    Beef bulgogi bowl
    Katelyn J.

The food was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and portion sizes are incredibly generous. Sang Lee served us and he is so kind and generally good to be around. The entire store feels homey, was very clean, and overall the experience was amazing! I came all the way from Montgomery, Alabama to try this place and it was well worth the drive! 100/10 will be returning.

Bowl with sushi rice, beef boolgogi, spicy chicken, a bunch of veggies, boolgogi sauce, sesame oil, and boolgogi sauce. SO GOOD!

Possibly the best meal I've had in Georgia, and I've had some great meals! I got a bowl with sushi rice, beef boolgogi and spicy chicken + a bunch of toppings. It was so good I might have to come back tomorrow. The only thing I would change is not getting sauce on top. The meat is already so filled with sauce I didn't need the extra, even though it was also really tasty! I got the boolgogi sauce, with a drizzle of sesame oil, and a side of the spicy sauce.

I was In the area at the hospital and wanted something less greasy so I amazed to come across this place! The service was absolutely great. Since I only got spring mix as my base, the associate helped me choose a lot of toppings like spinach, Masago, seaweed salad. The poke bowl was really delicious and the salmon and tuna was so fresh. I appreciated the portions and the fact that most of the toppings were not limited to just one or two per category. It really made my day to be able to get a poke bowl since I was trying not to go far! I'd definitely go again and try the Bulgogi bowls!

I like this place. The workers are nice and don't rush you, and the poke bowls are good. My only note is that you should not get a salad base if you're very hungry. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty. Most people ordered to-go, so there was plenty of seating

I was recommended to go to this restaurant, and I happen to love poke bowls, so this sparked an interest for me to try out this restaurant! I got a poke bowl of sushi rice and salmon topped with avocados, edamame and spicy radish! I added the yum yum, sriracha, and spicy mayo sauce. I really liked my bowl, but the only suggestion that I have was that the sushi slices should have been cut smaller, because it was hard to chew. I also wished that's there was more rice, and not truly mixed for people to have a preference whether they want to mix their poké bowl completely. My bowl looked very nice!

OMG! You will not be disappointed with BullGogi. The food is healthy but very flavorful and colorful. The owner of the restaurant creates the bowls for you and he know exactly what to put on each bowl to cater to your own personal taste. Whatever he recommends, just do it! He knows exactly what will give you the best experience in regards to your food. I recommend this place to everyone. I had the BullGogi bowl with ToFu! The ToFu is so fresh and so delicious that I wanted more. Please try BullGogi in Decatur. You will not be disappointed.

I'm always in for trying new Korean food! BullGogi is set up where you can build your own bowl and toppings. They also have a few simple apps you can get. They have two types of bowls- poke or meat. You can pick the base (various rice or greens), the protein, the toppings and the sauce. I got the brown rice, beef, variety of toppings and the Korean hot sauce. The man behind the counter was kind and recommended things to add to my entree. It was so delicious. Plenty of flavor, fresh ingredients. I tried my friend's poke bowl and the tuna was really nice as well. We all left with our bellies full and happy! It was a fast and simple experience for lunch.

Poke seems to be popping up all over town huh?! Works for me, because I love it. This place will be added to a list of Poke faves. Located in an unassuming shopping center, this place is very modern and bright on the inside. In addition to Poke, one can get a variety of bowls( chicken, tofu, beef, veggie). Customer service: Great. A man who I'm assuming was the manager, came up to us and asked how we'd heard about them. He also asked us if we were satisfied and offered us some polite conversation. Bowls: both myself and my friend has Poke bowls. I opted for tuna and salmon because making decisions is hard for me. I'm a regular Poke Bowl eater so the process was simple. Tell them what you want in the bowl. Boom. Average prices for a Poke bowl. Very fresh fish and tasty ingredients. Light, but filling at the same time. Guilt free meals offered here. Check it out! Will certainly be back!

