper, even for teachers!! We will likely return after the new year just because this was such a positive experrience The entire place was immaculate, well mostly.. things easily cleaned and maintained. I stand my 5 star review as I expected more difficulty parking based on reviews, it's not that bad.. prepare for worse and be pleasantly surprised! My personal "downsides" would be: As someone on disability for chemicals, being literally right next to the laundry that runs non-stop until 9 pm gave me respiratory issues from laundry fragrances, so we were inside with doors/widows closed up. Most people do not have this disability and would enjoy this space with the wide open side to the little park that has amazing views of the fireworks... It's so close you can definitely walk to Disney in about 15 min (less/more depending on your family) We were 1 adult and 2 12 year olds .. the only caveat is crossing the freeway offramp.. if you aren't comfortable with that, then we saw some older folks UBER.. we just wanted to get there and the weather was great! The bathrooms truly were immaculate, except for the vents in the ceiliing, as someone with mold issues, it concerns me, but am thankful to the diligence to cleanliness everywhere else and only used the shower facilities once. Big recommend! Prepare to be cozy with lots of kindness! and oddly, see none of your neighbors pretty much ever! It's VERY quiet which was surprising next to a busy road.. The check-in staff could not have been nicer! I had forgotten to make a reservation (because i have been under so much stress) and they were able to accommodate us. So close to Disneyland and the bus -- get the OC Bus App for your phone, buy a single ride or day pass, and hop on whenever! Neighbors were quiet and respectful -- never had a problem. The hookups were wonderful and worked perfectly. The wifi password they gave us didn't work but we were able to mobile hotspot with Verizon with no problems. Can't wait to go back! read more

This is the most basic RV park that I have ever stayed at. The sites are cramped unless you book a double wide site with (fake) grass. The dump station is just a pipe in the ground. The stalls in the men's bathroom are so cramped that there is no room to stand in front of the toilet. On the plus side, my wife reported that the women's bathroom is clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The vending machine in the clubhouse is very cheap too. The pizza place next door has a huge arcade that will keep the kids busy. read more

We will be back! This was exactly what we were hoping for. We are a family of four with a Ford Transit Coachman. It was a safe spot to lay our heads after a long day at the Disneyland. While it was very walkable, we drove to the park. The front office folks were very kind, especially because someone sent us a package while we were there and they held on to it safely. We saw a recent one star review and didn't experience any of the issues they indicated. The park is across from an elementary school, and the neighbors we met (also guests) were all kind. I suppose if you aren't experienced or atleast open to "van life" or "camping" then maybe staying here (or at any camping spot) is not for you. I would recommend a hotel. read more

First time out with our Aliner and decided to stay at Anaheim Harbor Rv and I'm glad we did. The girls in the office are Courteous and helpful very professional. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Clubhouse small but offered coffee, microwave, toaster oven, sugar, cream. Every employee made us feel Welcomed. This RV park was one of our favorites we have stayed in during our great tour of the USA! Great view of the Disneyland fireworks. It is very close to the Disney parks. The bathrooms and laundry were very well kept. Some spaces are very close together, but most of our time was spent at the pool (pool area was very well kept too!) or in the community sitting areas. They have grills and a gas fire area to sit around. Some spaces have very nice grassy areas with picnic tables, but not all do. We had a problem that our RV power cables wouldn't reach and couldn't be plugged in, but the woman in the office was the most kind, accommodating human I've ever met. She didn't stop until she found a solution and we greatly appreciated all of her help. They also had a little store with a few snacks and essentials. It was nice the way they kept the permanent resident area separate from the short term guests. read more

Booked for RV space. Upon arrival they told me it was a 26' spot and my RV is 28'. They allowed me to park then said I was 6' outside the lot line. Seriously need to learn math. The spot was all the way in the back and not blocking anyone. The lot lines are old and new, faded and repainted in different spots. Brought my family down for vacation and they booted us out of their park. Do not recommend under any circumstances if you want your vacation to go well. read more

