The crack conch and fries came out hot and was Guud!! Conch fritters were ok but fried conch was onnn point.

My first time trying this location and it was just as good as the original location. I ordered the fried grouper with cabbage and rice and peas and of course you can't forget the rum cake. The service was great and the food came out grab and hot. There sitting inside and plenty of parking outside. Definitely give them a try if you're ever in Doraville or Riverdale.

It's a quaint and intimate spot where you can get food that sticks to your rib pretty quick. I wanted to try conch, but chickened out and ordered conch fritters. If ai had to describe it, I'd say it was like calamari inside of a hush puppy I liked it, but I started thinking I should have gone with a boulder choice, like the conch soup or conch salad. They sell wings and all of the usual, like plantain, oxtail, and curry chicken. The customer service is good as well. I had just driven a few hours and it was nice to see they had a clean restroom. Thanks for a pleasant dining experience.

Stopped here randomly because I didn't get conch while I was in the Bahamas a month ago. This is about as good as you'd get on the islands! Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes for things to be cooked. But at least you know it's fresh! The staff was friendly as well.

I'm half Bahamian, and from Miami, Florida. So, Conch Heaven has always been one of my favorite Bahamian restaurants when I want conch. :-) I've been to 3 locations, but this one only for conch salad and it was delicious. My favorite location is the one in Miami, across the street from Miami Dade College. But, I was in the area over here so I decided to pick up some conch salad. The conch salad was full of large pieces of conch. I will definitely be back to get me some fried conch and conch balls/fritters.

Very quaint, nice place. Walked in to order for take out. 15 mins and food was still hot after arriving home. Conch fritters were good. A nice crunchy bite with a soft, fluffy interior. Jerk chicken was flavorful and had a perfect kick of spice. It was my favorite dish! The oxtail was really good. Quite tender and flavorful. I liked the sauce it came with. Caribbean food really does remind me of Asian foods. There were many similarities I can detect here. I really like it and would love to try other places to compare. In short, it's flavorful and delicious! Would return.

Service? Amazing. Nice gentleman with a warm smile. Food was out in 7 minutes tops. The Food? I would commit a crime just to have this next to my house in Michigan. Flavorful, saucy, and falls right off the bone. Juicy. Delicious. Reasonably priced. Some of the best Jamaican my husband and I have had in the US.

Cracked Conch Dinner w Rice and Peas (under the conch), cabbage(top right) and plantains(tlp left). About $24.00.

"Forgiveness" is defined as "an intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger..." Well, perhaps not SO dramatic here BUT I have TOTALLY FORGIVEN Conch Heaven for their (eh hem) "indiscretions" LOL I really craved my grandmother's Bahamian cooking and since driving to Miami was not so convenient, Conch Heaven would have to satisfy. Now the last visit was a total disaster! No rice and peas (traumatizing), among other things, just bad. Today? Spot on! They were open on time, prompt and ready to serve some great food. The service was excellent too. I ordered my usual cracked conch, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. All was good but the plantains needed a little work. They were not necessarily bad, just on the dry side. I used a little lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon to "revive" or "Cuban" them up LOL and they were great! I wanted to get conch fritters but did not. They seemed a bit pricey but practically everything is now. Not to worry, my cracked conch dinner was MORE than enough. For about $24.00 out the door with tax, not bad. So, thank you Conch Heaven for the great food and vast improvement(s).

The food here is disgusting. I didn't enjoy it. The plantains taste sour, the rice and peas lack flavor , the shrimp was idk , the only thing I enjoyed was the cabbage. Sweet cashier , clean restaurant but I wouldn't order from here again. I thought I was going to enjoy the food. Wait time was 20 mins.

    Conch and lobster Priceless

The noodles were so fresh, and I loved that you can actually customize and pick your noodle size. It was also really cool that you can watch them make the noodles right through the window! The restaurant was clean, and we were able to be seated right away. There was a steady flow of people to include take out but it didn't feel overwhelmingly busy. The waitstaff was excellent and made sure we fully understood how the menu worked. Our food was delivered promptly and all at one time. While everything tasted great, I would have preferred the appetizers to come out first, as delivering it all together put a lot on the table at once. Overall, it's a frilly good , clean spot with great service, and I'd definitely recommend it!

When we arrived, I realized the location used to be the old Hong Kong Supermarket -- only longtime locals would probably remember that. The layout inside was pretty interesting. There was a Te'amos milk tea shop in the middle, Lao Szechuan on the right, and the hot pot & BBQ restaurant on the left. The staff greeted us warmly and quickly helped us get seated. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that they offered freshly made milk teas and fruit teas instead of bottled drinks. The drinks were decent and refreshing, especially for balancing out the richness of the meal. Each person gets their own mini hot pot, which I really liked because everyone could customize their own soup base and ingredients. We chose a variety of broths including mushroom, spicy mala, tomato, and herbal soup. Using the iPad ordering system, we basically ordered one of everything from both the hot pot and BBQ menus. The food came out surprisingly fast, and they even used robots to deliver dishes to the table, which was smooth and efficient. For hot pot, my personal favorites were the fatty beef slices, lamb, beef tripe, black tripe, tofu skin rolls, squid flowers, enoki mushrooms, corn, lotus root slices, kelp knots, fish balls, and beef tendon balls. Everything tasted great with the broth and my favorite sesame dipping sauce. On the BBQ side, the standout items for me were the cumin lamb, beef tongue, chicken cartilage, short ribs, and squid. We weren't exactly BBQ experts, so some meats weren't cooked perfectly, but the flavor was still really enjoyable -- and the best part was that you could keep ordering as much as you wanted. Honestly, for around $40 per person, it felt like a very good value. My parents both thought it was worth the price. We left full and satisfied, and the service was always attentive whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a really enjoyable Mother's Day meal, and I'd definitely come back again with friends next time.

The other food options are pretty good too, except the curry, which I found ok at best. It was kind of bland in comparison to everything else I tasted. Not actually "Szechuan Spicy" as it states and the curry was a little thin. If something says mala though, believe it... to a degree. She made a rich golden chicken noodle soup and sealed in the flavor, heat, and aroma with a layer of chicken oil; and packed the other ingredients separately so that her husband could have a fresh meal as he studied. This dish and style of preparation/presentation eventually became known as Crossing-the-Bridge noodles and is categorized as an intangible cultural heritage for the region. Similar to hot pot, you're supposed to cook the individual ingredients in the hot broth when it all comes out; however, the pot isn't constantly cooking and it should all go in when it arrives at the table. The original broth is really flavorful, while remaining delicate and hearty, and all the various components go well together. The only thing is that the broth does cool down relatively quickly once you start putting in all the other ingredients, so some things weren't as hot as I would've liked. But, overall, I enjoyed my experience! Service was wonderful and there's always parking in this plaza.