The boss here is a very friendly and professional women. She makes sure you get a good meal. One of my bullgogi meats had a weird mark on it but I didn't noticed it. She did and pointed it out that it's only a burnt mark and not to worry. That is a model employee who cares about their customers. Can't get that type of parental feel in a restaurant setting. The prices here are fair at around 8-9$ a bowl. I always recommend splitting my protein into two different kinds since you have 2 scoops of protein on your bowl. Veggie and other toppings are unlimited and you have lots of rice to choose from (fried rice, brown rice, white rice, sushi rice, and etc). I love coming here and will be back. Good atmosphere, great staff, good and clean food. All positive vibes around. A must try. Only downside is that the bowls don't feel as filling. In the end, I felt satisfied but not stuffed. Come here for a more of a small/snack meal.

The pizza really was outstanding. We will def be back but with reservations and sitting inside only. Hope all this info helps.

This restaurant is really the best kept secret in Atlanta!…read more My family visited here this week for the first time since around 2014 and, despite our fears that it wouldn't live up to the great experience we had then, they EXCEEDED our expectations. We ordered so much and everything was delicious - nothing below an 8/10 in my opinion. We ordered the seafood spring rolls (8/10), crab benigets (8/10 with a special note of originality), and the shrimp appetizer (10/10). Spring rolls- very crispy and flaky, had the "sea floor" variety of seafood inside, flavorful 3 sauces to go with it Crab beignets- a slightly cheesy and airy beignet with a genius crab dip blend. The whole table was surprised on how good it was. Shrimp appetizer- the best "bang bang" shrimp I've had. Shrimps are very large and has a nice fruit salsa to go with. Everyone at the table loved their entrees but I can only truly speak for the ones I tried. Seafood Curry- I will NEVER eat curry anywhere else! I LOVEEEEE THIS CURRY! All the seafood is so fresh, the curry is so flavorful that I literally slurped the rest off my plate. There was also such a variety of veggies in there that were also very fresh and firm (not soggy). For the price especially, you get sooooo much and with such a thoughtful recipe. According to our waitress, it's the only recipe that hasn't changed since the restaurant opened in 2012! Fried chicken - I didn't try the chicken itself, but I did try the Mac and cheese and greens that came with it. Let me tell you, I am very picky about Mac and cheese and this rivals the best Mac and cheese I've had in Atlanta (toast on Lenox)! The greens were also fantastic and flavorful, but a little on the sweet side if that's what your preference is. For dessert, all 4 of us shared one slice of the suspension cake and couldn't even finish it! It was ginormous (literally the size of your head). I won't even go into details- just order it! The ambiance is so intimate and unique- not feeling like an "uptight" boujie restaurant, but curated and thoughtful. They have very nice seating outdoor that is enclosed as well as a beautiful bar area. Lastly, the service is fantastic. I genuinely can't recall my waitresses name, but they speak so highly of the head chef (Calvin) and most have worked there 8+ years, so it really feels like home. I write this review with hesitance because I want this place to remain a secret, but how could I not brag! Book the reservation!

The restaurant is beautiful, red velvet curtains, baroque flowered wallpaper. The service was excellent. They have a very nice wine, cocktail, and mocktail list. I had the purple rain, light and bubbly. My friend enjoyed her gingery King's Ransom. The menu is Chinese and Asian fusion, and a short list of sushi. Chinese is always meant to be shared. We had the miso truffle salmon and each of the steam buns to start. I thought the salmon was very good, I do not normally like capers, but liked the way they prepared them. The katsu was probably the best of the buns, nicely crispy. The tofu was good a well, with a nice kick, the young one in our group found it too spicy. I would not order the short rib again, it was fine, but I've had much better short rib. We then had the chicken satay, roti canai, and the miso cod. The chicken satay had good flavor, and paired well with the peanut sauce and pickles. I did find it a bit too fatty. The miso cod was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was just right. Note that it is a very small portion. The best dish was the roti, a yellow curry with chicken and veggies with two flaky peice of roti. So good. The star of the meal though was the mango sticky rice, with sorbet and small bits of mochi. This is one of the best versions I've ever had. Do not miss this dessert! The issue I had with our visit is we, a group of three, were seated by the door, which was also near the kitchen door. The seating felt cramped, and every few minutes one of the doors was slamming, which made it a less pleasant experience. There were also several other tables open that we could have been seated at instead.

The tables on the inside are ideal for dates but can easily be put together for larger parties. The outdoor patio is a sight to behold. The outdoor patio can be enclosed in plastic for bad weather. The patio has plenty of plants. The outdoor patio seems to be set up for larger parties.
