I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. I gave them a call before heading to their store to confirm if they can do the Canadian passport photos and the employee/owner who answered was friendly and assured me that they have experience doing Candian passports and have been in business for 30 years. So after that call, to the Arden area we went! When my sister and I arrived at the office, they took her to the back to get her photos taken. After a few minutes, the person helping her told her that her teeth were slightly showing in the initial picture they took of her and told her it would be much safer to take another picture so that her passport application would not get denied! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and they care about their customers! A set of 2 passport photos was $30 (as of May 2026) and they followed all the Canadian passport requirements carefully. I noticed they also have a bunch of tube TVs in the front, old cameras, VHS players- it was like stepping into the 90s again. I loved the old grainy VHS quality footage they were playing on the tube TVs. I will strongly consider them when I get started on converting old video camera tapes to digital files. Let's be real, pregnancy is a beautiful experience but no one wants to see themselves with swollen feet and huge belly. But this was our miracle baby so I decided she needed to be captured before she came into this world. After doing research, looking at reviews and the photographer websites I landed on Jill and I was lucky that she had availability. Literally weeks from my birth!
