This venue is at the end of a strip mall. I have seen this place multiple times but I have never visited. Today was the day I decided to check them out. They sell wine, seasoning, dips, fresh seafood, and frozen meals. I like the set up and the customer service is nice. I bought a trout dip and crab pasta. The BEST fresh seafood ! Not only do they have yummy seafood but Kathleen and her husband have the best customer service. One day I went there when a very heavy rain started. Each location generally offers the same with slight variations based on customer requests. For $15.99/roll, you get a toasted brioche hot dog bun and lobster meat mixed with mayonnaise and chopped onions. Ordered this to-go so it came separately and I assembled the roll at home. Honestly, it did not look like much when I opened it up. However, when I filled the bun with the lobster mix, it looked much more appealing. Overall, the bun was very tasty! Good amounts of lobster chunks. After having been a loyal 5 year customer, the owner Kathleen, recently "misquoted" us for the price of lobster meat that we had ordered for our upcoming Christmas party. Once it was brought to her attention, she acknowledged that she "could have misquoted us" since it was a very busy time of year. Instead of maybe reducing the price based on her mistake, she became very dismissive and told us we can "take it or leave it" because she could easily sell it to someone else. Unfortunately, because we had a party planned we had to take it at the "misquoted" price. As a business owner one would think that Kathleen would value her long time repeat customers. Seafood is very fresh but also a bit overpriced, all of the wild fish so far has been of excellent quality. The crab cakes lacked flavor, also if you are used to crab from Maryland etc you will not enjoy. The lobster roll was tasty but a little too runny. For the size of it, it should be half the price, that would not fly in any sea side state. The farmers market also has fresh fish at better prices and quantities but you will need to wait in line versus having it ready to go here. Overall nice addition to the city. read more

What a cute little shop! There's fresh seafood on display and more options frozen and refrigerated. You can also pick up a bottle of wine or bubbly what charcuterie staples while you're here. My primary reason for visiting was the lobster roll. As others have noted, it is expensive and small, but packed with lots of fresh lobster meat. I can definitely see myself coming back here to try some of the fresh seafood. The people who work here are also super friendly and available to help. read more

My husband surprised me with a Valentine's Dinner from Kathleen's. He was able to make choices for the meal from their Valentine's menu. The meal began with shrimp cocktail. We then had filet and lobster tail, honey basted potato wedges, a salad with organic greens, and rolls. For dessert - a yummy lemon mini Bundt cake.
