Ricky has been doing my nails for many years now, even before he opened his own shop. Service and staff - I get hard gel (bio gel) manicure done by either Ricky, Michael, Crystal or Maddie. You can't go wrong with any of them. I usually request for Ricky if I have a complicated design I want done. All of them are very thorough. They are very professional and friendly. Price - I always say you get what you pay for but I want to emphasize that for the quality of work they do here, they are very fairly priced. This is coming from someone who have been to several highly rated nail salons in the Valley (before I found Ricky). Appointments - This is a must. They will do same day appointments and walk ins if they can but they are usually booked. Cleanliness - No question here. The shop and all their equipment are very clean. Have always been. Well when I walked in they PRETENDED that my appointment was with another nail tech . I specifically go to the same person every single time . She then says I don't do color change .. first of all she has done them a million times secondly then why did you take an appointment? They tried to pass me on to someone who does polish like a 5 year old child .. I always hear customer's yelling at them , and I used to think the customers are difficult . It is for sure not the customers that are difficult ! I have an event I need to attend tomorrow , and they didn't care and made it like it's my problem ! I prob saved myself from a staph or fungal infection . Do yourself a favor and do not go here ! Now I know why there is always someone yelling at them ! I wanted to come here and share my most recent experience, I want it to be known that I did come here one other time before this and it was a great experience my first time there and they did a great job, it was a woman nail tech who did my nails the first time, the second time that I came I couldn't even complete my service. I set an appointment for 1 PM, and I arrived at 12:59 PM, they had me sit down and wait because they were not ready to see me, which is fine. I sat down and I waited. I noticed that two other ladies with a different ethnicity came in as a walk-in after me and they were seen right away. After I finally spoke up, they finally sat me down with the male nail tech. As he was doing my nails, I noticed some mistakes that I didn't really like particularly for my nails, and I decided to let him know and ask if there was anyway where he could fix it. He immediately responded back with an attitude as if I had offended him and said that he would not be able to fix it. He's only doing a fill. That's all and he is not required to fix other people's work. I let him know that this is not other people's work that this is work that this salon has done and he still brushed it off and continued not to help fix the mistakes he was making. At that point I told him if I don't like the job that he does that I'm not paying the full amount for something that I don't like. at that point he immediately stopped and said well we can just stop right now. I said OK that is fine. Can I speak to your manager or someone else so someone else can finish my nails for me he said no and continue to walk away from me and ignore me after I spoke to someone else asking if someone else can fix my nails she proceeded to tell me no one will be able to fix my nails at that point I got up and I left. I will not be returning here. I think this establishment is very unprofessional. I do feel they are racist and I don't feel like they respect their customers time or their customers in general I will never return here again read more

Crystal is the BEST. A podiatrist told me to have a pedicure every month due to aging problems with my toes. I also have numbness and swelling of the feet and ankles. All this is new to me. I used to be a dancer. Crystal spent a lot of time massaging my feet and calves. I didn't tell her about my problems, it was just part of the pedicure. It was almost like a zen experience. And the numbness and swelling were GONE!! I couldn't believe it. And it stayed gone for about 3 weeks. She is charming, kind, and extremely talented at a very fair price. I've been coming here for about 3 years now and would never go anywhere else, I've had my nails done by most of the staff and they are always incredible no matter who it is. Billy does my nails pretty regularly now (I change my nails every two weeks because I'm crazy) and he puts up with all my crazy requests and always pulls them off seamlessly and even better than imagined! I really love them here! Everyone is so kind and helpful and always does an incredible job. I've done pedicures as well and they are always perfect, I get the callus remover and laugh with the ladies at how much skin is coming off (it's gross) but I love that it's working! This is just a sad sad review... give one star over the childish behavior I had to experience. I will say this although Ricky is a great nail tech he's got a lot of growth to do when owning a business and the fundamentals of customer service. 1. He called me earlier this morning to push back my appointment I kindly accepted. 2: Before starting my nails I showed him a reference photo of what I wanted he automatically knew and voiced the color that I was wanting to confirm with me . (Nail techs have certain techniques to achieving a color so I minded my business up until he went in for a second coat and I stopped him immediately to question the process so that I do not get stuck with a color on my nails that I do not want. ) That's when his energy changed and rudely said I should have said something... but I did and let him know that he outspokenly mentioned to me the color I wanted. As if changing a solid color for a customer is such an issue he mumbled under his breath 'this is the last time I'll do this' meaning change a color. 3. When finished he got up fast ran to the back room and didn't come out. It was a coworker that provided the price for me. And no he didn't ran to the bathroom. Lovely and pathetic. Yet he pushed my scheduled appointment was about to give me the wrong nail color but yet somehow I deserved the attitude? Clean, good choice of colors, and several techs (not just one!) that do amazing nail art. Just bring a pic and consider it done. Super reasonably priced for the quality. Friendly, courteous, and fast! Maddie did my acrylic over my real nails and my son had bio gel and nail art by Michael. And 2 pedis. Our new go-to! Extra bonus being next to Boba Café .
