Show you the shape they can give you before they do any damage. I figured she was certified, a pro and knew what she was doing, boy was I wrong. I specifically told her I like my eyebrows thick, natural looking and just needed a cleaning with a trim. She did the complete opposite! My eyebrows are extremely thin, no arch, and one is way shorter than the other (right side). She over plucked the right eyebrow and its extremely obvious! I am so disappointed in this Ulta along with the one in Saginaw (they did the same thing). If you are looking for an experienced eyebrow technician go to the Southlake Ulta, the girls there are amazing. I tried both for subtle looks and found them both impressive. I was working a job promoting a MAC product, matte powder kiss lipstick. You never know what to expect. Will they be warm and inviting, will the makeup be true to who I am, will the artist be diverse. Well, I got my answer and it was yes to everything! The store was lively, centrally located, and it was a party inside. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. Of course, I was greeted and not ignored. I allowed them to use my face as a canvas and be creative. The makeup artist each day was fast and pretty accurate. I was there 3 days. They matched my foundation pretty close to my skintone. I also learned my foundation number. For now, makeup is done complimentary, so stop by either of the two. She scheduled me to come back at 1:00pm. When I came back, I was paired with Lydia. She was super sweet and knew what she was doing. The staff there is very pleasant, joking , laughing and attentive to everyone that walks in. Lydia did a awesome job on my face. Whenever I'm in the area, I will be sure to visit them again.
