My first time visiting Dr Gordon. Her staff and facility was wonderfully decorated and accommodating. The staff was professional. Dr Gordon explained everything as she went through the process and probably gotten best explanation from previous dentist in my life. Very nice and tender. The Hygienist was also great. In the first 1/2 I must have learned more about my tooth compared to all my past dentists. Dr. Gordon & her staff are absolutely wonderful! Extremely professional and thorough. The office is beautiful & clean. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and did not have to wait long to be called back to be seen. This was my first time at Dr. Gordon's office, I was searching for a new dentist and so it's always nerve racking when you go somewhere new for care. As soon as Dr. Gordon came in she was very kind & joyful, she and I talked about my oral history & oral hygiene, she really took her time to get to know me and any concerns i had. Undertook a difficult situation in working with my father who ails from Alzheimer's and made him feel safe, comfortable and at ease during his dental treatment. -Still not quite sure about the billing, but the front desk seems to be doing everything they can to max out whatever insurance he has, even though out of pocket seems like it's been a lot... The worst practice I've ever been to.. my first experience, I went in they took x-rays took my money for that and then told me after the exam that they don't do root canal's. they definitely don't care about patient care. All they care about is keeping you there for the allotted time. Not before and not shorter. I went in for a cleaning and they wanted to do a other stuff. It should not take four hours to do a deep cleaning. Do you want me to come back four times at an hour visit. I advised them that I was on a time frame and they did not care. They said we have you here for an hour and that was pretty much the end of the story. It does not take an hour to do one quarter of your mouth. This is all After numbing me I got up and walked out because they wouldn't just do the cleaning I asked, and was there for. The dental hygienist is very rude. They wouldent even just stick to the cleaning. So, I'm numb and nothing done. read more

Today was my first visit to Dr. Gordon's office. The front desk staff, hygienist, and doctor were all professional, cordial, and very attentive. The office is clean and the equipment is up-to-date. Amy, the hygienist, made me feel at ease as she took her time in explaining what she was doing as she was performing the procedures - she did not want me to be surprised, which I greatly appreciated. Amy cleaned my teeth thoroughly and the doctor addressed decay on two of my molars. One of my concerns about going to a new dental office is that the doctor/staff will perform unnecessary services for the sole purpose of charging the customer and/or insurance. This office did not do that. When Dr. Gordon addressed the issues with my molars, she took pictures of them to show me. It was very apparent I needed dental work. She recommended a sealant versus a filling, which cost less and met my needs. I have no complains about this dental office, I'll most definitely be a returning patient. read more

We love our dentist and everyone that works there. I moved the kids over from the pediatric dentist when they were 13 as well. Everyone is great at there job but also are like my friends now. Was here for several years. I should have left after she started a root canal that she couldn't finish. I had my jaw packed and went in pain to an oral surgeon in Moreno Valley. Not the first of many issues: I thought I was someone who couldn't be numbed properly, that was until I left and found a dentist that could do it with one shot - she took up to four and it still hurt. Billing: I had double Delta and they still found ways to bill me to the max of my coverage! I had questionable charges that I had to refer to Delta. When I questioned billing over and above my insurance - I got a curt dismissal from the practice after many at least six years of going. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Honestly, I believe she needs courses in painless dentistry at Loma Linda because that's where my new dentist teaches and he numbs in one shot! read more

