If I could give this place no stars I would. I came in today for a deluxe car wash and went through like I have many time before, only my truck somehow managed to come off the track. The employee that was originally working the drive up wash was just standing around and didn't even brush the vehicle like they normally do. Once he finally realized he did something wrong another employee came to try to help him get the wheel unstuck. After we managed to get the truck off, they tell me to come back around and they'll bring be through again. Only the same thing happens again. At this point im frustrated and I ask for a refund. The employee tells me I am not eligible for a refund and says there is nothing he can do. Wasted both my time and money just for my truck not to get washed and look worse than before. Now my wheel is messed up from the equipment and I have to replace my front left tire. Definitely do not recommend this place ! read more

I took my truck through this car wash 2/3/21 after paying for my car wash I pulled up but there was a line backed up and I wasn't able to pull forward enough to clear the yellow gate, the gate came down and scratched the taillight of my truck, I now have a giant yellow mark on my taillight. I emailed and sent a message over Facebook with no response. I drive up to the store and filed a report and waited to hear back. SHOCKER no one called or returned any of my voicemails. I decided to go up to the store (mind you I've been attempting to call them) I call the store while outside the window and watched all the employees look at the phone and turn away. Finally after they came to the window I asked them why they didn't Answer the phone and the "manager" claims he can't answer the phone without another manager present... this company has zero care for customer service, I will continue to use the car master off 1187 and 35. I have posted pictures in the comments and I will also be posting the phone number and email to the stores manager since they don't like to make that information public. read more

One Star is overrated for this Ownership Group and Management. The ownership and management group of this company does not return calls, answer messages. Mark Noriega, GM at I-35 & Seminary location of Katies Express Car Wash is aggressive and unwilling to assist with complaints. Read the reviews before going and know if you a problem at any location of Katies Express Car wash ownership not management will return calls or assist addressing your issue. I have a video but cant get it to upload to this review. Mr. Noriega refused to wash my car "Your truck is too dirty, I am not going to wash it". Keep in mind at the time he refused, I was paid in full unlimited monthly member of unlimited carwashes. When ask for refund Mr. Noriega return me a $0 credit slip slammed the window in my face and refused to speak to the $0 credit. Ownership and Management seem to running a type of scheme by not addressing the issues. Mr Noriega responds by laughing at you and treating you with much aggression. If you use KAties Express Carwash realize if you have any issue you will not receive any assistance or call back from ownership or management. read more

Katie's is horrible, I used this car wash and received damage to my 80,000 plus automobile. I contacted the owner Mr. Pham but haven't received a return call. I finally received a return call after several attempts from Mark indicating that he has denied my claim due to the age of my vehicle, this call was at 7:45 am. If you value your vehicle don't use these folks they don't appreciate their customers. I fully intend to file a lawsuit to get full releif. Katie's is overall a nice car wash. The most basic wash is $5. The free vacuums are nice & most of them work pretty well. There are a good amount of vacuums & I really like that there are 2 vacuums on each side of the car so you don't ever have to worry about sharing a vacuum with the person next to you - they have their own & you have your own for each side. I do wish they would do a better job keeping the trash cans from overflowing. The location is conveniently situated - not too difficult to get to & not in a super congested area. All the employees seem friendly & I've never had any issues with customer service. As with most car washes, don't expect the blow dryers to get all the water off your vehicle. Definitely recommend Katie's Express Car Wash over some other car washes in the area :) read more

$6 car wash place on boat club road just took $18 from me for a deluxe car wash. Drive thru and there was no soap was tie some as promised. It rinsed off my car for $18. Went up and questioned why and that is when they proceeded to tell me yeah it's really only doing the basic wash today because they're on water restrictions. You might wanna mention that when you take my $18. I will not be going back there I would suggest nobody else go back as well. That is crooked. read more

Sign says they are open on a Tuesday, drove in at 6:42pm and the employee said, "we're actually closed", then he points to a hand written sign in the window that says they are open from 8 to 7:30, to which I responded, "it's not even 7?" The employee looks at the sign, shrugs his shoulders and said, "yeah, my boss said we're closed." And thus this was the best non-carwash experience ever, (insert sarcasm here). No worries, 2 more car washes are opening in Saginaw and your business will be soon be obsolete. Disappointed. When this location first opened it was fantastic, the wash was worth the cost. Today after a $12 wash. My car was still dripping wet and I still have bug guts on my windshield and all over the front of my car. The service was not inviting or friendly more like they didn't want to be there. I wish there was an option to leave no star, I would. Went to this car wash today and it ripped half of my license plate bracket off of my Jeep Wrangler that was screwed in and dented it in half. When I pointed it out to the attendant he said there was nothing they could do, which is unacceptable since the pressure of the water was clearly too excessive to rip something off that was bolted on. The only reason there is even one-star is because you have to put something. I went through this wash two weeks ago and at the end of the wash I heard a very bad noise. I got out at the vacuums and walked around and my passenger side roof rack was ripped up. I called the attendant over, one was shocked to see it and the other one rudely told me it must have been like that and they wouldn't cover fixing that damage. Cause there's a sign. I filled out a claim form anyways and finally two weeks later some very rude person called me to ask if the attendant had told me they wouldn't fix it. This place isn't Katie's anymore. I don't know if it's the same owners or not. But the never used roof rack on my less than 2 year old car is broke. And I will have to pay to fix it because of their broken equipment. Don't go here unless you don't care about your car or you have money to throw away fixing unnecessary repairs. read more
