When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. This business has the audacity in not taking accountability of their actions. I don't recommend this place at all for their unprofessionalism and inexperience with customer service. Working in customers service is very sensitive and if you can handle it then this is not your line of work. Stop playing with people and their money! I already placed a refund on my bank account because like my daughter who's a 9 year old said " Mami I don't think their going to call you back" even she knows what's really up with this disrespectful establishment.

My fingers have been pruned for over 24 hours. They feel like I've been swimming in a pool all day. I paid $15 extra for chrome gel, and it was already rubbing off a few hours after my appointment. Services are on the inexpensive side here compared to other salons, but you get what you pay for.

Thankfully, the next day Lauren the manager heard me out and then Jamie and later Kristina B worked wonders to get my color looking presentable again. Shout out to them for the many processes and for saving my hair. The general care and caliber of services the second day was much better all around. But I'm a new mom and finding time and a sitter to even get my hair done at all is a big deal. So to have to come two days in a row spending 4+ hours each time was such a struggle and disappointment.

I'm leaving this review because three days later after blow drying my hair, my hair looks just not that great to be honest for an $80 haircut with poor service. This place was a miss for me. Unless you know a stylist that does exceptional work that works there, I wouldn't "try this place out" like I did.

It's like walking into a cute little boutique that is also living room... Which is where you get to hang and chat until they are ready for you. Really nice overall experience.