Dr. and her entire office are really pro's at what they do with the most up to date service for our mouth. My family of four have been patients of Dr. Gordon's for over 6 years. 23 Years ago I was in a bad accident , broken jaw , facial injuries. They put me back together but over time I was going to need more work and expensive. Dr. Gordon was able to pace the work out and payment plan but the most important thing is that she is the Best Dentist my family has had , my family was founded in 1979 so I have some experience believe me with my self , kids and husband. I found Dr. Gordon about seven years ago when I had a late night dental emergency and she was listed available 24 hours a day. She responded to me quickly, told me how to deal with my issue, and scheduled for me to come in the following day for treatment. She helped me through a lot of dental issues that I had from cavities to root canals and helped me get my dental health on track. Dr. Gordon and her staff are some of the most professional and kind people I've been able to receive dental care from. They make visiting the dentist a great experience and are so warm and welcoming. I really look forward to going in for my cleanings and check ups. Also, as my insurance has changed over the years, they have been able to help me understand my bills and what is covered, and with payment plans. I know what to expect when I go in for any procedure. They are up to date on communication, too, and text me to remind me about my appointments along with their regular confirmation calls. Since moving to Los Angeles, I still drive back to see them for my regular care. I trust them and am confident in their suggestions and the work that they do. Every time I come here I'm welcomed by my name. Everyone is so sweet and Dr. Gordon explains everything she is doing and encourages questions. I love how she doesn't push you to spend all sorts of money. She straight up told me "I could try to send you for a root canal but you would just be wasting your money." which I appreciated. I love how they always give you a print out of any estimate before you decide to get the work done. And I like how you can either send in a payment or pay it over the phone. I was very lucky to find such a great dentist! I have to admit, it's always tough trying to scour the internet for good service, so do yourself a favor and just schedule an appointment with Dr. Gordon's office! When I called for my initial appointment, I was able to get in the very next day. The office is very clean and everyone from the front office staff, to the dental hygienists, and Dr. Gordon herself make you feel welcome by not only engaging in conversation with you, but also by remembering you the next time you come in. My cleaning was comfortable, done in a timely manner, and you do not feel pressured to get extra work done unless you actually need it. Dr. Gordon's conservative approach to dental procedures is very welcome. I have some old fillings which may need attention at some point, but her philosophy is to not fix something that is not broken. When one leaves a dental office, one expects to leave with a satisfied smile. Unfortunately this was not the case in my last, and possibly final visit to Dr. Gordon's. My family and I have been loyal patients to Dr. Gordon's office since she first opened doors several years ago. In fact, my family has been visiting this dental office since before it belonged to Dr. Gordon. At this time I was a young child, about eight or nine years old, and my family and I were extremely satisfied with the service and care we received from the friendly staff. We were so satisfied in fact, that when Dr. Gordon took over the dental office we decided to remain at the location. Though it was not the same feeling we had under the prior management, we remained loyal customers. It was not until recent events, that my family and I decided that we were no longer going to remain under the care of Dr. Gordon. This began with a procedure that was performed on my Mother, who began to experience severe jaw pain. Upon results from an outside therapist, she discovered that the only reason she would have had that pain was because of a mistake made during her procedure done at Dr. Gordon's office. She began to bring up these issues to me, but I did not want to leave the dental office, as I had always thought the staff were friendly and did an excellent job. Sadly, this would not last long, when in January of this year I had a filling done in order to remove a cavity in one of my teeth. After the filling, I began to notice a slight whenever I would chew or eat something cold. I thought nothing of it, and believed that maybe it was just a reaction that I was getting from the tooth. Recently though, the pain began to become much worse, to the point that it was nearly unbearable. I decided to set an appointment with Dr. Gordon to discover what the root of the problem was. After examination, Dr. Gordon discovered that in performing the filling, she had mistakenly filled too deep, and it began to cause inflammation in the nerve in my tooth. She referred me to an endodontist, who would perform a root canal in order to restore the painful tooth. After hearing this, I was somewhat upset that I had to go through this as a result of Dr. Gordon's mistake, but I was satisfied that she quickly set me up with an endodontist to fix the problem. However, this satisfaction did not last long when I discovered that I would have to pay a fairly large fee as my insurance did not cover the entire procedure. I do not believe that I should have had to pay any amount for the procedure, as it was a result of the mistake Dr. Gordon made during the filling. I decided not to go through with the root canal until I spoke with Dr. Gordon about why I needed to pay at all if it was a mistake that she had made during the procedure. I thought this conversation would help, but I was wrong as I soon discovered that Dr. Gordon did not want to discuss any such solutions. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever received, and when I asked her if this root canal was needed as a result of a mistake she had made, she evaded the question, which made me even more upset. I was extremely disappointed that she was not willing to take responsibility for a procedure that she had performed. Not only that, but rather than work with me to find a solution, she flat out asked that I leave her establishment. Now I am not a business owner, but I do know from experience in customer service that this is not how one treats a valued customer. It is unfortunate, but as a result of the circumstances, as well as the poor service I received from Dr. Gordon, I, nor my family (including my parents, and 3 brothers) will no longer be patients there. This brings me much sorrow, as I hold fond childhood memories of this establishment. I still believe that the rest of the staff at Dr. Gordon's office are good, friendly people, but unfortunately Dr. Gordon does not follow the same suit as her employees. If you are looking for a dentist, I recommend that you pass on this establishment as I am sure you would be able to find another dentist who truly believes in valuing their customers. read more

This place has great customer service but the quality of the work is just not there. The doctor does not numb the area that she is going to work on properly, even if she says that she uses the maximum medication allowed by law. I had a filling done and it fell out less than a month later. Will not be going back. read more

Shady All the doctor wants to do are crowns...She never worked on any new cavities and her biller over estimated how much I had left from my dental insurance(they wanted me to pay an extra $700 for a crown)....after several hours of tears and talking to the doctor she lowered my outta pocket and absorbed some of the cost(this was only after she found out I lost my job) read more