Our visit to the Disney parks was enhanced because of our stay at Anaheim RV and always felt like our belongings were secure while we were away. Kristin and Daisy understand the idea of customer service, and have made the trip to California through their efforts at the park that much more enjoyable. Pricing is surprising, services are ample, and even for a brief in and out, the park was just what you are looking for. Good choice!! Family of 7, 6 adults (ages 21-47), a toddler, and a yorkie. We just left the RV Park after a 2 night stay, and we will definitely be back next time we go to Disney! Staff was awesome and the facilities were nice and clean. Super excited to see a Pac-Man arcade game in the clubhouse, fun little 3 hole putting green, more than one nicely kept area to grill and relax outside. Bonus, Shakeys pizza and mojos, a childhood favorite I haven't had in years, right next door! Do yourself a favor though and avoid the Shell gas station on the corner. Planned a last minute spring break trip. The website said it was unavailable for dates selected. However, when I called, a nice young lady checked availability and I was able to book 1 day prior. Prior to arrival, I received a call checking on our status and was offered an upgraded spot. Gladly, I accepted the upgraded spot. Spot was large and picnic table had an umbrella. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool area is clean and overall park is well maintained. There is a $5.00 deposit for pool key, refundable once key is turned in. Only downfall is wi-fi. My kid was unable to stream anything on his phone. Went to the office for help and still would not work. It was not a dealbreaker. Will definitely return to this r.v. park. We pulled in late and everything was ready in a nice envelope for us at the office, the grounds were clean and pretty, bathrooms really clean! And YASS!!! We had a great time at the park. It was very close to Disneyland, which was awesome. We walked it in 10 minutes, even after when we were exhausted!! We used a tent site and we enjoyed how it was private and off in its own area. My only suggestion is maybe a fence or something separating the bathroom from the tent area. Lots of people going to and from and a divider would add just a bit more privacy. Very small issue, other then that, we loved our stay. We even had our own power, so we could inflate our air mattress and charge our phones! Park was clean, bathrooms were nice, staff was great, we will definitely be coming back again!! I've reviewed this park on several FB pages. But, in a nut shell, it is the closest RV park to Disneyland. So as the adage goes - location, location, location...... That said, it's basically a big asphalt parking lot with painted lines delineating each individual space. The sites are level and barely wide enough for a trailer with opposing slides. So, if you and your neighbor both fit this description....... you'd be eyeball to eyeball. Fortunately we reserved two spaces because we had an extra vehicle in addition to our tow vehicle. What really made it nice was we reserved basically three sites. The middle site was entirely fake turf with a picnic table and umbrella. So it was pretty good and we weren't cramped in the least. Lana the utilities are at the rear of the site which is fine for our electric and water. But it did prove rather interesting for our Seward hookup since our dump valve is toward the front and well past the midpoint. I had to buy extra lengths of sewer tubing and then the run was so long I had to milk the hose to get it to drain. Not a lot of fun. But that's about all the bad I have to say about it. The people I dealt with in the office were friendly and helpful. If I were returning to Disneyland I'd definitely reserve again with them. read more

To preface this review, here's the situation: Family of 4 (two young children) First RV park experience Vacationing to Disneyland. The location itself is pretty close to Disneyland, it's definitely walkable. The grounds of the RV park were incredibly clean. All staff encountered were amazing, very friendly and courteous. The back half of the park is for permanent residents, front half is reserved for temporary guests. Hook-ups were easily accessible for us, but I saw others who had to buy an extension for their sewer hose. There are only two issues I had with the property, and they're fairly decent sized ones. The site we had was very close to the exit, which means we were parked and hooked up very close to the sidewalk and then the busy street. There are no security gates or security lights near this exit. Much like all of Anaheim, the transient foot traffic was pretty heavy, especially at night. One night, while we were watching a movie, a loud bang was heard from the side of the vehicle. I went outside to investigate and found an empty 40 oz bottle of malt liquor rolling around, so someone had thrown it at our motorhome. This set the tone for a very uncomfortable remaining vacation. Secondly, the same exit was used (pretty much by everyone) as an entrance as well. Sometimes people would use the entrance at a decent rate of speed, coming in blindly. A potentially dangerous situation, but there is no signage saying exit only, it's just painted on the ground - impossible for incoming drivers to see. Again, everyone was very very nice and accommodating - the issues stated are of the property location and lack of a security gate. read more

So we stayed here again last week because it is the closest RV park to Disneyland and I really didn't want to take a bus from the other local RV park (also that one is not enclosed like this one). I'm not sure what type of site we had before, but it was just a parking space right on top of the ones next to us with all hookups at the back of the RV. Our sewer hose was short. After that trip, I made my husband buy a larger sewer hose storage tube and secure it to the back bumper on our RV so that we could have a longer hose. This time we stayed in a deluxe back in site with our longer sewer hose. The site was not quite long enough for our 31 foot RV and my mini van, so we had a second spot for the van. A smaller car absolutely would have fit. The deluxe space is a lot nicer than the one we had last year. There is a little strip of grass with a picnic table giving a little space between the neighbors and ourselves as well as a place for my kids to sit their bums while I gathered our stuff in the morning or piled everything back in in the evening. The electrical and water are still located at the back of the RV, but we were able to back up far enough for that not to be a problem. On this particular site we had the option of a sewer outlet either at the back by the electrical or on the site right next to the RV. The side one would have worked with our short sewer hose. With our longer hose we were able to use the back one though so as not to have our neighbors have to stare at our sewer line. Not all the deluxe sites have a sewer drain on the side, so if you have a short line, maybe request one that does. This site was on the opposite side of the park from where we stayed before and it was much quieter than the other side. I also think there is now a fence along the side of the shakey's pizza where the homeless were hanging out and making all the noise last time, although I am not 100% certain that cut back on the noise since we didn't stay on that side. The rest of the park is still clean and well maintained. The staff are great. They called me the day of to see if we would be arriving before closing. We were not going to make it by closing, so we went over check in. I also was able to let them know that we had to be at the parks before their 8am office opening and wouldn't be returning until after office closing. They were kind enough to let us go through our check in the second morning we were there. We also had a little RV issue the day we were packing up to leave and ended up checking out about 15 minutes late with no issues. Overall, I will stay here again for sure, but I will be sure to always get a deluxe site. read more
